Hey guys,As written before, Creo crashes every time I try to see the results of an analysis after it's done.I can repeat this with every simple workpiece. If anyone want to see it live i can do this on Teamviewer.Where is the problem?Anyone can help? I have created local thingworx instance as well as cloud instance ..Downloaded the apk and installed in my andriod device . And imported the .xml file and created mashup .. binded  with IMEI and checked the Appkey ... etc ...But i am unable to get the data in the mashups ... There are no logs for it that is the reason i could give any logs here ...only thing i am getting in mobile device is to check the IP key etc to .. which i did for multiple times .  could any one help please Adrian Petrescu​   Veronica Mihai​let me know anything i am missingThanks in advance ...

Hi,I got a problem while launching PTC Creo Parametric 3.0 M070 Student Edition connected with the Quality Agent, error code - 0x0000000b (see at the picture). After opening the PTC told me that application hadn`t been closed properly and suggested me either to open new session or to load the last opened one. But whatever I chose he gave me the window like at the attached picture and PTC Creo is shutting down. And after that my CPU is loaded fully on 100% by two processes named "qualityagent.exe" which i have to close manually.Should I update the Quality Agent for anything new or to do anything else?Kindly help me sort this problem out.

My school system upgraded the teacher laptops. How do I transfer my locked license to my new laptop?

I have installed Creo 3 on 25 PCs in our School.On the last PC when I entered the license key via the Simple License Entry it came up with an error after entering my account details.These are the same details I have used for the previous 25 PCs but now it shows a red error sign.Does anyone have any ideas?Thanks

I have to change main board in my desktop. - it means that the hard disk with CreO ( with existing student licence ) will cooperate with the new machine.What have I do to keep my license after installing the hard disc?

Hi Creo people!I have downloaded 2015 a 3.0 Creo educational version, and now this year when I start Creo 3.0 Parametric I get an error code which is in an appendix( that's in .png file and is a printscreen take).Perhaps my Creo licence is no more valid, still when I downloaded that it should last about 2 years.Thank you for your help,Pentti

How do I resolve this error which shuts down the application  after a successful installation of Creo 3.0 Student Edition. Error message reads..... " Cannot run Quality Agent ....." Attached below is the screen shot of the error message.

I am trying to get my student download of creo parametric 2.0 to work om my laptop. I am currently using windows 10, and am coming up with the following error code: 0x06000003. The code states that my quality agent is not working. I found a new quality agent download that I downloaded as I was told, and still I am receiving the same error code. I have also downloaded creo 3.0 which seems to work, but unfortunately my current class is using creo 2.0. I was wondering if anyone has found a solution to my creo 2.0 issue, or of ther is a way to do my homework in creo 3.0 and save my work so I can open it in class with their 2.0 version.

I have been trying to download the student version for Creo 3.0 for two weeks and have no gotten it yet.  I have windows on parallels and I unzipped everything but when I launch the setup.exe and input the license number then it says Error.  It makes me mad because I need it and have been trying for so long.  What else can I do?  I also deleted the licenses that were under in the summary section but it still did not work.

hello,I would like to connect a device and make updates to a Windchill instance via Thingworx. As a mechanical engineering student with little experience in webservices, I'm struggling with basic understanding of the Thingworx platform. So any clarification would be appreciated much.My questions are:1. Am i able to use all functions of Thingworx with the online Composer?2. I have read that there is a Thingworx.war file in the download section. Since I can't find it there, I assume that i have no access rights so far(?)What is the difference between installing Thingworx locally and the online Composer?3. Can I import all data resulting from Thingworx in Windchill?

When I open my CREO 3.0 student addition a box comes up and says License request failed for feature, and that feature has expired, and then CREO shuts down. Is there a way I can fix this or get a new free student license?

The Assign Users interface says something about a Create Users Tool, but I can't find that.  Does anyone have an idea how I can create accounts for my students, then assign them things to do?  This document has to exist somewhere.

Hello,I'm Asyraf student from Malaysia. I have a problem when i click creo paramatric 3.0. The Application wont start and the process came out from the task manager as "Creo 3.0 from PTC" but nothing happen.Could anyone know the problem? I try reinstall a few times and try to install creo parametric only but it did not work. I already uninstall mks platform.
