Unable to Import/Export remotely bound properties of an asset using Import & Export equipment option available under Equipment tab of Configuration and Setup tile in Mfg. Apps. Whereas we are able to import & export local bound properties.   Basically I am trying to automate asset creation (with remotely bound props) in Mfg. Apps using out of box Mfg. Apps Excel Import functionality.   Is this functionality not available in current version of Mfg. Apps ? If not available, which entity & service should I customize to make it work for remotely bound properties.

Hi Team, I am working on Manufacturing apps and created some equipment. earlier equipment's are showing up in configuration and setup tab, but right now it is not showing up there. and if i investigate the code there is a error called "Unable to invoke service".As per my Knowledge there is some issue with Template which is using in manufacturing apps. Please help and suggest.

Re:  post   hi, May I know whether your SSL certificate is successful or not? I also follow this instruction but part B code cannot find in the PTC_Servlet_Engine/server.xml file and SSL is not successful.  

now I using thingworx manufacturing apps 8.4. I want to set SSL certificate. when I configure SSL configuration following https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS193947 part B code cannot find, which is  <!-- <Connector port="8443" protocol="HTTP/1.1" SSLEnabled="true" maxThreads="150" scheme="https" secure="true" clientAuth="false" sslProtocol="TLS" /> --> below is my default server.xml content.  and also have my file location.   Could someone help me to figure it out? 

Industrial Connectivity client not connecting to KUKA OPC UA Server    Versions :            Windows 10x64           Industrial Connectivity 8.4.66            robot KUKA KR900 with OPC UA protocol   I am connecting the robot KUKA KR900 with ThingWorx Industrial Connectivity via OPC UA protocol.I went through all the possible connection options, but in any case I get the message "End point not supported server".The "UaExpert" client downloaded from the OPC foundation resource connects to the server without problems.Connection settings of "UaExpert" and IC in the attachment.Client authentication is carried out by entering a username and password.The KUKA.OPC_UA_Server certificate is located in the Trusted Server section.   Thank you, Peter.  

Hello, I'm using Thingworx 8.5 with Manufacturing Apps extensions and connect it to Kepware 6.3. Now I'm trying to import Kepware server structure into Thingworx Manufacturing Apps, Configuration and Setup. Is there any way to do this automatically? Hello,   I'm using Thingworx 8.5 and Thingworx Industrial Connectivity 8.5.67 I'm creating an asset using my gateway discover option, and I'm choosing the PTC.ISA95.PhysicalAssetThingTemplate as template. After the creation, I can see that the connection is made and the values are updating correctly.   Now, I'm trying to import\configure this asset\thing in the Configuration and Setup app (of the Manufacturing Apps to see it in the Asset Advisor App), but I don't succeed. Is there any guide for how to configure this or someone has an idea how to make it?   The point is, I need to create a service or find a way to gets the discovered devices from Kepware and configure them dynamically that I can see them in the Asset Advisor App.Many thanks, Tal.

Hi - I can successfully change the thingworx logo in the header mashup of Thingworx Manufacturing Apps.   How did I change the app title? So for example if I bring up Asset Advisor it shows that as text in the header mashup. Is it possiblle to add or change this? I have added my own mashup and want to give it a title when the header mashup opens.

Can someone explain the difference between Industrial Connectivity and Kepserver ?  is kepserver a more complex versión of Industrial Connectivity ?   Regards   Daniel Sam

I have the same problem and basically the same configuration as showed. I'm able to see the data on the OPC quick client, I have "logical Non-Blocking" under protocol mode.   There's a message displaying "Error pushing property updates to thing" not sure if it's something related to it,   Hope you can help me,   Thank you,

Hello,   I try to import the Asset Advisor (MED-61235-CD-084_SP3_ThingWorx-Asset-Advisor-Integrations-8-4-3-extension-bundle) but I run into trouble. When I first tried I get a error message on the import window "Errors occurred during the import" without no information what goes wrong. At the second attempt I get the following error message: "Extension Package [ServiceMaxIntegration-extension] is trying to override existing entities: [PTC.SCA.SCO.AssetService.Connector.ServiceMaxApiPayloadDataShape:DataShape] [PTC.SCA.SCO.AssetService.Core.LabelStringValuePair:DataShape] [PTC.SCA.SCO.AssetService.Connector.ServiceMaxApiPayloadDataShape.OthersDataShape:DataShape]"   Now I want delete these three DataShapes but the delete button is disabled, when I select one of them. I have a Thingworx 8.3 instance on Ubuntu working and added Manufacturing Apps 8.3.0. Hello everbody,I have a little problem with the PTC.ISA95.PhysicalAssetThingTemplate after I updated to 8.5.When I go to Manufacturing Apps, Configuration an Setup and try to a new Asset or Site there is an error."The default status configuration in the following template is invalid: PTC.ISA95.PhysicalAssetThingTemplate. We have some Atlas Copco STWrenches that are connected through Atlas Copco ToolsTalk BLM. I would like to replace ToolsTalk BLM and just use Thingworx instead and am wondering if this is possible?

Hi guys,   I am working with Manufacturing apps in Thingworx 8.5.  I have created a new availability KPI that I want to display on the Production KPI mashup.   I have done the following: - On all my templated I have overridden the KPInames service to include the new KPI - I updated the GetEquipmentNetworkForKPIs service with the underlying PopulateProductionKPIsTreeGrid service to include the KPI in the InfoArray on the PTC.Factory.PlantStatusUtils thing. - I also updated the PTC.Factory.PlantStatusTreeDataShape and PTC.Factory.EquipmentStatusTreeDataShape to include the new KPI.   On the advanced tree grid widget in the mashup I can see the new KPI but when I select it to include it in the grid columns it is not shown when the mashup is loaded.   Any advice on why this is happening and how to allow me to do this?

Hi everyone,   My configuration:   ThingWorx Industrial Connectivity 8.4.66 ThingWorx Fundation 8.4 (30-day Evoluation Server)   I am using Industrial Connectivity to get data from PLC and bind it on my dashboard. I was able to do it.   But I have tried get data from other PLC (through of industrial connectivity too) and I could not do it work well.   The quality of connection is "unknown"       And I guess  the communication between PLC and Industrial Connectivity is work well.      I have ever verified if there is any firewall blocking me but it is ok.   has someone could help me it?   Below other configuration:     Regards

Good afternoon,   I recently connected Thingworx to a remote OPC server via the OPC Aggregator. The connection was made successfully and all of my devices are populated as Things in Thingworx. Within the Thingworx Composer I can browse all tags normally via any Mange Bindings screen. However, when I try to browse for tags in either the Trends & Troubleshooting or Configuration & Setup, I cannot expand past the top level. Why would I be able to browse for tags in Composer but not from within any of these mashups? See attached screenshots for the differences.
