I am a student in Budapest in Budapesti Műszaki Egyetem, Faculty of Civil Engineering. How can I get a license for this program?
About 10 years I wrote some code that used a couple of lists in a mathcad sheet. I tried to cut and paste for my new task but it's all just gibberish to me now and my code doesn't work. Can someone help me figure out how to do this. The attached sheet has the code and hopefully my intent is clear enough to start with.
I’m a student and have question about weather it’s possible or not to update my Mathcad prime 7.0.0.0 student license to the new 8 prime (Student)version. Thanks in advance.
Why there is small variance with units and without units results in Prime
Hello there,This program I rewrite it by changing my own numbers only. Sadly I don't understand how this program works. Do you mind how to explain how this program works? Appreciate for the help.Regards,Adlil
I am using Prime 7.0.0.0 with Windows 10 Pro.When documenting my I generally put a small math region declaring and defining a variable/parameter on the left and a text region/block on the right describing the variable/parameter. I generally have several of these one after another. When I save the document the regions get rearranged. Regions are moved towards the top of the page so that they overlap previous regions. This mostly happens early in the document - mostly on the first page but sometimes extending into the second page. This happens on a regular basis in different documents and takes a lot of work to undo. Is this a known issue? Does anyone else have this problem? Am I doing something improper that causes this to happen?
Hello, I am getting this error when trying to plot piecewise funtions. I've search trhough the coummity for may solutions but I can't solve my problem at all. Could you please help me? I attatch the mdcx and a pdf of the function.Thank you.
In Mathcad 15.0, integration is giving me an answer with units when it should be unitless:The last line shows the function gives a unitless result as expected.

i'm sorry for my bad english I have Mathcad Prime 1.0 on Windows 7 64(bit) Italian.I think that i have found a very fastidious bug. When i write expression and i use the keyboard shortcuts i have a problem for write exponents. If i use the keyboard and i press ( ^ ) ( ctrl+ì )....mathcad prime don't write for example "x^2" but write "x if ||"It's a very big problem for me because i'm so fast with keyboard shortcuts...and i dont' want to use a mouse command and found always manually the correct operator.I see that this problem presents only in math form and not in text form.I try to set english keyboard in windows and now Mathcad Prime work correctly both in math form and in text form....The problem is that i have an Italian keyboard and not an English keyboard. Can You help me??Please it's very important i must use Mathcad for some university project!Bye
I really don't understand why when using a Symbolic Calculation, the value is obtained more accurately than when checking the value normally. What should I do so that the derivative is calculated correctly?
I tested one new function of Matcad Prime 8 - the reverse conversion of Prime files (mcdx) to files Mathcad 15 (xmcd). Look, please, in the attach, what I got!
HelloI work in the IT department of Gericke Group and we have a user of your software (MathCad 14) who is getting a new notebook.I installed MathCad 14 on the new notebook, but activating the license fails. When I copy the license.dat from the old machine, the error is:"The hostid of this system does not match the hostid specified in the license file."When I try to do an online activation and log in, I get the error:"Der Server hat eine Protokollverletzung ausgeführt. This is a personal copy of MathCad 14 that I was provided in payment for participation on the Mathcad Alpha beta test team in 2007. I have the original PTC producty delivery document if that helps.I am having issues installing and validating the license on a new computer I am going to use the software on. The 2007/2008 vintage PC it was once installed is "in the landfill" now. Please advise.Thanks,- Lee -
I reinstalled MathCAD from my CD. On license setup, I couldn't get a license over the internet due to an unexpected error: The serve committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseHeader Detail=CR must be followed by LF. How do I fix this problem (error) so I can get the license and finish MathCAD install?

I just downloaded Mathcad Prime 7 to see how it would work in converting my Mathcad 15 files. The converter fails and aborts each time, although Prime 7 can still open the Mathcad 15 files (format is not good though). Any suggestions on why this is happening? Many thanks

Lets say I have:I want to Weed("v","n","p","h","j") and end up with ["k" "l" "m" "n" "o"] or Weed ("v" "w" "x" "y" "z")So this should take out the first row and I am left with:What would be the easiest way?

Good day everyone! Some people smarter than me generated some Octave functionality that generates some robotic information that I'm trying to duplicate within Prime. I've been able to get to the point where I've been able to duplicate results within Prime up until a point where Octave is able to evaluate two matrices of various size. I found the following post from 2014 and attempted to implement it but faced challenges:https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Mathcad/Matrix-Division-Mathcad-Prime-3-0/m-p/786608/emcs_t/S2h8ZW1haWx8dG9waWNfc3Vic2NyaXB0aW9ufEwxQVdSQ0VGT0pRRUhMfDc4NjYwOHxTVUJTQ1JJUFRJT05TfGhL#M200465 Since I doubt many of you use Octave, I've attached a screen grab of the results calculated in the "Octave.pdf" attached. I'm matching the Octave results up until the division of the matrices. In conclusion: I'm trying to replicate these Octave results within Prime and I'm to the point of dividing the dissimilar sized matrices but struggling from that point on. Can some prov
