Codebeamer

I am trying to connect codebeamer with EA using the LemonTree.Connect, but do not have the option to click on the option to configure the server settings. Attached is an image below, tried troubleshooting, but very limited information. Any tips?

Codebeamer is not connecting with Bitbucket.org. While Bitbucket is returning a 200 response code, the repository is not being created in Codebeamer. Upon checking, I found the following: external.bitbucket.BitBucketCommunicator - Unsuccessful request: Status code: 404 NOT_FOUND Body: {"type": "error", "error": {"message": "You may not have access to this repository, or it no longer exists in this workspace. If you believe this repository exists and you have access, please ensure that you are authenticated."}} I have access to the repository on Bitbucket and have created the same user as in Bitbucket, following all the steps outlined in the documentation.

Is there any way Lock /Unlock tracker using API?

I am trying to integrate with Codebeamer using OSLC as explained in the wiki With OSLC, an application (such as codebeamer) typically provides Delegated Selection Dialogs which can be embedded by an OSLC client. This allows a user to search and select an item in codebeamer from within the client application. Reading the documentation, it does not seem that CodeBeamer supports such dialogs.I also tested by navigating the OSLC Catalog and cannot find any Dialog services. Is this interpretation correct? Is there an alternative approach that I am missing to create OSLC links to Codebeamer? 

I have tried from the help center page but still facing issues. Help me out on this one. 

Is it possible to delete choice field options permanently, when i try to delete it goes to obsolete state and not getting removed.

Hello together,when I create a test run, and click "Run in Excel", codebeamer (v 2.1.0.0 with mysql) creates an Excel file.Inside this Excel file, in the columns ACTION, EXPECTED RESULT, etc. some characters are prefixed with the "~" character. For example my text in codebeamer test step is    set par_CP_voltage = 12V   set par_CP_dutycycle = 50%in the Excel file it will show up as   set par~_CP~_voltage = 12V   set par~_CP~_dutycycle = 50~% This happens for at least the characters: _ ! # %Does anybody know how to avoid this? Thx in advance,Philipp

Hello,    I am a new user to codebeamer and have not been able to determine how to configure the project settings for changing the rules for what upstream/downstream references are allowed in between trackers.  I will be an admin and creating projects to manage aerospace requirements and projects and this would be a very useful tool/item to go over in the courses that was not discussed in the self-guided trainings.     I could also not find this in the user guide for creating new projects or trackers.  If it is in the user guide, could someone point me to this section?

Hello Team,   If we try to generate traceability between SRS and SGD, the generated report links the downstream requirement to the upstream requirement, but without mentioning the version of the covered upstream requirement.Which means that if an SRS requirement was changed and its version is incremented, the traceability will not detect this change and the downstream SGD requirement will still appear to cover the SRS requirement, although it has been changed and the version attribute has changed. So, if the traceability report links the downstream requirement to the version of the covered upstream requirement, any change in the upstream requirement will be detected.  

Hello, I am currently exploring the trial version of Codebeamer and was wondering if it is possible to access and use the REST API during the trial period. Is there a way to use the REST API in the trial version?

I'm having trouble merging branches/working sets in codebeamer. Specifically, I am having trouble merging status fields with reviews attached and items I do not own. 2 questions:1. Is there a way to merge the status and review attached with the status?2. Is there a way to see who has a right to edit an item and there for can merge it  

is there any possibility of exchanging the data between Windchill and Codebeamer?Can we integrate the prodcut timelines from PLM to Software & activity tasking timelines in Codebeamer alm? 

Hello all,test case can be created only if user is member of Project Admin role.There are 6 roles in total and none of them do not allow to create test case.User has developer role and even all permissions are checked then creation is still not possible.Do you have any idea what else need to be set?Attached Test Case permission matrix and developer role matrix.thank you

Software: Codebeamer 2.1 (training environment) Datecode: 2.1.0.0 Hello all, I am doing a word roundtrip in Codebeamer, and I have made a custom template which can fetch the data from custom fields in the tracker. Problem: In the exported roundtrip file, I am not able to edit the value of custom fields, the only editable fields in the roundtrip document are 'work item name', 'description', 'business value'. There is an editing restriction on other fields, like the custom fields.If I forcefully edit the custom fields, the roundtrip is not working. Let me know if this use case is possible. And if yes, please guide me on how to make the custom fields editable in the word roundtrip file.Thank you 

Software: Codebeamer 2.1 (training environment) Datecode: 2.1.0.0 Hello all, I am exporting a work item in excel format from a tracker and the exported filename is in the format "[project name]-[tracker name]", I want to customize it to be "[project name]-[tracker name]-[work item name]". (attached a picture for reference).I have checked and tried customizing the export template, but I am only able to customize the content of the export file, not the filename.Let me know if this use case is possible. And if yes, please guide me on where I can find the configurations to customize the exported file's name.Thank you

Hi everyone:I tried to create New Managed Git repository In CB2.2.0.0,but "Error while validating dump:"  always shows and fail the configuration..The git dump file is verified without error and could cloned back to original git repository by git commands via git bash !! Really appreciate if anyone could help me to know what's going on on this issues ?   

I have successfully  done up to stagging by using Skia sharp approach i can able to extract the images from db2 but I'm not able to upload the images in Postgres.We have checked image path in codebeamer installation folder we found that now  how that path is referring in codebeamer DB we need to check I checked all the tables in dB but could not find how that path is referring in DB. I have a CustomField named CustomField[13].I would like to define another field with Mandatory option based on the value in CustomField[13].Can someone share the syntax for the same.I tried the below, but no success:  

Does anyone know the correct syntax to set a dropdown field using the "Computed as" logic? For example if I want to automatically set a dropdown to option id 1, how would I do that? I have tried several things, such as choiceField[2][1], choiceField[2][0]_option[1], etc, from the Codebeamer documentation but nothing seems to work.
