I have a report where I am using the historical view to show trackers at a specific baseline. Currently, I have only been able to display one baseline at a time. Is there a way to show multiple baselines in the same report? Thanks,Brian Kampling - Source Allies

Hello community,Is there a way to share users across multiple projects?We have several projects where trackers are connected via reference fields. However, if a user is not a member of both the source and target projects, they either cannot see the referenced items or encounter errors when editing trackers — even in the project where they do have access.Ideally, we would like to avoid manually managing the same users across multiple projects. While we understand that not all users should have access to every connected project, it would be acceptable if broader access is required for reference resolution to work properly.Is there an option or configuration that allows tracker references to function regardless of project membership? I’ve looked through the settings but haven’t found a solution.Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello team,Is there a way to improve the "Access Denied" message shown to users who do not have access, by providing clear contact information for support?For example, a user receives a link from a colleague, but it doesn't work. The user then struggles to find out whom to contact, especially if the colleague also doesn't know.Currently, the message only advises the user to check if they are signed in with the correct account or to contact the project administrator — but it doesn't specify who that is.Improving this message with a direct contact (e.g., key user, support team, or distribution list) could help reduce confusion and support requests.  

Can't find export base template for Excel in the installation folder in Codebeamer. I was able to find it fine for word, But can't find excel templates. Can you please provide a default template?.

Is there any way to update or import the Version Hystory of items through the API or otherwise? Codebeamer 3.0.0.2

  Is it ok to install Thingworx Platform and Flow on the same VM as Codebeamer and postgreSQL or should they be on a separate server? This is for Windchill-codebeamer integration.  

Hello PTC community,We were performing the Codebeamer and Azure DevOps integration using the "New External Repository".After doing the configuration when we clicked on the Validation it got validated and we were able to create the new external repository.  Everything went well. But after trying to "Scm repository update synchronization" we are facing the "Error while running repository synchronization job, For: Azure-repository". We are using the Codebeamer version 2.2.0.2 but i have not found any article in the knowledge base addressing this issue.

I am trying to execute this command`im editproject --permittedGroups=MyGroup /MyProject`but the response says that MyGroup does not exist.I definitely does exist, it is an mksdomaingroup and I can run `integrity mksdomaingroups`which shows me the group exists.any ideas anyone ?

I am using Codebeamer 2.1.0.0 version and from yesterday I am not able to create a project using an external template or default template. While creating any project with template it shows the below error -Kindly suggest the remediation steps for this.

Hi All,We have installed codebeamer(2.2.0.1) on linux server. Recently the IT team migrated the server from hyperV to Openshift. Since then our codebeamer url is giving this issue "HTTP Status 404 – Not Found". I am working on a computed field in Codebeamer and need to fetch the item ID from the Default Working Set using a formula.I have tried a few approaches (like this.id, this.globalId, and filtering workingSets()), but they are not returning the expected result. Good day,How to construct a trigger rule for following usecase: Requirement State CHANGES from Published to InWork?I was able to construct a rule for a State[New] = InWork case. But for me Published->InWork and OtherState->InWork are not the same. My trigger should be invoked only for "Published->InWork" case and not for cases like "OtherState->InWork". How to achive this kind of "state transition management"?Thanks

Hello! I notice that in the overhauled Review Hub UI, only usernames are shown in comments and when tagging people, rather than showing their full real name. This makes it very difficult to know who is actually commenting or finding the person you want to tag. Is it possible to somehow make this display the full name again?

I am looking to be able to develop cycle time metrics using version history and don't see any posts of people attempting to utilize this data that I know the system is capturing.  What I am looking to do it be able to pull the data from the version history of say a Risk and understand how long it was in any particular state. This would require me to evaluate, for example, the date it was created "New" and the date the status transition occurred to move to "Verified". Looking at the version history the dates are captured, but how to I get these into a report or data export so I can develop some metrics like, Average time per status, etc..

Hello Team,I am working with Code beamer version 22.2.1.0 and trying to upload an image (PNG/JPG) as an attachment to a tracker item using the REST API.I can list attachments successfully using:GET /cb/rest/v3/items/{item Id}/attachments  But when I try to upload using:POST /cb/rest/v3/items/{ item_Id}/attachmentswith multipart/form-data, I either receive 400/415 errors  or the request succeeds but no file appears under the "Attachments" tab in the UI. Example I tried in Python:```pythonwith open("test.png", "rb") as f:   files = { "attachments": ("test.png", f, "image/png") }   resp = session.post(f"{base_url}/v3/items/{item_id}/attachments", files=files)

It seems that with 2.0.0.5 version the posting of items no longer works with the REST API?We know that the future is with Swagger but it was never announced that REST calls would be disabled.
