I want to import a sketch section which was save as IGES format to Pro-E, and use it to build a 3D model by extruding it. The problem is when I try to import the skecth using Date from file from the sketch menu, a dialogue box shows and says you are attempting to import too many entities into Sketcher and the Intent Manager is turned off. I cannot exit the sketch because it is unresolved. I tried to go through every options availabe in the Intent Manager and still cannot get the sketch resolved. More accurately, I have no clue where the problem is with the imported sketch, e.g., discontinuity of the sketch, points shared by more entities... Anyone has good idea to clean the sketch please?

Hello,Can somebody tell me how to constraint an L-shaped lever? It is supposed to rotate freely in the bearing in the corner point, the load is applied in the bearing at the end ofone leg and the lever is driven in the bearing at the end ofthe other leg.I created a cylindrical cs1 in the rotation point and constraint everything except theta direction. I applied a bearing load in one of the leg bearings, but don't know how exactly to constraint the other leg bearing.With my method, I see only stresses and deformations in the leg with the applied load.Can somebody help me please? Has anyone been able to successfully apply TPI 31383 which says if you create relations: default_xhatch_spacing=.09 default_xhatch_angle=45 then all new cross sections will have this as the default values? I am using Wildfire 2 and it doesn't seem to be doing anything...

Hi there,According to Pro/Mechanica HELP, there is a specific file that Pro/Mechanica stores the shell properties.This file is mshlprp.lib. I have already created a shell property that i have saved them into the library. Pro/Mechanica creates this kind of file, but i don't know where.... I have search my working direcotry, Mechanica's loadpoint (and below directories as well) and i didn't find anything.Can anybody send me this kind of file, and explain to me where should i save it ?The idea is that i want to change the number of plies and their orientation, or even the material of each plyby hand, of change the whole file using an external generator.TIAKaminakis NikosTechnical University of Crete

We are searching for a maintenance program for our PTC products. The actual office in Europe don't calculate the maintenance cost on the effective date. This year we receive the licences few month after !!! We have each time a cotation begining few months before receiving licences each time. We disagree this !!! Please help

Proe Users, This is actually an Outlook question. With the new reply to listfunctionality I receive an email every 2 minutes. I have a "beep" soundoccur when I receive an email. I have a rule that filters all proe useremails to a folder. Is there a way with Outlook to make the "beep" not occurwhen I receive a proe user email but occur with all other emails? Is is just me or has the volume of posts increased exponentially since the new forum was introduced? I think I am receiving a lot of duplicate posts, and they don't seem to be arriving in chronological order - I get replies before the original question.Between 8pm Monday and 6am this morning, I received 46 posts, and many of them looked familiar. I can't activate PE on a second computer. It says I've already done so and reached the limit, though I don't think I have. Per the troubleshooting guide, I sent an email to OneSpace_Modeling_PE@cocreate.com, but the cocreate postmaster sends a reply that delivery failed.
