I installed the software today & cant give dimensions on creo 3.0 students version.please help me, as you can see the line in the picture without the option to give dimension.thanks a lot

Is DEX available in any of the academic/student licenses? If not, is it possible to add it in a way?

Folks,Disclaimer : I don't yet have an installed PTC Navigate instance, so this is coming out of imagination.As I read from PTC Navigate User's Manual, we are required to setup separate instances for Windchill Server & ThingWorx.I was wondering if both can connect to same Corporate LDAP being used across a company.Also, can we set different roles for same Corporate LDAP user, in Windchill & ThingWorx resp. ?~SiD

HiIn my Uni we use Creo 2.0 as the main CAD software and I have homework to do with it.I successfully installed the sw on my computer, however when when I tried to run it, I got the error message shown below.I also tried a couple times to run as administrator, install as administrator, dowload quality agent, etc, but not get any right results.When quality agent is not installed, it shows a different error message with a question if I want to register quality agent. Both Yes and No answer leads to the shutdowb of Creo.Could anybody please help me? Thank you! Error message:

HiI have recently started using Creo Parametric 2.0 as part of my University Coursework and I have a question about how I can install it on my personal computer to be able to work on my coursework at home. My current computer is a MacBook Pro and I am aware that Creo is not compatible with OS X so I have been investigating running windows via boot camp. My issue is that I am not sure whether Creo would run on Windows if I were to purchase it and install it. The only version of windows that Microsoft still sells is Windows 10 and from what I can see there is a bit of ambiguity as to whether Creo will run on it. Looking through the different PTC webpages, I have came across some pages that states that Creo is compatible with Windows 10, and others that say it isn't. Pretty much this. I got a PDF with a license code, but it won't let me enter it. What do I do?

I downloaded student version Creo 3.0 but when I open it I get the error "License request failed for feature"  and below "Invalid feature name [FEATURE NAME]". Can someone help me with this?I loaded it on my wireless laptop. Running windows 8.1.Lori

I have installed Creo 3.0 edition and I need to add Pro-Mechanism application in the software. I don't see this option in the installer window.Please let me know how to do it.Thanks,-Mohit

I made a registration at PTC at 31st of january 2016 and after that I got a confirmation about registration. I downloaded your software Creo 2.0 but I still haven´t  received the licence from you. Could you help me with this problem, please?

I have recently installed creo 3.0 student version on my laptop. when i attempt to open any of the icons they open but remain on a black screen and the programs do not run. I don't receive any error codes. It's just unresponsive. Anyone have any ideas? I have redownloaded and repaired, but still nothing. thanks.

Hi!I have the student version of creo 3.0 at home and the academic version at my university. When i tried to transfer an assembly + the 5 parts in it to try at home it wouldn't open and just said, missing parts or that the file couldn't be retrieved. I did transfer all the files so i didn't forget any file. What can the problem be?Thanks in advance

I just installed the Academic package on windows 10 computers and the programs won't start up when I open them. The computer does not give me in error messages, they just will not start.

We've been using the Intelligent Fastener (mainly screws) for a while now and love it!  No more guessing where holes need to be drilled once we place parts in an assembly.  However, we've run into an issue with integrating this feature into Windchill and need some help.When you create a fastener, Creo appears to pull a part family our of its standard library set and this now appears in your workspace.  Not an issue at first as Creo and Windchill will happily import these parts into your model and store them in Windchill.However, we just created a new assembly (not using our existing robot), and when we tried to check it in, we could not.  All of the fasteners "already exist in Windchill" so we cannot upload them.  We tried updating the part with what's on Windchill using the workspace buttons, but to no avail.  Short of eliminating the fasteners or trying to replace them with the Windchill versions manually, is there a way to resolve this?  Can we mak

I've installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled Creo 2.0 Student Edition a few times, and I still get an error saying that the program is shutting down because it could not run the Quality Agent, which is required, and that I should report error 0x06000003. How do I fix this problem or get around it???

We juts got a new laptop and will be installing CREO M060 but held off due to the FRC robot build season. We'd like to know if we load m060 on the new laptop will we still be able to open all our CAD files in M010 Creo which is still on our other laptops ?

Hello, I stumbled upon the ThingWorx Converge Business Process Editor - in the Academic Program we do not have access to this or am I wrong?Would it be possible to gain access to the Business Process Editor?It would be interesting to evaluate this part of ThingWorx in my current research project. Hello,i instlled creo 3.0 student edition and when i made model i went to assembly to made animation and when i click on ,,Mechanism,, creo give me:Startup of application "MECHANISM" failed.I really dont know where is the problem,i reinstlled few times

I have downloaded and installed Creo 2.0 on my computer but I receive and error code 0x06000003.

When I try to download Creo 3.0 or even 2.0, some of the files download however most of them get stuck at 'Pending prerequisite' and don't download! Does anyone have a fix? I have tried running 'setup.exe' as administrator but nothing changes.
