I want to add a new column that will display the attribute (some other attribute which is not available in the table currently) in the edit association table. This edit association action is on the cad object. Can somebody help in achieving this requirement?

Hi All,   I am using  Rehost Utility 3.0 M010 to rehost Windchill PDMLink, and it seems that it is ignoring the properties that I provided.   I have 3 adapters, 2 are base administrative and enterprise, and one additional JNDI adapter, which has been configured with those properties:   target.ldap.username.<domain>.<adaptername>=target.ldap.password.<domain>.<adaptername>=target.ldap.hostname.<domain>.<adaptername>=target.ldap.port.<domain>.<adaptername>=   And rehost is successful, but some Windchill properties are not updated.    mapcredentials.admin.adapters and wt.federation.org.directoryServices properties contain only two entries instead of 3, and missing one is that additional JNDI adapter.   What else needs to be filled to have that set up by Rehost Utility?

Hi ,   I have set up a Thingworx foundation local environment in my machine(running on self signed SSL) . now i would like to add thingworx navigate extension to my local environment ?   is it possible ?. if yes can someone share me te steps for the setup or any reference document .   Thank you.  

We are seeing issues with upgrade of an 8.5 Thingworx Navigate app to Thingworx NAvigate 9.  Lack of support to Microsoft Edge Legacy and IE is little frustrating. Lot of shop floor users are still using old browsers.  Is there any workaround to show the app for legacy browser? Hi All, From Windchill 11 onward, PTC provided longDescription attribute to support Rich text contents. For now this attribute is available for only Change types objects.   This is Modeled Attributes. Is any way to reuse this attribute on other Types like on WTPart or WTDocuments ?   Kindly share your thoughts.   Thanks and Regards, Vivek

Im using windchill 10.1 M030, We have written a code for creating project automatically based on the lifecycle state of the document. When the document is released, the project will be created by the listener. Now the users are added manually in the respective roles in the project. Instead i wanted to add a particular members of a role from library as a project manager in the project context. Need help with this.

We have several sub-type Change Notices   I created a report that shows me all the currently open CN's but using the top-level Change Notices. This report shows who the current assignee is and when it was assigned to them.   I have a request from one of my users that asked if all the CN sub-types ("ECN Type" shown below) could be shown in the criteria page when creating the report and have it so the user can select which CN's to report on.   I looked at it but couldn't figure out how to make that happen. Does anyone know how to do that?

I am cloning a 10.2 M020 Server.But when I am done all the configuration and trying to start the windchill.I am getting following message in server manager and it gets stuck. For a certain Creo family tables, when the assembly containing these family table parts are opened in Creo View from the WIndchill Details tab, the family table objects do not appear in their assembly in Creo View.  Instead, they have an unresolved branch link next to the object in the model tree.  When the same viewable is opened from the Windchill Structure tab, the model and its objects display correctly in Creo View.  Has anyone experienced this issue before? 

My understanding of a baseline in Windchill: a collection of items in a specified version. This is basically version control that is required for an assembly and it's many parts. In Windchill SIM, it is required for version control of a manual and it's many xml descendants. However, it seems we can't do anything with this baseline in SIM. Some cases: Opening this baseline (or an object from this baseline) is not possible. You can add a baseline to your workspace, but you can only open the latest version in Arbortext. Request a new translation from a baseline. When a product is selling well in a particular region, product management decides later that we want to sell it in a different region too and thus require new translations for an old manual. Hello all. I hope you are doing great. I would like to know if is possible to export the documents of a product to a project. I have accomplished to copie them but only the latest version of the documents and I need to keep all the history. Also I could create a shortcut using the  "Add to project" command but I need to deleted the original product. Copy or move using Clipboard only let me do it in the same Context.   Do you have any ideas?   Thanks in advance for the help!!  

Hello anyone,   in the support database i found a Case with the following issue:   Object Information Page: Collapse of tables and areas is not saved when navigating to another object and back again in Windchill PDMLink 10.0 M020 The SPR tells there are no fixes for Windchill 10. We use Windchill 11.1 M020 and miss this feature, so anyone knows if there is a solution for this issue?

Hello,   I set a new reusable attribute MFG (String, all identifiers set to just MFG).  I added to the CAD Doc subtype and gave it a new enumerated list.  The Internal name cannot have spaces... so I removed them and made all the manufacturer names one space free string.  But for display name I entered them as they should be.  I also put "MFG" next to the Creo:____ box which I believe explicitly maps it?   I set my regular part and sheetmetal start files to include the same parameter "MFG" and set the parameter to "ADD MFG" for with the internal Windchill name is "ADDMFG".   I checked in the regular part no problem.  I checked in the sheetmetal part... problem.  the error showed that all the legal values were the internal name on this.  Yet the regular part checked in fine with the Display name.  I set the parameter in the sheetmetal part to "ADDMFG" and it checked in...   What am I doing wrong here!?
