There is a board called Migration Issues and User Requests (https://community.ptc.com/t5/Migration-Issues-and-User/idb-p/twxmigrationissues) specifically for reporting migration-related issues. I encourage you to submit any issues here so that the PTC team has visibility on issues – and so do you. This board will remain active for 30 days after the migration to ensure we are addressing immediate problems.
