hi all, I have requirement of exporting my document in integrity 11.0 to html report, where I am facing an issue regarding the exporting of images, the images are not exported directly but when logged in through the browser to the web client I am able to view them, is there any way to avoid the authentication process so that the html report can be viewed any time without authentication factor/login process .  

Is there any way in Requirements Connector to set the requirement Category type based on the Object type?  Instead of a one to one relationship between requirement type to document container, DOORS NG uses multiple object types within a container.  So a Header would be a Heading Object type, a Comment would be a Information Object type, etc. PTC Integrity achieves this with a Category field. But once I refactor a multiple object type ReqIF file to something Integrity can read, I don't see a way to set the Category to reflect the above different Object types.   Anyone know of a way?

The Gateway has improved in 10.9 for reimport of Word documents.The first Word configuration from the OOB list called "Requirements Document Import and Re-import with Outline Levels" does exactly what I need, except that it uses the "SampleOutlineLevels.DSD.xslt" parser which creates one requirement for each paragraph.I need the equivalent "condensed" parser that will create only one requirement for anything between headings.As far as I can tell, all the other parsers are basically the same versions that have been around for 10 years and they tend to generate errors of the "field not found" variety. They have all kinds of legacy code that's hard to extricate.Does someone have a version of the SampleOutlineLevels parser that also condenses? Would you be willing to share it?That would save me (all of us, really) a lot of time.Thanks.PS: please note that my use case is to reimport a document, but not one that has been exported from Integrity and therefore does not contain IDs. Hello All,   I have PTC Integrity 10.5 Client and Server. Using IRC 3.0 I have generated ReqIF files for a specific DOORS module. Now i would like to push this ReqIF files into Integrity's Requirement Manager Section. I currently have RIF 2.4 Gateway for import function configured against the 10.5 client. When i give the ReqIF files as input for RIF 2.4 gateway, these files are not recognized!   I assume there is a ReqIF Gateway (similar to the one that RIF has), could you please provide me the path to download this gateway along with few example templates.   Also is Integrity 10.5 compatible with ReqIF files generated via IRC 3.0?   Kind Regards Karthik Komarla

These are two possible use cases I'm contemplating: 1) Synchronize a list of issues maintained in SharePoint with matching issue items in Integrity. 2) When a file is stored in SharePoint, check it into Integrity CM and vice-versa. Has anyone done anything like that? I cannot find any tools, scripts, APIs, etc. that could be a starting point, especially for the latest "SharePoint online" version.

  when report is run on a particular document in integrity the images are not been exported as into the html report. In the browser alternate text of the image is being shown, can any one help me out on this ? But,if we login through the browser into web client the images are displayed but I require them to be exported where I should not have any login procedure to be done. how to extract the images to html report?

When I try to export a Customer Input Requirements Document from Document -> Export and then select any of the available options I get this error. The full text of the error looks like: Retrieving item with ID 1987 Retrieved 1 item; skipped 0 items Encountered 1 error and 0 warnings MKS124814: Cannot show view information: MKS6411939: Field "ALM_Shared Text" does not exist. Failed to retrieve the item. Any idea why this might be happening? I want to export the requirements to a word doc.

Hello,   We are using Integrity Client 11.0.0.506   Because of some applied filter I can't see the file Member history. The following error occurs: MKS766441 - Revision ... could not be selected because the applied filters on the view are preventing it from being displayed   I attached a screenshot with the problem. Our IT department updated our Integrity to version 12...now my PC Application no longer works. It looks like there is no longer a MKS.ManagedAPI,dll. What is the replacement for this? How do I get my C# applications back up and running

I have tried this for SPR Task in State "Ready to Verify" to close it: >im editissue --addFieldValues="State=Cancelled"  <SPR Task ID> since SPR Task's field "State" appears as pick field (drop down list) however, the command fails as incorrect field type used - "Field "State"  is of a type which does not allow the options "addFieldValues"... Allowed field type are: pick, user, group, ibpl and relationship" Which type of a field I have to use in the command? Thanks!

Dear all, I've set it on max level - 2Gb But step by step it takes 100% and hangs. ----------- METADATA CACHE INFO ---------------Memory: current=1098,95Mb(53,66%) high=2007,04Mb(98%) low=1638,4Mb(80%) max=2048MbLast event processed= [Evt 0]   Maybe someone have similar problem? Is it possible programmatically flush this cache or only using  im diag --diag=setCacheRestartAction --target=server full reason="cache reset of server" isutil -c setCacheRestartAction meta cache=RootCache application=source with restarting server? Support for Oracle 19c with Windchill RV&S is postponed Support for Oracle 19c with Windchill RV&S was planned with January 2020 release but PTC has identified a critical issue with Oracle 19c. This issue needs to be addressed by Oracle and until the issue is addressed, PTC will not be able to support Oracle 19c with Windchill RV&S. The following ticket has been created with Oracle support for this issue.   Bug 30661854 - ORA-07445 [KKEXDOICF] WHEN USING CONTAINS AND OR PREDICATE FILTER   While there is a delay to provide support for Oracle 19c, we will continue supporting Oracle 12cR2 (12.2.0.1.0) with the Windchill RV&S release.

I am trying to deploy the war file on 12.2, its working fine however facing issue with the log generation. Error: log4j:ERROR Could not create an Appender. Reported error follows. java.lang.ClassCastException: mks.util.MKSRollingFileAppender cannot be cast to org.apache.log4j.Appender    So understanding is two Appenders are conflicting, and I am unable to find it.

Hi,   I'd like to use an already established Integrity connection with the java API. So if a user is already logged in with the GUI or im connect I don't want to create a new session with predefined user and password. Each user shall access Integrity with his/her own credentials through the API. Is there any way to do that?   Regards, Simon

Hi, The company is currently using DOORS NG but are not fully pleased with the solution so they are moving back to DOORS Classic. However, we are also deploying Windchill and I am trying to tell them that they should evaluate Integrity because of the PLM strategy currently in place. One of the question I got "thrown" at me was can it handle more than 200,000 requirements (nb per project/product). Apparently they are having issues with DOORS.   Does anyone know the maximum number of requirements per project/product Integrity can handle and if there are any limits in the number of levels to structure the requirements ?   Thanks a lot Best regards

When we are running a specific query we have the following fields being exported: 1. ID 2. Type 3. Category 4. State 5. Document ID 6. Document type etc  We observed that the document ID for a particular requirement ID- say 12345 and all the requirements contained under 12345 is being displayed as its segment ID ex: requirement specification document - 56789.   However, the document type field for Req ID 12345 is displayed as Req spec Doc ID- 56789 and for all the requirements contained under 12345 the document type is displayed as just Requirement. Screenshots attached for the same. This is because the Document type field is defined as FVA with 'contained by' relationship.   How can we go about displaying the same Document type(Requirement Spec Doc) for all the requirements contained in Req ID 12345 as well? Please advise if new fields to be created for this change ? I am wondering if the Doc ID is uniform for all the relationships under a requirement, then the doc
