Hi,I created a tracker. Now i would like to reuse it in another project. I clicked on "available as template" box but when I create a new one, it is not available. Anyone does have same problem? Thank you!

Hello, I have a question, is there any way to set "Any status" in the "Downstream References" bookmark in item as a default search value? Right now, by default, cB is always showing only "Unresolved" items there:As I remember, in older versions of cB (i.e. 21.09) there was a "Any status" option as a default option.

Hello Community,Is there a way to automatically disable a user in Codebeamer when the user is deleted or disabled in Active Directory?We have found that there are many users who have been deleted from Active Directory but are still active in Codebeamer.Manual disabling takes a lot of effort for us.Any setting in application, script, API, etc?thank you

I have to migrate RV&S data to Codebeamer, In RV&S we were not using Test Step and entering Expected Result in a custom field. In Codebeamer, I created a custom field called Expected Result, but it doesnt get displayed in Test Run Wizard.

I would like to "Report Bug" in a project different from that of the currently executing Test Run. When I select Report Bug from a Test Run, the Project dropdown only contains the project in which the Test Run is located. I would like to report the bug in a different project. I am using CodeBeamer 22.10 SP 4.

I wanted to inquire about how customizable Test Runs are within Codebeamer, specifically the backend functionality, to accept custom data that is not limited to the out-of-the-box Codebeamer template, but rather a custom Excel, or something along the lines. I provide help with using CodeBeamer.Responsible for everything from simple instructions on how to use them to contacting PTC for answers to complex issues.   If a user closes the browser while editing an item, the item will be locked and cannot be edited for the duration of the user's session. It is common to close the browser without properly ending editing. In this case, users think that the content being edited will not be reflected and will end (editing will end), but in reality, not only will editing end, but editing by other users will also be blocked.   This is a kind of careless mistake. But it happens more often than you might think.When a user closes the browser and leaves, other users have to wait a long time to edit that item. This wastes unnecessary time for the user. Even more so since the session time cannot be reduced to less than 1 hour. If you close the browser in Edit Mode, is there a way to unlock

I am exporting requirement from tracker to ms word using mail merge. Using Codebeamer 3.0I want to populate all functional requirement in a table. To achieving it , . I am applying condition “if_not_folder_informations” in the bookmark, but functional requirements are not populating in table. I am trying to create a review form for our requirement reviews importing from an excel sheet. I wanted to have a cell that had a drop down list of values. I also had 2 cells that took a time input and in a third cell gave the difference in time. I was wondering if it were possible to import these items into Codebeamer from my excel sheet.

Dear Community, I am implementing automated testing from jenkins and would like to upload the test cases and results in codebeamer. For this case I have tried using opensource jenkins plugins like 'xUnit uploader' and 'xUnit importer', unfortunately everytime i make the connection after first call following error message is displayed:"Codebeamer could not be reached with the provided uri/credential; IOException; get returned with statusCode:429" if i take a look on my codebeamer dashboard, I can see that jenkins tried to update the test results trends in codebeamer but didnt suceed.I have tried reconfiguring it. But somehow it didnt work. Any ideas/suggestions how this can be implemented?  

Hello,when copy and paste image from New Outlook client it is saved as image reference URL instead of pure image.  Copy from other applications work fine.Is there any setting to fix it?thank you 

I'm using one of the default templates for exporting a word document. When I modify the word template, and try to use it for exporting a tracker, the resulting word document won't open, but a new doc is created. It says the document contains unreadable data.

Hello together,I would like to have a connection from Codebeamers "SCM Repositories" tab to my existing Git repository.But when I try to set it up: it gives me following error message (I removed parts of the URL for this post): SCM Error: fatal: unable to access 'https://[...]testspezifikation/': SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate in certificate chain The current connection for Codebeamer is not a https connection, but http.The gitlab connection is a https connection which is self-certified. Does Codebeamer really do not accept the self-certified certificates? In Codebeamer 2.1.0.1, I have a tracker called "Input", a tracker called "Output", and a tracker called "Result" (names have been changed for sake of this question).  Input has a downstream trace to both Output and Result and Output has a downstream trace to Result. The Result has 2 choice fields for the relationships to Input and Output called Input Trace and Output Trace.  The Output Trace also "depends on" the setting of Input Trace and the "union" is true. When creating a Result item from scratch both of those trace fields will be empty.  I can select the Input Trace values and the Output Trace list will be filtered accordingly and I can save the item. However, I do also want to be able to create a downstream reference directly from an Output item using the "R+" button.  This will automatically fill in the Output Trace field to the item from which I clicked the R+ button but the Input Trace field is empty.  I cannot save the item as-is becaus
