Hi, all I tried to publish using Image target.I just added Image target and 3d model.and then I did published. but publishing was faid with below log message.{"message": "{\"message\":\"An error occurred while generating targets\",\"errorCode\":\"\",\"error\":{}}"} why I failed the publish?how can I fix it?

Hi!Successfully publish the vuforia but unable to load the experience Attach the Errror log file and pictures ..  Im able to ping the Vuforia address from my mobile ..  Is that any thing to setup on my network or Vuforia View setup?  

Dear community, I've added to Studio some custom widgets from here https://github.com/steveghee/OCTO_Studio_extensions .In particular, I find very interesting the 3D-ListWe configured a Thing in hingworx to send to this widget the list of models that are saved in the server.i can then load a specific model on fly.My issue is that I want to also change the path where I look for different models. To do this there's a custom parameter to be filled.What I can do is change this parameter during the experience, but the widget is loaded only at the start at the experience so it'll look only in the path defined when the experience is launched.What I'm looking for is a way to reload the whole widget sending again the request to thingworx for new data.I tried the "Reset" and "Refresh" services but it doesn't seem to work

If you are experiencing the blank screen bug and don't want to use the trick in article CS377978, or change the browser, click where the save button used to be and it will restore the page back to normal.  

Hello,I want to use 'camera' widget in Vuforia to send an image in TWX, but when im trying to send image to my service in TWX i'm always get error 406: 'Unable To Parse JSON Request'.content is 'image data' from cameraHow could i solve that?

Hello All,   Need some advise if there is any tutorial on using 3D image (in Vuforia Studio Mobile View project ) as a "button" to toggle the script? How can we detect the "button" 3Dimage was touch "isClicked"?   Hope someone can provide some tutorial guide or simple sample code for my learning. Do send me any related  information.  I had create in Eyewear in the past project. Hi all, My Vuforia Studio cannot read old projects after rebooting my computer. When I try reimporting the zip file in the project folder. It always stuck at initializing project. Hi PTC Support team Sometimes , we use view app in environment as a plant where can't use network.How can I save a text file and picture file to local folder on device? We want to save an inspection result (OK,NG) temporarily , then upload result file to server when the network is restored.I try create element ('a') in home.js , It worked fine in preview, but not worked in view app on the device.

Hello All,   Need your advice!  I hope to learn how to create a "group" in Vurforia view when during Billboard, it will turn together. I am using a IPAD to view the menu as shown below, the Front view is the menu, as i turn, the button or 3D images mess up, as it does not turn to per the front view.   Can any one provide me some guidance? is there a lab to of step by step guide.  I am using just Vuforia Studio without any apps or library. Hi, im trying to create QR codes to deeplink to experiences that have spaces in their project name, such as'Sample Project' If I urlencode the whole thing to something like vuforiaview://ptc.com/command/view-experience?url=https%3A%2F%2Fvf-es.ptc.com%2FExperienceService%2Fcontent%2Fprojects%2FSample%20Project%2F and build a QR code, the link is shown to be invalid. Without the spaces, e.g. for a 'SampleProject', everythings fine. Am I missing something here and is there a way to fix this? Thank you so much

UPDATE (October 11th):  The installer issues in the Vuforia Studio 9.7.0 release have been resolved. Users can now update to Vuforia Studio 9.7.1 using the update feature within the application. New versions of the installers are expected to be available on the PTC Downloads page tomorrow, October 12th.    Due to issues with the installer the 9.7.0 release of Vuforia Studio has been rolled back. We are actively working on the issue and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.   We’re currently experiencing issues with the 9.7.0 Studio installer. Please continue using your current version of Vuforia Studio until further notice, and check back here for status updates. Sorry for the noob question.Is there a way we can reduce PVZ File size?I've been working on a project with an original c3di file of about 1gb.I already reduced the drawing to what I only need in my AR Experience but the pvz size is still about 400MB.When I try to upload it with Optimizer, I can't get through as it will be interrupted for reasons I don't know.Then in my experience I need to upload 4-5 files of about the same size. I am using Vuforia Studio, Creo View and Creo Illustrate only.I checked that using Creo Parametric there's shrinkwrap or something similar but in the software im using there's none. I also dont have the MCAD Adapter. Hope there are ways.Thanks in advance for those who can help. Cheers!

I would like to know which iPad/iPhone is the best for creating Area Targets. Maybe PTC or a community member has done such testing.Does a device with the latest processor and more RAM and storage allow for a larger area to be scanned or a better quality scan to be created?I believe the app will limit the scan to 5 minutes, is this different depending on device specs? In the allotted time can I scan as big of an area or as high quality as possible?Some of the crucial factors as I see them are:What is the maximum area size that can be scanned? Does it vary between device specifications? (I found this in the best practices guide: 10 m2 up to 50 m2 or 500 sq ft are best captured with the Vuforia Area Target Creator app, our is that we cannot use the Matterport or other scanners as Matterport is not IP-rated and the others are not supported in Studio, therefore we need to scan as large of a space as possible with iOS.)Is there a required storage size

Hello All,    Need some advise.  I had create a hololens project in Vuforia View, showing data from Thingworx.    During development, i used Vuforia View "Preview" function, to check my voice command and graphics arrangement, and was working fine.   But when i deploy it to the Experience Service, i can view the graphics, but i cannot view the lives data, it all showing " ### ", and seem like the voice command only works for graphics.    Please do give me some hint where i should lookout for.  I had already setup es-public-access in Thingworx for this project.   Hope you can advise me!!  Thank you in advance.    Newbie Kek  

Hi. I was trying to upload a video with mp4 format in vuforia studio  through 3D Video feature but  it doesn't play the video. Would there be anyways to make it work?

Hello community, I am beginner on vuforia Studio.I have developed ball shooting system project. In this project, I put model item on ball and swivel angle. That PC will be used by many users.So far that I know, there are 2 ways to install: 1. using SCCM via PowerShell - if no sideload apps optionTo install for all users of particular PC,  is it require to use below command instead of add-appxpackage command?Add-AppxProvisionedPackage 2. using Win10 installer - need to enable sideload apps in developer optionHow to install this for all users?  Thanks.

Hello community, I learned concepts of Vuforia which was given in PTC document. I went through beginner guide and learned that concepts. Now, as per requirement, I am searching one sample project. In this project, need to apply all those concepts which I learned in PTC beginner guide. (Because of some ES installation issue, Thingworx and Vuforia studio not connected that's why they don't want to use Thingworx data. only, I need to work on Vuforia studio, So, I want this kind of project idea.)
