Hello,I have a problem using Creo Toolkits, that is because of the .exe file executed from the toolkit keeps oppening a Windows blank CMD window and whenever I close it, Creo just crashes. Hi all,      I need to find the multi bodies parameters. I have a multiple body, like Body1, Body2, Body3, etc... Now I want to find these bodies parameters by iterating each and every Body in the 3D Model. So, I need any sample code in VB API to execute this.      

Good morning everyone,I'm using Creo 10 and from the "Tools" ribbon menu I start my c# application.We can do everything but in the "Model" menu a lot of function are disabled especially "Parameters". To have a chance to see drawing ".drw" object is checked out when it is opened in Creo Parametric. - I can see that CAD model is checked out in "model tree", I can see the .drw object is modified, but I am not able to see anywhere in Creo paramteric window, that .drw object is checked out. Do you have any idea, how to display it in drawing tree?

Hi, When I change the simplified representation, and run an assembly visitor based on ProFeatureTypeGet and ProAsmcompVisibilityGet, I get the right structure (all excluded are not taken). But when it finished, all the inactive feature status refreshes to active. So on the next run,  I get the master simplified representation. I don't know why. Hi Community,   I would like to query the status of a prt, asm, drw with Excel VBA. So whether an object is checked out, new, in progress, etc.   I found the status for checked out in the API "IpfcServer --> IsObjectCheckedOut(WorkspaceName as String, ObjectName as String) as Boolean " But I can't find any function/method for status "New" or "Work in progress". I would like to check beforehand whether an object is mutable. Hello Community, I am using ProParameterWithUnitsCreate, on Creo 9.0.2.0,to add a parameter to a model. However, everything I have tried to make it work has failed.  The code I am using is below:{...ProParamvalueSet(&testVal, p_value, new_value_type); err= ProParameterWithUnitsCreate(&target_item, test, &testVal, NULL, &testInit);...}target_item is a valid ProModelItem, test is a valid wchar_t*, testval is a valid ProParamValue, and testInit is an unitialized ProParameter. I have followed TestParams.c file to check if I did anything wrong, but it appears I have not.  I have also looked at this article, Article - CS383949 - Creo Parametric Toolkit API ProParameterWithUnitsCreate() fails with error PRO_TK_BAD_INPUTS on specific machine (ptc.com), but it is unclear to me what registry file I am supposed to change the unicode_encoding to True on. Does anyone have any idea as to why, with valid inputs, I am receiving the PRO_

Creo 8.0.1.0 version. I am looking for a way to automate every step in the generation of the mass report in Creo. Ideally an external script would communicate with Creo to obtain available workspaces which I then select along with the assembly file and Simple Rep I would like to chose. The script would then generate the mass report and then the user grabs the output.  I have a working Mapkey that does the mass report steps but the interrogation of the data in Creo to be used by an external script is something that I have not tried to do and have seen little to no documentation.

Hello - Sophos has gone rogue and is deleting trueSolid-x64.dllWe have the file whitelisted on the server, but all these clients have detached.Yes, I'm currently working with Sophos to address the client randomly detaching from EnpointCentral. However, I have 7 engineers without CREO and need a quick fix. Is there any way to run Creo 7.0.2.0  without trueSolid-x64.dll? (sophos is difficult to remove on remote clients as it requires booting to safe mode to disable tamper protection).for reference, the error Creo throws is and putting trueSolid-x64.dll back in play is immediately deleted by Sophos,which promptly pats itself on the back for doing such a good job.Thanks,Fred    

Hi Team,  In creo by default there are 3 decimal places in all the dimensions or what we set to.I want to preset the hole dimensioning in creo model and drawing to '2' by default without affecting the rest of the dimensioning scheme. i.e. rest of the features follow default scheme of 3 decimal. Can anyone please let me know if there is a way to define custom decimal places only for holes? I would appreciate your help with it.
