External SCM commit items attached to a task item is not visible under the traceability tab of a work item, even after checking the show external SCM checkbox.I have linked CB with Github using external SCM repository option.I was able to get these items before updating to version 3.0, is there anything i am missing?

HelloIn PTC Modeler 10.2, is there a way to copy to the clipboard the token so that it is ready to paste it in text fields? If not built-in, is it possible to write a script to do that? The need is to replace drag-drop from pane to text that could be annoying with long panes.The need is not to copy the model element but its token as used in text fields (like Description of requirements, ...) I haven't any command in the IDE.I looked at Automation API of model elements but haven't found any clipboard-related operations.Dumping the content of the clipboard after copying a token gives internal info that is maybe not appropriate (as too much linled to internal PTC Modeler deisgn):=== Available Clipboard Formats === [49161, 49293, 1, 16, 7, 13, 49171]I guess PTC Modeler uses custom types [49161, 49293 and 49171] to store internal bytestream representation of the token that could be pasted. Thank you for your support

Hi all,I would like to use a project as a library (see Requirements Library) and re-use or copy several trackers while maintaining their links or downstream references. It does not seem to be possible; for example, I have functional requirements and safety requirements that are interconnected. However, once I drag and drop using the library option, I lose the link between the two. Is CB able to do this, and if so, what are the conditions or procedure? The only connection that is kept is for the test cases. Why is that?

Q1: Inside the Git SSH documentation (https://codebeamer.com/cb/wiki/25661#section-SSH+Access), it says that an SSH server called OpenSSH should be installed on the server on which CB is running.My Question is: can I use a different SSH server, such as Bitvise, and expect the same behaviour? Hi,I really need to raise this again because I honestly can't believe this is still the case. I’m fairly certain I mentioned it about two years ago, but I hadn’t run into it again until now – and I’m genuinely shocked.After completing an import, I receive an email notification. However, in order to view the associated warnings and failures, I’m required to upload the same REQIF file again just to access the report. This feels incredibly counterintuitive and inefficient.Is there any plan to improve this? Once I am selecting an old baseline, the export works normally, but once I export a newer baseline in Windchill Requirements Connector 4.3, there is a pop up message "DOORS: **** Translating a structured exception ****" and a notification that DOORS has stopped working. As a result, the export is ERROR.What can be the issue?Thanks in advance

I know you can import SysML 2.0 textual notation, but is there a way to export to text notation, or write text notation directly in Modeler to create/manage models?

There is an issue where deleting a field named “A” within a specific tracker and then trying to recreate a new field with the same name results in an error. How can I recreate a field with the same name? Current Version : 3.0.0.2

Has anyone migrated from Polarion to Codebeamer? I've had success with the ReqIF export-import flow, but I don't get any history with that import.

Hi, we are using the "Import Status" to identify between releases of the supplier what has changed between two deliveries. Unfortunately the import status is not automatically cleared when importing a new ReqIF.What does this mean? We have to go through 50k items (26 trackers) and clear the status. We also tried this via script but this takes longer then doing it by hand. Is there any best practice on how to do this smarter/faster? Is there even any update planned on improving this in the import mechanism directly? Thank you,Manuel 

I have a report where I am using the historical view to show trackers at a specific baseline. Currently, I have only been able to display one baseline at a time. Is there a way to show multiple baselines in the same report? Thanks,Brian Kampling - Source Allies

Hello community,Is there a way to share users across multiple projects?We have several projects where trackers are connected via reference fields. However, if a user is not a member of both the source and target projects, they either cannot see the referenced items or encounter errors when editing trackers — even in the project where they do have access.Ideally, we would like to avoid manually managing the same users across multiple projects. While we understand that not all users should have access to every connected project, it would be acceptable if broader access is required for reference resolution to work properly.Is there an option or configuration that allows tracker references to function regardless of project membership? I’ve looked through the settings but haven’t found a solution.Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello team,Is there a way to improve the "Access Denied" message shown to users who do not have access, by providing clear contact information for support?For example, a user receives a link from a colleague, but it doesn't work. The user then struggles to find out whom to contact, especially if the colleague also doesn't know.Currently, the message only advises the user to check if they are signed in with the correct account or to contact the project administrator — but it doesn't specify who that is.Improving this message with a direct contact (e.g., key user, support team, or distribution list) could help reduce confusion and support requests.  

Can't find export base template for Excel in the installation folder in Codebeamer. I was able to find it fine for word, But can't find excel templates. Can you please provide a default template?.

Is there any way to update or import the Version Hystory of items through the API or otherwise? Codebeamer 3.0.0.2

  Is it ok to install Thingworx Platform and Flow on the same VM as Codebeamer and postgreSQL or should they be on a separate server? This is for Windchill-codebeamer integration.
