Windchill Navigate

Hi,   I am upgrading a Thingworx from 8.4.2 to 9.3+. The customer was using the Thingworx Navigate extension, and as per them, they did not have any License for Thingworx Navigate,When I upgrade, the Thingworx Navigate Extension is no longer working due to the Java Version compatibility.Therefore, I have installed Thingworx Navigate using the installer, but as per Navigate, many features need the Navigate License.So, has the licensing changed from Thingworx 8.4.2 to 9.3+?And what is the difference between Thingworx Extension vs Thingworx Navigate installation?Thanks,

Message :: TypeError: Cannot read property "kpis" from undefined - See Script Error Log for more details. When I read this service : var result = (json_yt);I have an array with all data. When I try to do this with _timeOption "All month" it works, only with Yesterday it wont works. I dont know if I made a mistake or the platform have some problems. Can someone help me?Thanks  

Hi all,   I want to fetch data from flex plm to my Thingworx and then after fetching the data I want to make them in a report format like I want to apply analytics on those data's (and the data here is huge) for an example I have many rows and columns of data(that is in json format)  and I want to fetch it then in mashup I want to show them in a format like I want to some filter criteria on those data and also percentage criteria like how many number of data are active or in active like that  so for that what should my approach like fetching all the data from flex then storing it in thingworx database and then apllied different analytics on it or directly fetching it and showing it to the mashup but in this case how  can we apply analytics on the data?   Thanks and Regards, Rayon    

We setup Thingworx Navigate with Windchill Authentication and had assumed the 'My Tasks' task would show tasks from Windchill e.g. Windchill 'Work Items', but it doesn't seem so. Is it correct that only External Tasks for the Out of Box Change Request Workflow of Windchill 12.0 and onwards are shown?

This is a new installation for test and development, connected to our Windchill dev/test system which is configured SSL/HTTPS with CA signed certificates. We set up a Thingworx Platform server (MSSQL) SSL with self-signed certs installed Thingworx Flow, and then we installed Thingworx Navigate with fixed authentication and did some setup, generated app keys, did some training and tests etc with the Administrator user. Then we decided the next step should be to configure the Windchill Authentication but after running the Navigate Configurator and setting up the Windchill Authentication successfully the Thingworx Administrator user is gone? We can login to Thingworx Composer/Flow/Navigate as Windchill users, e.g. wcadmin account.

Objective: I want to see list of drawings that are in 'PRODUCTION' state only. I've changed the Lifecycle State filter to include only 'Production', but after I run the search, I see drawings in different states such as 'In Work' , 'Under Review' and 'Production' etc. Is there anything that I'm missing related to the filter?      

I have a Infotable with Labels: Sr.no, MachineID, Description, Created-by, Time, Status. I want to update the infotable via a Mashup. The Mashup takes input MachineID and Description. There will be a Submit button. After the button is clicked, this information along with current user and time gets added to the infotable. How can I achieve this?

Hi. I'm testing on a local machine before deploying SSO to a real production system.The software versions are as follows Thingworx  9.3.2 (Navigate 9.3.0)Windchill 12.0.2PingFederate 11.3 I want to configure PingFederate as an IDP.I have finished configuring SSL for the three servers. But, the automation scripts in ptc guide articles do not work on Windows OS.Where can I find instructions on how to manually configure PingFederate?

Hi, Am using an Odata service with some filters, I use $select to select specific part properties among all. Lets say am querying a part detail in that, "GeneralStatus" is the property am looking for, but this particular property is not available in some of its child parts. Because of the am getting error for API call. {    "error": {        "code": null,        "message": "The property 'GeneralStatus', used in a query expression, is not defined in type 'Part'."    }}Question is, is there a way to skip the selection if property not available? so then we can avoid error coming from nth child?like, $select=GeneralStatus(if available),Name,Number thanks,Jankiraman

Not able to find BOM file in Windchill 

Reposting here as wellWe are in process of upgrading our Thingworx platform to 9.3.3 We are using integration-runtime-8.0.13-b1669 Integration runtime. We are seeing below api timed out issue intermittently.  We are actively working with PTC on this issue (C16735337) however, the issue is sporadic in nature so we are not able narrow down what is the issue here. The client processor thread is not receving 200 response back from Windchill on the web request intermittently. We have been very stable on our 8.x enviroments in production for last 5 years. HI ,   I have installed thingworx on windows machine connecting to Azure SQL. I get below error in scrrenshot. Upon checking through the KB i didn't linsence file gnereated .
