CREO 10.00 software is not working

RESPECTED SIR, 

I am the user of student version of CREO 10.00. I installed the software the error is occurs that software not detecting some technical data. There is attachment. But when I installed student version CREO 9.00 that time this problem had not occured. In same laptop I had installed it. So please as early as possible please solve this problem. OR give another solution.

Hi,

 

Check whether "C:\Program Files\PTC\DiagnosticTools\x86e_win64\obj\qualityagent.exe" does exist.

If the file exists then: 

  • Open C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 10.0.0.0\Common Files\text\config.pro file in Notepad and add following line at the end of the file, save the file.

quality_agent_path  C:\Program Files\PTC\DiagnosticTools\x86e_win64\obj\qualityagent.exe

Message related to Java is not important ... Creo will run even without Java.
