I am getting this message - "Your account currently does not have a hosted server. Please create one by pressing the button below" -- but i am not seeing any button there so that I can start my trial server.

Wondering anyone had it work ever ? The online help gives an example for the host field with http url , so confusing. I thought it should be bootstrap server.

I have the attached Line Chart with 3 series and 3 sources. the data is only being logged on change but I would like to show the line (in this case Dancer PSI) to keep showing the line after the last logged value.can this be done? 

I know this is probably a simple question, but I've been stuck on this for hours. I have a service configured to copy a large file over to all things that fit a certain criteria (software version), but I need some sort of if/else statement to check if the file is already there, and not copy the file again if it already exists. I cannot figure out how to check if the file exists. Help would be greatly appreciated! Edit: My first approach was to run a browse directory service, return that as an intotable, then make an if then statement checking if the filename I'm looking for was included. But I since found out the .includes does not work in TW. Ideas? Thank you.

We are trying docker deployment of thingworx on the CentOS VM. We have followed the procedure as given in the documentation. On running the docker-compose command, the command is getting run successfully. But thingworx is not getting up. we checked the docker container status. The Thingworx container is exiting after running docker-compose command. Other containers i.e. ms-sql, mssql init, security-cli are in healthy state.The logs for the thingworx container were checked. Logs say, ""Merging reference conf with overrides/docker-entrypoint.sh: line 65: /usr/local/bin/install-var-dirs.sh: Permission denied". This error was seen multiple times in the container logs. What is the root cause of this issue ? How to fix this and get thingworx running ?Thanks.  

Hello, TWX I use: ThingWorx 9.2.3-b189 I have this issue with bar char xaxis labels. Labels are cut and there is no option in bar chart widget to increase the size of xaxis label, like xaxis format. That option is only available for yaxis I would like to increase the size of of the label, to get the full name I try also with web components but no luck so far.example: Thanks

How to wrap the Xaxis label text in the Pareto chart?

I was creating a project, and I ended up having 30+ dashboards/mashups for output. Among these mashups, only the display info-table/Table structure is different (the column values are different for almost all of them). Is there any way I can reduce the number of dashboards/mashups, by having the mashup adjust the displayed table to different rows and columns automatically? Since hosting 30+ mashups for output is too much load on my tomcat server, I need a simple method to make the mashup based graphs and tables adapt to the data and filters selected instead of having a full mashup for every different selection of data and filters .

How to apply CSS for slider widget?I need to change the progress bar color of slider widget at different values.

I want to add an additional event to the fileupload widget but our backend support team have been able to locate the existing fileupload files. They found the deprecated dndfileupload files but not the current widget files. Does anybody know where the files are located on version 9.0+? Just want to add an event for when upload starts. 

Hi,We want to add entities to a project but we can´t. We get an error when we try to add a thing to the project in the entities area.This is the error:   [L: ERROR] [O: c.t.s.a.AuthenticationFilter] [I: ] [U:] [S: ] [P: ] [T: https-jsse-nio-443-exec-3] Servlet      execution threw an exception But we can change the project if we edit the thing with the same user.We are using 9.1.3 version.Does anybody know what could be the cause of this problem?Thanks in advance.

The left (widget, layout etc.) , right (data, services) and bottom (widget ptoperties) sections in mashup builder has disappeared suddenly. It happened after I installed some 3rd party widgets. I have removed them now but still cannot recover.

We have roughly 23000 rows in Thingworx Data table and we have Windchill Change Management Dashboard built based on the data available from the data table.We are seeing poor performance of mashup loading with just a small set of data. We resized the tomcat JVM and did Postgres performance tuning recommended by PTC. Any ideas?

On executing the same service again, it shows Datatable already exists. Anybody knows, what could be the reason?

I'm facing an issue in the Timeseries chart scrolling for Zoomed-in data.Have created a Left/Right scroll button to adjust the X-axis date range to perform a scroll to left or right direction.I have done a logic like to set the XAxisMaximum & XAxisMinimum values binding to adjust the graph X-axis range.- Without zooming the graph scroll is working as expected.- But the problem is when I do a Zoomed-in for a specific point set and then try to scroll left or right. The graph is not populated as expected. Because I'm unable to find an option to read the date range min/max for a zoomed-in point set.   TimeSeries Chart View 1. I have binded output of a service to disabled property of text-box. However on closing pop-up the property values becomes false automatically.

After i have upgrade my ThingWorx platform from 9.1 to 9.3, After that button click is not happening. Request the solution for the same 

Hi ,I am looking to store widget values in Session, so that if browser refresh those values still i can see in textbox or dropdown.FYI- here browser is refreshing every 10 mins, and while filling FORM browser may refresh automatically so i need to make user to resume his form filling where he had left filling before refresh of browser.pls help me to achieve this.Thanks,Vaibhav
