Hi,I have a Link widget that always fails the second time it is clicked. It is meant to download a file, which it does the first time, but then sends the user to a default "Could not provide media" page the second time. I've fixed the issue via an auto-refresh pointed at the service that provides the URL for the Link widget, but that only works if the user waits to click again. Is there a way to cause the link to be disabled after it is clicked once? I was hoping Thingworx allowed services to reference widgets, but sadly this feature does not exist from what I've read. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,We have created a new customized tile and a new user group on Manufacturing Apps, and now all roles see Composer tile on console.Maintenance Engineer user: New group user: PTC.Factory.MachineVisibility organization doesn't have Composer sub-unit, so we don`t know why can see it and how to hide the tile for those groups. Does anyone know how to solve it?Thanks in advance.  

Creating API Map for WRS endpoints is painfully slow as Firefox takes all available memory. Only after API tree is fully collapsed it becomes somewhat navigatable. Is this a bug or 'normal' behavior? Is there any other way of defining API Maps e.g. in XML and through importing? ThingWorx 9.1.0

Hello everyone I have a stream that has a property infotable.I want to write a service inside of that stream, I want this service to get each row ID inside of my infotable and store these IDs within an array. I have tried using the queryinfotableproperty history service.This does not seem to work. Kindly suggest how I can go about fixing this? Thank you so much.

Hello, I am trying to setup Thingworx HA cluster on Kubernetes. Thingworx foundation containers are up and thingworx composer is accessible. I am unable to bring cxserver up, error is in zookeeper client connect(detailed message below).   Can you please support me with some troubleshooting steps to verify zookeeper? We are using Thingworx Platform 8.5.5 and PostgreSQL 10.8 in AWS. PostgreSQL 10 has become obsolete now and AWS will upgrade the database to v11 soon. The system requirements guide shows that TWX 8.5 only supports 10.8. Is there a plan to support more postgres versions? Regards,Sri

Can someone explain when an extension may not be compatible in an active-active cluster?  I see the haCompatible attribute documented in the Help Center but there is no guidance as to when that should be set to true or false. I have a legacy extension from the defunct Market Place and several home-grown custom extensions and need to determine if they are compatible in high availability mode but I don't know how to make that determination.  Would an example of one that wouldn't be compatible do something like keeping a local state or cache of data and that information would be lost if a different node handles the request? I want to just add haCompatible="true" and repackage the extension but I don't know if that is advisable or not.

We are creating a service where we can send emails to users using a thing service. But the email field in the user extension does not have the user's email ID maintained. We have integration with azure, is it possible to get an email Id from Azure using a thing service? or is there any other way to retrieve the user's email ID?

Hello everybody!   We are trying to decrypt a frame of data (the encription is AES- Advanced Encryption Standar) from one device using Thingworx. The main idea was use the extension in the market place (https://marketplace.ptc.com/en-US/apps/196131/crypto-extension-for-thingworx)  but looks unavailable.  How can we get the extension? Hello community, I have a case very similar to this existing support article. The major difference is that I don't use Themes, so that article isn't helping me. I am using Thingworx 8.4.15, an html widget (by extension) and plotly inside of that widget. When opening a modal popup it destroys the plotly css classes. Can anyone describe me what happens when the popup is opened? And what I could possibly do to prevent this behavior? Thank you in advanceBenny

What are the steps that are involved while Upgrading the Postgres DB Schema from the Thingworx 8.4 to 9.3.2 ?Is there any documentation, where the steps are present for this ?Thanks,Shashi.

Hello Team,   I have updated from 8.5 to 9 and found one issue in mashup design page, the actual names like Widget, Layout, Explorer, Properties, Style Properties are not appearing in design mode. Instead it shows label like "tw.mashup-builder.editor.category.label", "tw.mashup-builder.editor.placeholder.filters.widget" etc. Can anyone please help me on this?   I have attached the screenshot for reference. Did I missed anything while migration?   Thanks

Hi,   This is strange and I am not able to reproduce the issue but one of the user sees this behavior where left menu works perfectly fine on Microsoft edge. Sometimes when he leaves his system idle for 10-15 mins he sees left menu comes in center of the page and it doesn't go away even with refresh. Surprisingly when he copies the URL and paste in chrome he sees same behavior there too. Hi Everyone, We have a requirement of restricting the number of users logging into the ThingWorx application as the system becomes unstable after a specific limit. To avoid this we want to terminate the session of new users logging into the application.For this I have found this article which says it's not possible through ThingWorx but can be configured in tomcat:https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS290759. If anyone has any other suggestions on this would be very helpful.
