I have old Mathcad 15 files that I need to convert to Mathcad Prime. Tried installing Matchad 15 but I can't find a download link. Is there any other way to achieve this?

Good day,I’m trying to redefine the default coordinate system that Creo assigns to a part or assembly.Background:I have a main assembly representing a vehicle, which is divided into multiple subassemblies — each assigned to a different designer. A recurring issue arises when a designer does not use a skeleton model: the parts or subassemblies do not assemble correctly when using the “Default” constraint in the main assembly.With a large top-level assembly, it becomes quite time-consuming if every designer has to manually constrain each part or subassembly to the correct position.Workaround Tried:One approach I’ve used is to create a new coordinate system in the desired position, export the part/assembly as a STEP file, customize the export to use this new coordinate system as the default, and then reimport it. Hello, I'm asking help to know if there is a way in assembly to make constraint play on values of a flexible element. I have a 6DOF robot arm saved as an flexible asm. To place it I'm currently making his base's origin concurrent with the floor's one (cf. constraints.png). In order to make it looks like the right position, I change each angle of rotation he had (which are all 6 flexible elements) degrees by degrees which is painfull (cf. flexible elements list.png). Regarding this issue, I want to know if it's possible to add an other constraint on the robot arm, this time with gripper and make both of his constraints change the value of the flexible element instead of changing all by hand.PS : I'm a using Creo 11 

Hi everyone ,    I’ve been working with user management in ThingWorx and came across a related use case to this post    https://community.ptc.com/t5/ThingWorx-Developers/How-to-Find-all-User-Groups-for-a-Given-User/m-p/1038382#M70705   about getting all user groups for a given user (using Users[principal].GetGroups()).   Now I want to do the reverse: Get all users that belong to a specific User Group? is it possible?    Thanks in advance for your insights!

Since Thursday of last week, the Performance Advisor dashboard for Windchill and Creo has not been displaying any data (see attached images).     The problem is definitely not on the user side but on the PTC side, as there are already several open support tickets regarding this issue (see, for example, CS454950).   Can other users confirm what I have written above?

Hi everyone,   I’m facing a strange issue related to automatic mashup refresh using the “Automatically update values when able” checkbox in combination with the ServiceInvokeCompleted event.   I have two mashups, and I’ve already implemented the known setup for real-time updates — using GetProperties with WebSocket subscription to property changes that the mashup is subscribed to. Everything works perfectly most of the time, and the mashup refreshes automatically when the source data changes.   However, once in a while (maybe once in a blue moon ), the mashup simply stops refreshing.For example, today it worked fine for hours, and then suddenly it didn’t refresh anymore — even though no configuration changes were made.   Has anyone else experienced this kind of intermittent issue with automatic refresh or WebSocket subscription in ThingWorx mashups? Version: Windchill 13.0 Use Case: I have set up a product in my Windchill Instance. Within the product, I have added a group to the "Guest" role. This is the only role the group is associated to. I have also created a sub-type of a WTPart. When a user in this group looks at the "Details" tab of the WTPart sub-type, they are provided with values of "Secured Information" for the "State" and "Life Cycle Template". However, when they go into an OOTB WTPart (Internal Name - wt.part.WTPart), stored in the same folder of the same product, they are given visibility of the values for "State" and "Life Cycle Template". I followed PTC Article CS135952 on finding all available Preferences in Windchill PLM, but the report shows many duplicates across multiple pages. How can I generate a QML report in Windchill 12.0 that lists all Preference Management report sheets without duplication?

Our Kepware servers are reading around 100,000 tags from DCS server and forwarding to PI servers. We created one channel connecting to DCS server, and the minimum tag scan rate is 5000ms. The problem is when I meet some problems and reboot Kepware server, the DCS server will slow down for about 10 minutes after the Kepware instance running. We have already deleted 20,000 unnecessary tags, now the number is around 80,000, the problem remains. We also enabled “Read form cache” when start up, but it did not help. Would you please give suggestions on below points: 1. How to proof that it is not hardware issue which caused this problem? What should I check on DCS server side when Kepware server rebooted? For example, CPU load, network load, hard drive load, etc. By the way, the spec of DCS server is i7+32GB RAM+1TB SSD. 2. Is it possible to solve this problem just by changing settings or optimizing tag list in Kepware? So that we have less job to do and less arguments with other teams.

Is it possible to download old PTC software during Sustained Support? Unable to find old datecodes of expired PTC products on Software Download web page. Is it possible to download installation files for products which are expired and no longer part of Standard Support policy?

I would like some help to develop a loop in Mathcad that appends each intersection point between a piecewise linear curve and a set of straight lines, to the piecewise linear curve matrix. The attached Mathcad Prime 11 file contains the details and a fuller explanation of this request for assistance.
