Is there a way to transfer Creo licence from old to new server?

Hi,I need solution or suggestion  for my issueI want to handle the events like when you click the up arrow(shared in attachment) number will increase. when you click down arrow decrease the number. let me know Thingworx provides this kind of functionality ?Please the check the attached image file.Thanks,Azeez.A

How do I get access to the knowledge base and other resources?  I get a nice list of hits in the search but then get an "Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges" message when I try to access the information.Regards.

i had been using PROE Student Edition4 since 7/2010 with no problems on a Lenovo T400.In 2014 i installed a trial version of Creo Elements which apparently expired recently. Itried to use it and it displayed a expired license notice.when i tried to use my PROE 4 a warning display showed:     License request failed for feature PROE Student Edition4: -9          Invalid host     Displaying status for license file: C:\Program Files(x86)\ProEngineer Student Edition\text\licensing\license.dat          License server: none     License in use Free Version           Expire Date SCN     PROE Student Edition4  Uncounted  29.0  None  Student Edition4 Locked to: 00-1E-65-AA-7F-B6i tried to reactivate with the CD1, but was denied as maximum number of activations

When attempting to download Creo 3.0 student version, the "PTC Creo View Express" application is "unsuccessfully" downloaded and prevents the other applications from installing. I have had this issue 3-4 times now and have tried both the 32 and 64 bit versions. I am on a 64 bit windows 7 ultimate operating system. Any ideas on what the issue might be?

Hello,I am trying to update a remote property with a non-changing string using an always on connection. I can successfully connect to the server and update properties. If I send a string, the remote property I have created does not update with the string. If I change the content of the string on the edge device and resend, the remote property updates with the new string. This happens for all subsequent string changes. The only problem is the initial string. If I replicate the same circumstances with a REST connection, the initial string makes it through to the server.I think this may be a server side problem and that the remote property is only updating when the property changes. I have modified the remote property to ALWAYS PUSHED and the initial property then makes it through but this uses up a lot more unnecessary server resources. If I give the remote property a default value, the initial string still does not make it through.I would like the value of remote string property to upda

Hi everybody.I'm using the Creo 2.0 Student version. Yesterday I installed Windows 10 on my computer (the previous operative system I had was Windows 7).Until yesterday Creo 2.0 was working; after the upgrade to Windows 10 I got this problem: License request failed for feature.I've already tried to do what written in http://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/support_reorder_network.pdf, but still I have this problem!Is it possible to solve it even if I have installed Windows 10? What's the solution??Thanks.

     Thanks to the marketplace I got the JAVA SDK, but when I unzipped the file, the samples folder only have two files, SteamSensor.java and SteamSensorClient.java. Where are the samples/src/com/thingworx/sdk/? Where are the build.gradle? Please help me, thank you.Regards,Angels

I have attached a photo of the error message I am getting, I have already tried to re-install the licencing file but that has not fixed the issue. I've just installed Creo 3.0 M070 on my computer with Windows 10 64bit and it wont boot. The loading icon appears for a couple of seconds and then vanishes with no message. Iv'e disabled my graphics card to to see if that was the cause but no luck there. Any help?

Through the tutorial video I have gotten to where I need to offset the copied surface and I have switched into the expanded feature but my program will not allow me to then select my two texts. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi.I am having a problem with my Creo 3.0 M070 University Student Standard Edition license, which seems due to MAC Address/Host-ID issues caused by the use of mobile broadband & modem set-ups I use for internet access, and I have submitted a request for Academic Support via the use of the Academic Case Logger form ( Academic Case Logger ) over a week ago now but have yet to receive any reply.As I have a relatively urgent need for assistance in resolving this license problem I am having, I just wanted to ask via this community how long it can be expected to take to get a response/assistance via use of the academic case logger form - and - how I could perhaps chase it up as no case reference number was given to me when I submitted the request (I only got a message on the web-page stating that my academic support request was submitted successfully)?Also, is there any other avenue to request technical academic support re license/Host-ID related issues, or is the academic case logger fo
