I have a Thingworx Navigate instance (RHEL) that will not start up. We have a external web app and like to embed an url from the page in Navigate as a task. Is there any documentation on how to integrate or embed the External Web app in Navigate?

The scenario is that we are thinking to get the 3d models from windchill to thingworx and then to vuforia studio.What can be the best scenario?1) Integration of thingworx with windchill (any documentation). So that we get 3d files from windchill and can set the widget file in vuforia studio with the help of may be thingworx or we put files from windchill to thingworx each time we publish it there. Any ideas in this regard or how can i achieve this goal? When I tried to import Entities.twx file in Y server which contains newly created 6 entities, it throwed following error. Invalid request: java.lang.Exception: Import Failed: Unable to update data shape: Could not find DataShape [XX-DS] in the model index. After seeing the error while importing , I attempted to create datashape directly in Y server. But It showed ‘The name of the entity is not unique.’. But I couldnt find this datashape entity in Y server also. We restarted Apache and database services, still same error is occurring.

This is a request or system enhancement proposal for the ability to markup MS Office documents directly from Navigate. At present, when annotating and marking up CAD data, Navigate directly calls Creo View. However, for MS Office documents, this functionality is only available through the 'VIEW IN WINDCHILL' in Navigate capability before marking up the documents.

'ABC' part attribute is a boolean type. It is not present in every json if it not having true/false value. So I couldnt use this attribute in $select query to minimise the execution time.  Instead of using 'ABC' Attribute in select query, I need a filter query to get json only if have WcControlledBOM attribute in every Part Json

hi. i've set up Thingworx SSO with an AD server.If Windchill cannot be configured for SSO,Is it possible to use the current Thingworx logged-in user account for the Windchill connector(OData, Swagger) after authenticating Thingworx with SSO? This is because each user has different permissions in Windchill. Thanks.

hello. When applying Windchill Authentication in Thingworx Navigate,Windchill's TLS version needs to be set to 1.2 for the Odata Connector and Swagger Connector to function. However, Windchill interfaces with other systems where only allowing TLS1.2 is not feasible. hi, i'm implementing SSO. The IDP is ADFS and the CAS is PingFederate.I configured according to the referenced document,but encountering an error in Part i.https://support.ptc.com/help/identity_and_access_management/en/index.html#page/iam/ExampleAdfsIdentityProviderWindchillResourceProvider.html# I'm experiencing an error on the redirect page when accessing Thingworx, as shown in the attached image.How can i resolve this error?   

Hello, I am pretty new to Kepware and was hoping for some guidance.  Using advanced tags or Thingworx, is there a way to convert decimal data coming from a Siemens PLC to ASCII and feed it into Thingworx?  The result I need to get should read like +99.9I was able to find a chart that shows decimal to ASCII, but I am not sure how I can make that conversion using Kepware/Thingworx.

Hello,I want to ok install Thingworx navigate, Thingworx foundation and Thingworx flow and also need to setup sso in azure for Thingworx. Anybody is having the documents or videos step by step guides even though creation of keystore files. I went through ptc help centers it totally confusing ,not sequential, skipping some steps and mis leading to lot of confusion. As m doing this first time so please anybody having these documents please provide. Thank you in advance 

Is there a way to read the contents inside a primary content of a WTDocument stored in Windchill through ThingWorx REST OData Connector when the Windchill is on single sign on mode? We are able to read the contents if the Windchill is on non-SSO mode. But on SSO mode, the mashup widget fails to read content from Windchill as it couldn't get authenticated.  We are on ThingWorx 9.3.7 and Windchill 12.1.2.5 Please help. Thanks in advance 

I have some legacy/migrated drawings in Windchill but these ‘Drawings’ are actually wt.documents because at migration time we only had the PDF or TIFF files and they’re not linked with the wt.part. In Thingworx Navigate there’s separate tasks to search for drawings and documents by number or name, are there any suggestions how to help users find the drawings they are looking for, when the drawings are actually documents?

Hi,   I am upgrading a Thingworx from 8.4.2 to 9.3+. The customer was using the Thingworx Navigate extension, and as per them, they did not have any License for Thingworx Navigate,When I upgrade, the Thingworx Navigate Extension is no longer working due to the Java Version compatibility.Therefore, I have installed Thingworx Navigate using the installer, but as per Navigate, many features need the Navigate License.So, has the licensing changed from Thingworx 8.4.2 to 9.3+?And what is the difference between Thingworx Extension vs Thingworx Navigate installation?Thanks,
