Making MSSQL as persistent provider for Thing Worx with PostgressSQL setup

Hi, I have done a Thingworx-PostgresSQL setup. Now I want to make MSSQL as the default persistent provider for the Thing Worx.instance.- I have installed MSSQL and have the necessary schema and database required for the THingworx.- Now I am trying to create a new persistence provider for MSSQL and set it as the default Persistence provider. But while creating the Persistence provider its asking for Persistence Provider Package. On selecting the add sign i can only see the package for postgress sql and Influx but not for MSSQL. Now how do i get MSSQL package so that I can create a Persistence provider for MSSQL. Thanks

Out-of-the-box 404-Entity Not found message

We have Thingworx app which is used by 40000 users. For triaging issues with access we need to better present the message to the user.I saw this on the community. Has anybody implemented this solution? Per the post, I tried the "Downloading Log Information" example and got a result, but my impression is that parameters in the body are ignored. Whatever I define for "maxItems", "startDate" and "endDate", I get the most recent 500 (?) log entries. This is the body in Postman (raw, JSON): {    "value":    {        "maxItems": 10,        "startDate": 1651701600000,        "endDate": 1651761000000,        "oldestFirst": true    }} I also tried the syntax as in the example by using \" - but this is marked in Postman like syntax error and does not change the behavior. What is going wrong?

As per this thread - same issue    Hello,    I am facing similar issue for testing flow execution. To execute this flow i have configured alert as trigger from thingworx, but even after generating alert on thing I am not able to see any logs it flow.   I have tried to add logger in flow, but still not able to see any logs.   Could you please provide stepwise procedure for same?

Hi all, We have Windchill authentication configured with thingworx. How to add user specifically to the role he belongs to?I've tried the add the role in ptc-identity-provider-authenticator but all the users are added to it. Is there any way to add the user to their respective role without manually.

Connecting to a Printer from Print Server

Hoping someone is able to answer this question.We are trying to connect to a printer through a print server in ThingWorx to print a label.We were wanting to know if anyone knew what the address format would be for this connection? We've tried \\PrintServer\PrinterName and were not able to reach the printer yet.Any insight would be appreciated.

connection server is not getting started

Hi, I have installed ThingWorx platform 9.3.0 (enabled SSL/TLS) and installed connection server 9.2.0 on the same VM and done cxserver.conf changes as per the documentation but when I run the connection server from CMD, nothing got shown and in cxserver.txt I can see below error. Error in custom provider, java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: port out of range:-1while locating com.thingworx.connectionserver.FabricBytesChannelProviderat com.thingworx.connectionserver.ConnectionServerModule.configure(ConnectionServerModule.java:44) Can someone help me to understand what went wrong here. I have created truststore and provided the details as part of CONNECTION_SERVER_OPTS too.

Button bar selection is duplicating in collection widget

Hello Community,     I am using collection widget to load the data and I have button bar inside the mashup connected to collections. When I am using ItemLoadBehavior option as load all , button bar is behaving correctly. When I am using load/unload and on selection of button bar is duplicating for unselected buttons on scrolling. Thanks ,Vamsi N

Hi there, we're trying to import PMML format model to Analytics and after uploading it, it's state is "not ready for testing". We converted the model written in Python to PMML using "JPMML-SkLearn library" version 1.7.4, (see below the model's header). Thingworx CWC : Finalizing Install Database Thing Name

Hi all,   I have installed Thingworx Connected Worker Cell. But got stuck at Finalizing install in the guide, it is mentioned that we need to specify Database Thing Name and Database Thing Template name which we create in the initial setup.   But during the initial setup, I didn't create any entity ( it is not mentioned in the guide also).
