Mathcad Installation

I had a copy of Mathcad Express on a computer got infected and we had to wipe the drive. I use it to read and review Mathcad files. I would like to download it again on my new computer, but when I go in and try to do that the system wont let me download it again. What do I need to do?

I have downloaded (twice) the Mathcad 10 for the suggested Host ID and Mathcad still states:License Status: Invalid & License Type: No License and when Mathcad is opened Çreated with PTC Mathcad Express'.Please note I have a ''PTC Mathcad 15 Student Edition – Perpetual License'which came with Mathcad Prime 3.1. I am unsure where i could download Mathcad 15 and the only option appears to download Mathcad Prime 10.Any advice how I can get any version of Mathcad up and running would be greatly appreciated..RegardsDave

I have tried transferring my license to a new host ID. I accidentally transferred the license to an old host. When I tried again, I received this notification "Thank you for using Mathcad. You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type. Hello,I purchased an upgrade to Mathcad 14.0 some years ago (2013, personal purchase, not a company). I installed the software on my PC at the time. In about 2017 I purchased a new PC and never installed Mathcad on it as I did not need it then.I now live at a different address, have a different landline phone number and a different PC (compared to 2013). I have just tried to install Mathcad 14.0 and the software installed OK, but it cannot connect to the license. I have reset my password and have been able to log onto the PTC site to send this message, but I cannot get Mathcad working.Can you advise on how I can resolve this issue?Regards,KH.

When I try to 'Activate' my license in Mathcad (from Mathcad Express), it asks for my Product Code. Other 'Help' solutions pointed to the confirmation email, which mine does not contain the product code. Also, a link was provided to another site, but that site is in 'Maintenance'. Is there another way to find my product code?  

I received a license to use while the estore was down from a representative, but it only worked when connected to the wifi I set it up with. Now I purchased the mathcad student prime version, but still, it only works with whatever wifi I am connected to when I set it up and get only express version everywhere else. Is there a way to fix this? I paid for the license and need to be able to use it in different settings.

Hello!I'm unable to upgrade my account (using https://support.ptc.com/appserver/common/account/secure/premiumAccount.jsp page) to manage my Mathcad license.I can not activate the product or get the activation file.I can not open even a ticket to support.

I've not been able to locate anywhere on how to remove a concurrent user from a floating license pool of licensing using the FLEXnet Admin. Also when I go to the Administrator section of the FLEXnet Admin tool it is asking for a administrator login, however I'm not sure what login information to use because it is not accepting my PTC login information or my server administrator login, so I'm not sure why this is not working. Please provide any insight or advice on this.

I downloaded windows on my mac. I then tried to buy the Mathcad Prime 10 Student Edition for $63/year. However, it just took me to Mathcad Express Free Download when I clicked on it. I finally downloaded it, and then I had to login and provide my product code. I don't have a product code because I never bought anything, but I clicked on the $63/year plan and it never charged me so I don't really know what to do or where to go from here.

Guten TagWir Arbeiten bis anhin mit Mathcad 14, aktuell teste ich nun Mathcad Prim 10 bezüglich einem allfälligen Wechsel.Das Konvertieren unserer Arbeitsblätter hat sehr gut funktioniert. Jedoch habe ich nun das Problem das ich Berechnungen habe mit Divisionen durch Null (x/0) in Mathcad 14 konnte man unter Arbeitsblattoptionen angeben das 0/0=0 ist. gibt es diese Möglichkeit im Prime 10 auch? Für uns ist dies sehr wichtig da wir allgemeingültige Berechnungen haben bei dehnen lasten die in der zu Berechnenden Anwendung nicht vorkommen. I am using Mathcad Prime 7.0 7.0.0.0I have just finished converting a Mathcad 15 worksheet to Prime. The worksheet is around 200 pages of simple calculations. The worksheet features 1 page where parameters are input.Matchad 15 calculated any changes to the input parameters almost instantly. Maybe 2-3 seconds max. Whereas the Prime sheet is incredibly slow. taking up to 32 minutes to finish calculating.there are no complex calculations to be conducted so it is worrying that the newer version of prime is under performing compared to the older version mathcad 15. Has anyone faced this issue and found any solutions?

I have used Mathcad Prime 10.0.1.0 for one month and I would like to purchase the full software for one year. I am a student at University of Wisconsin and would like to purchase the student version. Good day, I am a newly hired teacher at the HTL Rankweil. From there I got a user license for MathCad. I may have made two mistakes when activating the license. I had downloaded version 10.0.1.0. But my colleagues all use version 10.0.0.0. The license I was using may only be valid for 10.0.0.0 and not 10.0.1.0. That's why it stopped working the next day.   Or it was because I used my private email address when registering for the account and not the one that belongs to my school.   Today I wanted to activate version 10.0.0.0 with my school email address. Unfortunately it was not possible to open an account. My Mathcad application doesn't start, i tried to reinstall it but with no succes. It only shows that the application is in the taskbar, when i press on it a small window above the taskbar comes up and it is black. I have to use Mathcad prime for my engineering course and since it I cannot purchase it right now I have been using the 30 day trial. So once I started the 30 days I thought it would be fine for 30 days, but for whatever reason the trial period disappears after a couple days or a couple hours, putting me back in mathcad express. My work-around for a couple days was to reacquire the license through the licensing wizard. None of my friends have had this issue, and I have now 'run out of free trials' even though I would be halfway through my actual 30 day free trial.

I'm trying to find the product code for Mathcad prime. How do I find this?
