Test Management entities configuration

Hello, PTC version: 12.0  Can you please help me out in setting up the configurations for Test Management entities because by getting documents I am not able to get the options to create test entities like Test Suite, Test Cases, etc. Please let me know how to enable/configure/import using the admin/desktop client.   Help will be appreciated.   Thanks,Pushpendra Singh

Missing IntegrityExportProperties.properties file

Dears, I am exporting documents into word. In the Gateway.log I get the following message:   WARNING: C:\Program Files (x86)\Integrity\ILMClient11\lib\patch\classes\IntegrityExportProperties.properties (The system cannot find the file specified)   Where can I find the IntegrityExportProperties.properties file?   Thanks, Leandro

"No instance properties file was specified" error when launching the Integrity Client

im editissue is overwriting the existing data: I want to append the existing issue with more data

  Hi All,   I am trying to update an issue which has some information and I need to update the issue by just adding new information to it, so my issue should add information to the existing one but when I am trying to update the issue with im editissue command it is overwriting the existing record which is not needed. My command for creating the content is :   im createcontent --insertLocation --parentID=7899401 --type="ALM_Test Case" --field=Category="Heading" --richContentField=ALM_Text="<html><body><H4>Test data insertion for the first time</H4><p>Feature Sets<br> line breaks<br> in a text,<br> use the br<br> element.</p></body></html>" this created a content with id 7900381 now I am executing the below command to update the issue and I am expecting it to append the information but it is replacing the existing information by overwriting it.   im editissue --richContentField=ALM_Text="<

Integrity Requirements Connector failure with Mapping

 Good Day,   While doing the setup for the IRC, in Mapping options, I got a some issues referring to: "api exceptions" failed to read "itemconstraints" failed to read document definition If I interpreted well, at least for the 2nd point, I got admin rights and the message said I might not be authorized.   Thank you.

Windchill PLM for creating 3D Dynamic Stadium on site

Hello everyone, I'm looking for implementation options for visualizing 3D elements and on the Internet I came across your product: https://www.ptc.com/en/products/plm/plm-products/windchill, please tell me. I have good knowledge of 3dmax and autocad, will it be difficult for me to master your tool to make complex moving 3D elements? I have a customer who has stadium projects and wants to place them on the website pages, but many stadiums have moving parts, it will be difficult to implement in 3dmax, so I am looking for alternatives.

Gateway Export exception

Dears,I am exporting documents into word. When the gateway is retrieving the items I get an exceptionmks.frame.app.ui.ViewException     Questions: 1. Can I improve the debug level for the Integrity Client to get more detailed messages?2. Can I improve the debug level for the Gateway?3. MKS environment variables when the user changes the view but without running a custom command ?

Hello, Within the Integrity Client 11.0, when the user changes the view and then runs a custom command, an environment variable shows the current view MKSSI_WINDOW=si.mysandboxesMKSSI_WINDOW=projectMKSSI_WINDOW=projecthistoryMKSSI_WINDOW=archive   Can this MKS environment variable be obtained when the user changes the view but without running a custom command  defined in Viewset menu -> Customize -> Actions -> Custom ? If MKS environment variables such as MKSSI_WINDOW would be stored somewhere (files/registry) dynamically whenever the view is changed, I would like to have a notification mechanism about view changes.

Hello, Within the Integrity Client, custom actions are defined from the Viewset menu -> Customize -> Actions -> Custom screen. Then the commands can be launched by the user from the Custom menu. But is it possible to execute a custom action programatically, from code ?

Unexpected parameter errors after migration to SQL server

Hallo community,   in the last week, we have migrated our data base from oracle to sql server. Every thing was fine and works flowiness. i was used the command "im diag --diag=slowqueries"  to get the slow queries, it was worked fine, but after the migration i got in the result message under the section "Plan"the following error: .... Plan: Unexpected parameter marker at position 340. ... Plan: Unexpected parameter marker at position 474. .... i tried to find the cause for that , but nothing abnormal. Integrity : v10.8. Any possible help will be welcome.   with all my respect.

Support for Oracle JDK 11 with Integrity Lifecyle Manager is postponed.

Support for Oracle JDK 11 with Integrity Lifecyle Manager is postponed. We have identified number of critical issues with Oracle JDk11. These issues needs to be addressed by Oracle JAVA. Until these issues are addressed by Oracle JAVA, we will not be able to support JDK11 with Integrity Lifecyle Manager. Is it possible to change the language of PTC Integrity Client after installation?

Once the Integrity is installed in one language say, English, is it possible to change the language to other language example Chinese without reinstalling it?

Inserting Image Attachment in PTC Integrity Life Cycle Manager Documents

Hi,   I have a question about inserting image in Integrity Requirement Document. We tried to add an image into the text column o f the document. It can be added and displayed. However image field is replaced by red broken image thumbnail, after saving the document.   Could anyone has any clue about it?   Many thanks for your valuable suggestions and the time.

is there a way to know the field names used for CLI for Integrity Manager??

I am trying to change in ALE Peer Review , field Asset Types Reviewed, However there is no fieldNames are provided in the help section of PTC. I tried "Peer_Review_Type" but it does not change the field.   I used command  im editissue --field="Peer_Review_Type=Design" Issue_id   where Issue_id is ALE peer review id number   Thanks for your help. How field "Valid Change Order" works in PTC Integrity

We may came across the field "Valid Change Order" on content types like Input, Requirement, Specification etc. When document moves to Restricted state then the fields on content level should not be edited. This is very true, but here i wanted to understand how "Valid Change Order" works during Restricted state OR its overall functionality. It would be great to support!!!

Trend Line Chart without Grouping option

Dear Community, I would to ask You for some support in area of Trend Line execution. I have a case that I would present trend line for defects only, with two statuses "closed" and "new". I don't see any option how to add addional gropuing as in distribution graph or additional filter.   Is there any option to do that?   Right now i can present only defects with changes and new, what is not my aim. Thank You!

Checkpoint.Post event trigger with MongoDB

Hi,   I have a problem to install MongoDB driver on the server. I would like to use PTC integrity functionality which is checkpoint.post event which will trigger *.js script. Script should create one entry in MongoDB. Everything looks fine but how to install MongoDB driver on the PTC server? I know that integrity is using JavaScript beans but I can't find any information how to install Mongo on it 😞    Best Regrds Krzysztof

Chart / Dashboard (problem with chart content)

Dear Community, I have an issue with chart content. My aim is to see total change request trend in one of the project, example in attachement.
