Once the form for Mathcad Prime Express has been filled (as per Topic), an email will be triggered by PTC to user with the link to download the software and execute/run  pim_installmgr_mathcad.exe and run it as an Administrator.   Select #Install New Software and select #Next   1. Select #Install New Software and  click on #Next     2. Select #I accept the license agreement and Check the box for Export agreement then click #Next   3.  In the Application Selection screen, Change the installation directory, if required. Else, Prime 6.0 will get installed in the default location shown Use option #Customize to change the help center language or to install help center in multiple languages and to set locations for shortcuts for Prime 6.0 Choose list of applications need to be installed. Mathcad Prime installation needs Microsoft.NET 4.6.2 or a later version of .NET that Microsoft certifies is a replacement for 4.6.2So, Mathcad installer ensures that such a version is installed and if not present on the machine, it initiates the .NET framework installation. User cannot skip the .NET installation and proceed with Mathcad Prime installation. It is mandatory to have version of .NET Framework installed   Additional info: Microsoft.NET certified replacements should cover all functions of the previous release and therefore can be installed Different versions of Microsoft.NET can coexist

I've been using PTC Mathcad Prime 5.0 (student edition) for several months, and my computer crashed, so I need to re-download the software. (My license last for a few more months) I was able to look up my original order on the PTC Store website, but the link to download the software was not working. Is there another way to install the software?

I have stumbled upon a problem, when i tried to install Mathcad on my Windows 10 at Aarhus University. The error is labeled 1920, but i can’t find any solutions on the net, so i hope making this post help me solving this problem. It has something to do with the printspoiler i think. (I have attach a file, which is the text that pops up when MathCad nearly is installed). Hope someone can help fixing this:) Kind regards Vilhelm

I downloaded Mathcad prime 5.0 via the link provided after purchase. When I doubleclick setup.exe (after unpacking), I got prompt "Do you want to allow changes to your disc?", I press "Yes" and the window closes and nothing happens. I have Win 10 and MS framework installed. Any advice?

The flow of issue:   1. Received an email for the Mathcad Express trial   2. Clicked on download PTC Mathcad Express prompt, takes me to a new window   3. Selected install software button and opens a tab for a moment and closes with NO installation   I have a 64-bit operating system with windows 10.  Is there a bug in the installer?

I need to install the software again but I can't find it anywhere. I have the PTC Mathcad Prime 3.1 Student Edition – Perpetual License
