Hi, I'm new to CREO, and I am using the playlists to get to know the tools at hand.I started with 'Get Started with Creo Parametric Sketcher' where a body for a drone was sketched.Next I wanted to continue to a following training, and found one called 'Learn More about Creo Parametric Modeling'There a more sculpted drone housing is shown. In the description it is mentioned that the course continues from 'Get Started with Creo Parametric Assembly'. However, when I start that course, it continues from what happened in the 'learn more about Creo Parametric Modeling' My question is, where can I find the course playlist that follows on what was learned in the sketcher course?Thanks in advance,WimV.

Hi,i have an Creo PTC Student account and I should be able to use for example an intelligent screw tool, but when I try it, i get the message "Adjusting parts is not possible in Standard Version. You should contact your account manager. " What can I do?Thanks

I just installed the CREO 10 and I opened it. After I go to new to create a new file, but it is not opening. I have tried so many times.If someone have any solutions, let me know

Hello!I have Creo 10.0 with student license. In the past couple days when I started it up, I got an error message about my license: (-9), invalid host. I would reconfigure the license with setup.exe and it would work for a while. A day at max. I went on like this until yesterday when I couldn't reconfigure. After entering my username amd password for the license I got the very informative error message: Error!Then at home I was able to reconfigure. Then today in the morning the same thing happened. I thought maybe reinstalling could help but I can't reinstall because I get the same error while trying. Any help is appreciated:)

Hello,i hope, that my questions belongs to this Forum.I developed a digital educational medium at my university, which i would like to publish under a Creative Commons license. Part of the educational medium are several STL-Files, which I developed with Creo Parametric with a student license. The publishing would be non-commercial and for educational purposes. Is this allowed?Many thanks in advance. With kind regards

I downloaded Creo parametric 10.0 for students and can't enter the license I skipped the entering of license during installation and now I am unable to open the software.

Hi everyone, Is it possible to have CREO simulate licenses for the student version? I want to do some fluid analysis of a cold plate, but my version says I need the correct license to do so.I am running Creo 9.0 Thanks 

creo does not allow me to change the quota value

I downloaded the zip file  for creo 8.0 and then extracted all the items from it into another folder. Then I tried to open the setupexe file but nothing happened. I also checked in the task manager and nothing would appear. I tried doing the same thing with version 9.0 and 10.0 but I got the same problem. How can I fix this? (Windows 11) 

My son is using the pupils version of creo (V7.0.8.0) and we are experiencing problems using the sketcher. I use creo professionally at work but haven't yet encountered this behaviour. Whithin a sketch we are unable to edit the dimensions. Double clicking will bring the dimension to editing mode but after a second or so the editing mode will end again automatically. If you are really quick you can enter a new dimension 🙂 but that is not really a workaround. Any ideas what could cause this behaviour?

I have been using Creo Academic versions since they were released. Before that ProEngineer since it replaced ProDesktop.Due to network restrictions at my academy all our CNC equipment has been moved to a 'stand alone' computer set up that has no internet connection.With ProEngineer a stand alone license file request could be generated and the software installed with an emailed node locked license file.This does not seem to be possible with Creo or at least I have not been able to find out how to carry out such an install.Does anyone know the method of installing Creo - in this case Creo 3 due to the age of the computer running the CNC set up - on a non internet connected stand alone computer?

I installed creo before and used it normally, but I accidentally deleted it today and downloaded it again and it turned out like this.Please help me and I have a urgent task！  

Hello, I am a student and after trying to open Creo 8, after several months of not using it, i got the notification  that my license expires in 0 days. The professor deleted the older license and all the files connected to Creo and tried to reinstall it. i used the Code BE800908EDSTUDENTEDK12 and got an Error without any further explanation. Here is the image to further illustrate the problem. Could you please help me, as I need Creo reinstalled immediately for the university. Than you in advance.

I'm a hungarian student and I study in Győr in Széchenyi István University. I am currently installing the PTC Creo 9.0 - Student Edition. I'm following the Quick installation guide.I am entering the simple licence code "BK900908EDSTUDENTEDUNI" as indicated and click "Install license". Now I am asked to enter my username and password. At this point the installation program always gives me the error "Authentification failed". The username and password are entered correctly! I tried to reset my password but it didn't worked. I had a license for creo 6.0, can be this the problem?

I tried to install creo 8.0 on my windows 11 laptop and after I had extracted all the files from the MED folder I opened the setup.exe file and I got an error notification. Then I tried to uninstall it and reinstall again and with newer versions as well but nothing worked

Well I have a problem Renewing My  student License.  I I tried to Renew my license But It didn't work out. Please help me Quickly... I'm already making some projects right now... I hope I can handle this problem asap. And I already changed my account password but, he says "I can't verify whether you are a customer." 

Dear experts,I would like to hear your opinion on the following strange issue I encountered:I am working with Creo 10.0 student edition, and it seems like after installation, two different versions (with exactly the same path to Program Files/Creo) exist. I.e., opening the desktop shortcut and opening the start menu shortcut open two seemingly different windows of Creo, that mainly differ in the look of the "Model" toolbar. Here are screenshots of the two "versions":   Not only the two "Model" toolbars are different, the "Copy geometry" button, that is part of the "get data" in both "versions" looks completely different in each "version":               I couldn't find any way to move from one "version" to the other from "File->Options->Customize", so my main question is:How can I switch between the different "versions"? (i.e., if I open one of them, but want to use the other "Model" toolbar,

Hello! I want to upgrade to Creo 10 and therefore uninstall Creo 9 properly, so that it doens't leave any traces. To achieve this, is it sufficient to uninstall via the Windows function or is there an "uninstall-file" (.exe) that I can run? If so, I can't seem to find it... Best regards!

Hello,While saving the assembly I generally receive this error "Object has failed feature", which does not allow me to save the assembly unless I suppress the part. When I check in the part I see no error. What could be the main issue and how to resolve it?
