Hi all, We installed School Creo 8 for our trainees. The license was installed successfully. (BE800908EDSTUDENTEDK12) However, when you start, the following message appears: "License request failed for feature Requesting CREOPMA_SchoolSTD8 ... c:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing\BE800908EDSTUDENTEDK12_license.dat: /-103) Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session. Thank you for advanceBest regardsMartin 

I didnt have any problem during file download and unzipping the file . The problem arised when I entered my creo parametric licenses Uni code and clicked Install. After 3 sec i get a error message i have tried multiple times and even reinstalled windows 11 but there was no use for it. pls kindly contact me and look forward this issue . i use a Hp laptop with windows 11 23h2 Version and i am unable to install creo 9

Currently, we have the PTC license University PLUS (500 Seats) for the academic sector, and within this license, we have the Generative Design  module. I am currently unfamiliar with the mechanism for working with this module in the cloud, as promised by PTC. How can I access this service for both professors and students? Unfortunately my laptop had problems and i had to reset him often. After the reset i reinstalled CREO because i need it for my student work. Now the problems are fixed but i cant install CREO anymore due to the error message:" You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type." Hy everyone, i have problems with creo parametric 10 student. When i use the annotation symbols it tells me that it was created by  a commercial license and so it doesn't work on mine, plus i have the same problem when i try to modif. I use the italian version, sorry for the attached file. 

I would like to report error 0x06000012

it is showing invalid file or format.what i have to do could any one please tell mei installed latest version 10

Dear PTC members,   I created a file in Mathcad Prime 9, but when I try to open it, it gives me the attached error (the file type is not supported). The Mathcad file is attached for reference.    I would really appreciate it if you could guide me on this issue.   Thanks, Abdur

Please help I've been try so many times to do my work on Creo but this message keeps appearing. I've been reading so much to solve this problem and i followed pdf that were sent in the PTC Community to solve this problem but is not working! please help me ASAP!! 

Currently i am running windows 11 Pro , 22h2, i5 10210U with 16 GB ram and 512 GB of SSD I am a student who got licence for creo parametric this year, after installation of the file of creo 9 and after running setup.exe as administer and the software runs fine but here comes the trouble after verification of the student licence and all during the installing part of creo software I am unable to install it to be more brief the creo page just closes down and crashes my system, as for the system i am using an Hp elitebook 840 G7    so pls help me figure out this problem       

Dear Community Members,    Hope you all are doing well. I have subscribed to Mathcad Prime 9, the student version for one year. It was running perfectly, however, yesterday I tried to open a file but I was unable to open the file, Then I changed the PTC filename to Old_PTC in C drive ( solution on this community page). Now when I am opening my Mathcad, the watermark of "Mathcad Express ..." is in the background of each page. I downloaded and extracted ptc cero 9 file. But after clicking run as admin for setup file nothing happens. I tried many times  and still it not open. I even tried deleting and redownloading but to no avail. The solutions in the discussions forums gave the same result. So I tried installing the other versions but they did install too. Someone give  me a proper solution to this problem

I am getting the following error message when opening the application and it shuts down when I press okI am using the student edition. I tried versions 10 and 9. Both are not working. Please help me resolve the issue.  

Hello, Hello, long time ago i did a training and we received a training version of Pro Engineer wildfire trainings edition WF3. I used it from time to time. Now i have a new PC and i tried to install it again. Unfortunately, I cannot connect to the server in order to get a key. Do you have a solution for me? It seems there is also a possibility to get a local license ( off-line mode). How can i get one of these? Is there a posibility? best regardsMartin

I have installed creo on Mac m1 work paralles but the app does not open. How can I do?

I have installed creo version 10. After successfully installation of the Creo parametric . It is not running. When i start run its just open and then close without any warning. Then i also tried to install other versions & then i get the same problem.    

I have a MacBook m1 and I installed creo parametrics through the Parallels application, but it won't start the application for me. Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

Hi,I've just started using the ANSYS Simulation FE solver in Creo 9.0 and got my first results displayed via View Results. Is there a way to easily save my fringe plots of Von Mises stress etc to a graphics file such as png?  Surely there is something easier than a screen capture? When I go to the File Tab the Save, Save As, and Print options become inactive when I display my results. ThanksShaun 

Hello, I am trying to install a trial version of CREO Parametric (build 7.08), found from this link onto a Windows 11 machine (build 22621), and have not been able to get it to work. I am able to install 10.0 without issue.When I try to run setup.exe for either of these, i get a loading wheel, and then nothing happens. I want to use this for Zemax Opticsbuilder, but only have versions which support up to CREO version 7.The installer works right away on another machine running windows 10, but not on the windows 11 machine that I need it on. I have tried the following so far:Disabling Firewall/antivirusRunning as administratorRunning in Compatibility modeUpdating graphics drivers (RTX 4000)Copying the unzipped Med* directory to C:/TEMP/... It seems like it ought to be supported from this document:https://www.ptc.com/support/-/media/support/refdocs/Creo_Parametric/7,-d-,0/creo7_hardware_notes.pdf?sc_lang=en What steps should I take in order to get this to work?
