Mathcad

I am having an issue with variables changing value from an integer to an integer +/- a very small value like 0.0000000000000002 when I assign the variable a unit. I've changed the default units to U.S. thinking that there was some small conversion being done incorrectly, but the issue is still there. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? This is really putting a kink in my work day. I have to subtract these values from other values and then test that result. If that result is < 0 instead of exactly 0, the MathCAD sheet doesn't work correctly. To me, this is a major issue, and I'm not sure why MathCAD would have a bug like this. I've included a screenshot for clarity on what I'm talking about.

I want to diable the green line so you cant see it when i print into PDF.I know the expression is redefined earlier, but it doesnt matter.Look at the picture. - Sometimes it doesnt help using :reset?

Few years ago I was teached Mathcad (14) at school and made my exercises in Mathcad.Now a friend needs some help and I don't have the programme anymore. Now I want to open the files again but I can't download Mathcad 14 anymore and I also can't convert the files with the Free Mathcad Trial.How can I take a look at my files?If I can convert them to PDF that would be oke, I just need to look to the content of my files.Thanks!

Is there any way to set up Mathcad 15 or Mathcad Express to use comma (,) as a decimal separator, rather than dot (.) ?So 2.6 would be 2,6 and the like.. I live in Denmark where we use comma, rather than dot.I would love to be able to do this..Regards, Nick.

Hello,I want to create a matrix composed of vectors and matrix, and manipulate each coefficient one by one by using his index.In fact, you can display each coefficient of the matrix but you can't modify all of them :In this example, I can't modify the coefficient 0,0 placed in the submatirx which is placed at 1,1 in  matrix DI have attached an example illustrating my problem.

Hi, Can anyone out there help?  I have a fairly basic calculation sheet, in which I want to use results from another worksheet.  I have done the insert reference, saved, saved again, hit F9, hit it again, opened, closed, re-opened, re-closed etc, but simply cannot get the recipient worksheet to find the array results that are generated in the referenced sheet.  It will happily find 'simpler' results (single numbers, single column arrays), but will not find the larger 2 dimension arrays.  The arrays I admit are large, 130 x 500, but that is what we use expensive software for isn't it?

HiI'm working on a sheet which has a number of solver blocks. For clarity of work and for a concise summary, I want to pull the answers from the 'FIND' function out of the solver block. Currently I have to do this manually as I can't find a way of automatically outputting the values into the main body of the sheet. Does anybody know how to achieve this automatically?Thanks

In attached there is a system of two nonlinear equations. Graph indicates there are two solutions but Find only finds one of them.Is there a best practice procedure for searching for other solutions? Maybe by creating a simple program to loop over the x domain (valid values of x) or what do you recommend?Kind regards,Michael

Hi everybody,I am using Mathcad Prime 3.0 and I am trying to plot a bode diagram of a transfer function of a transimpedance amplifer. Moreover, I would like to display the gain of the transfer function in dB. However, when I try to calculate the gain in dB Mathcad is giving me an error saying "units do not match". As an attachment you can find my worksheet. Does anybody know the reason?

How can I edit the axis of an XY plot so that my Y-axis goes in descending order (not negative values)? In Mathcad 15 I would just enter the numbers/range in which I wanted my axis to be and the function would move accordingly. In Mathcad Prime I don't seem to be able to do much editing.

Når jeg gør det nu, så kommer der bare en "sort lakrids" - altså en pladsholder for ét tegn! Hi all!When i copy from mathcad and paste to word (i tried different paste options) text is ok, but formulas are as pictures, it is also if i save as .rtf file. Is there any way to export formulas to word as text or equations, and not as pictures?Thank you.
