Hi, we have recently implemented PLM system which start from New product request -> Project management    ->CAD -> DCR/DCN->EBOM. to show the operational performance i need some dashboard to be created. How to get or create dashboard on New product request of various approval stage and TAT Dashboard for project management workflow and help leaders to understand project status.  Dashboard for DCR/DCN workflow and help leaders to understand project status. Dashboard for complete PLM cycle NPR to BOM creation. also want to understand what is industry best practises to manage monitor various KPI and value realisation after getting PLM implemented.  thanks, Yogesh        

How to export attributes under the Manage Reusable Attributes from Type and Attribute Manager in Windchill 12.1.2.1    

I want to customize the version synchronizations for the part, cad and drawing data we use in windchill. I don't want to do this manually. Is it possible to create a flow for this process and take part data codes from users in this flow and synchronize these codes to the most current version in the workflow? If we do the version synchronization process in the workflow, will there be a problem in connecting the data with each other?  

Hi. I'm testing on a local machine before deploying SSO to a real production system.The software versions are as follows Thingworx  9.3.2 (Navigate 9.3.0)Windchill 12.0.2PingFederate 11.3 I want to configure PingFederate as an IDP.I have finished configuring SSL for the three servers. But, the automation scripts in ptc guide articles do not work on Windows OS.Where can I find instructions on how to manually configure PingFederate?

I need to make a new update for the Promotion request process. After users submit WTParts to SAP, they draw their drawings, which causes confusion.For this situation,I defined an attribute called "DRWPART" in WTPart. When DRWPART value is selected as YES, we indicate that there is or will be found a DRW data belonging to WTPart.I want to check codes with DRWPART value of YES.When the DRW data is not added in the promotion of these codes, I want the user to be assigned a task and the process to proceed without adding the DRW data. How can I control this?

Do anyone have idea, if the revise validator can be enabled/disabled based on a IBA attribute values ? For Example, Prevent users from Revising the Object when the IBA attribute have value called "PENDING" Let me know if anyone has any idea or worked on such cases or any alternate solution for the same

We are installing Windchill pdmlink 12.1.2.0 on a brand new machine What is the expected value for Base Distinguished name for ldap usersWe tried ou=people,cn=AdministrativeLdap,cn=Windchill_12.1.2.0,o=ptcbut does not seem to work - is it syntatically wrong?What is a correct format? or what is missing here please? The LDAP user distinguished name we entered as cn=Manager and the passwordWe are stuck here Since this is 12.1.2.0 there is no DS so we would be using a corporate ldap i believe. any insight into this please

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.0Creo Viewer was not able to open pdf files (3d drawing was ok). Following the error message shown by Creo View, I found one of your pages with instructions telling me to uninstall Arcobar Reader and uninstall and reinstall Creo View.I did that, but now Creo View does not open. It doesn't even show me an error message. Nothing happens.Can you help me?Here are the errors that I facedI don't have any message. In fact, when I try to open a drawing clicking on the preview (which I correctly see) of the list that windchill shows me, nothing happens. No error, no waiting icon, nothing at all. But Creo View Express is correctly installed.

Hello, We have a certain quantity of a product as ADU licenses in our Windchill 12.0.2.10 implementation. This ADU licenses are assigned to users working globally and they are using functionalities which are part of this ADU License. (We confirmed this by removing users from this ADU license which prevented them with certain features which only works when users are assigned this license). But weirdly, we never see the license count being consumed in the License management page in our Windchill. Had created a TS case where they are unable to figure out. Is there a way to find out if the ADU license is actually being consumed or is this is an issue with the License management page not displaying details correctly? Has anyone faced such issues? Thanks in advance!Amar.
