I'm trying to find out if it's possible to create a walkthough animation for presentation purposes from Pro-E. What I have is a large facility, and I want to be able to create a tour/walkthrough animation to show what the facility might look like to give higher-ups an idea of this proposed facility. Does anyone know if Pro-E has this capability? If so, is there a resource available some where that I could use to help me do this? Or is there another software package that might be better? I'm trying to get an assm in to cfdesign and it keeps coming up invalid model, is there a way in Pro E to check the model though and see if there are collision or anything like that? Thanks for you time

By searching the Exploder archives, I see that this has been asked for on a couple of occasions. Unfortunately, there aren't any replies that contain an answer or model.Does anyone have a CAD model (ProE preferred, but not picky) of a human hand they are willing to share?There are some out there for purchase, but at this time, I don't have that option.Thanks in advanced and if I get one, I will be sure to post it for future use in the Exploder Archives.Pete

I have 2 designers who while editing dimensions in sketcher mode, keep getting dumped out of ProE. This does not appear to be a system wide problem as the other designers are not facing the same problem. Has anyone else seen this? I'm currently searching thru the knowledge base and appreciate any comments. Thanks, David

I'm in the process of upgrading our group to WF3. We've been waitingfor an SPR to be fixed. Now that m170 has been released we can make themove. Up to a few weeks ago the PTC support center webpage inside ofpro showed a "Whats new in WF3" link. Now all you can get is help andinfo on WF4. Is there a way to get to the WF3 info? Is there a material tag for MDF (medium density fiberboard) in Mechanica? ANSI has a standard for MDF, and I would like to run some tests using Mech. on this material. If not, what are the steps needed to create a new material tag? Do I create a file? Do I download MDF from a database? I can even test the material myself as I am a graduate student with the appropriate testing facilities at my disposal. Possible Major Project/Thesis.
