All, Has someone managed to set up Pro E to work with "Symbolic Rep"? I have looked for some info about it, both in PTC knowledge base & Pro Ehelp files, with no luck. Any info / documentation / impression about this topic will be muchappreciates. Obviously summary will be provided. Thanks,Rami

Wildfire 2How can I change the sketcher line resolution?The problem shows up while dynamically redefining a large circle. Thelines appear choppy and it's no longer a smooth line.I have my model display setting to high, edge quality is also set tohigh, but these setting do not control the sketcher resolution.Thanks in advance for any tips. Does anyone know how to insert a symbol at an absolute coordinate? I'vebeen using this to place text in my title block for years and now mymapkey doesn't work. I can't seem to do it manually either. Helpanyone? Tony

I just tried downloading a standard MS16996 SHCS. My system got hung up. It asked me for username and password, I entered that and then just watched the JAVA icon rotate around for about 5 minutes, 'got tired of waiting, couldn't exit witout shutting down pro/e. What's with this, why is this so difficult to use, why should I bother? I can model the screws faster than it takes to download. Some items are tough to model, so this may have some use. It looks to me that someone spent a lot of time an money creating a database which is completely useless. Isn't it time PTC finally got it's act together? I could never recommend this program to anyone! I'm a user since 1999 and it still gives me a headache at the end of the day. What are you guys(PTC)doing?
