HiWe are using Integrity Client 10.8.0.8356I can successfully execute the "im.exe --gui runchart chartname" CLI commandI can also successfully execute the web interface URL for runchart, i.e. http://server:port/im/runchart?selection=chartnameHowever when I try to execute integrity://server:port/im/runchart?selection=chartname,I get an error message box saying MKS154477: Command "runchart" is not supported for use in Integrity URL links. wonder if I am  using the right syntax or not. Can anyone provide more details ? Thanks.

Working on building an integration that relies on the Gateway. I have the Integration Builder's Guide but as far as the actual API documentation, the only places I can seem to find that is via the internet, hosted on third party sites. The Integration Builder's Guide doesn't make it apparent where to locate the documentation. Am I missing something obvious?Also in the release version information, for version 4.10 it says "API support for PTC Gateway". The Integration Builder's Guide doesn't mention the Gateway elsewhere, so I'm unsure of the commands to use to have code for my integration interact with the Gateway for import/export.

Hello,this is what happens:In the Integrity Client's preferences under Configuration Management under Connection->Prompt for the checkboxes for User Name & Password  are checked.Yet when we use the CLI (si.exe) ,for let's say check-in, on a few machines the prompt does not happen.Is there maybe a different preferences-set for CLI then for the client somehow, or what could be the issue here?thanks in advance,Luca.

I've noticed that if I try to access the web interface via localhost:<port> it doesn't work, giving the following error: Error connecting to <hostname>:<port>: String index out of range: -1This is despite providing the correct credentials, as evidenced by successful login via the desktop client, as well as when accessing the web interface using 127.0.0.1:<port>.I have modified the IntegrityClientSite.rc on the server as well as client, which are configured for ICAllowSpecificConnectionPolicy, with 127.0.0.1 in the validConnectionList. Additionally, in the server's IntegrityClientSite.rc, ICLocalConnectionPolicy is set. This isn't a huge deal, but is somewhat of an annoyance that I'd like to resolve if possible. It doesn't seem to change anything when i comment the validConnectionList. Also, the hosts file does include a mapping for 127.0.0.1 to localhost. Any ideas?

After getting the Integrity Server and Client communicating after some licensing issues, I've noticed that no Types are available, either through the regular client/web interface or in the administration client. I can confirm this because in the Types table in the database, there are no Types either. It seems like based on the Server Administration guide that Integrity should come with some Types. I was attempting to create a Document but it wants me to specify a Type. Was I wrong about built-in Types?

Hello, I'm completely new with Integrity, although I've done quite a bit of reading through the client and server administration guides. I'm including details of the install that may not be relevant just in case they are.The main issue here is that FlexNet appears to not install correctly/successfully. The GUI launches to perform the install and I specify the path. All that ends up being created there is essentially an uninstall folder and some log files. There's no sign of lmadmin.exe and when I check the box near the end of the FlexNet install to run the service now, the browser opens with the port I specified, but it is the typical "unreachable" page.In attempting to setup Integrity Server to interact with an Integrity Client on the same machine, different drives, I've hit a snag installing FlexNet. One particular question I have is on Traces between document/object types. I've been reading up on Traces in the documentation that we have been provided, and I know that to get to them within the Integrity Admin GUI you go to Workflows and Documents/Types/MKS Solution, select Edit Type and go to Properties, and the Trace lines in there are the ones with the name MKS.RQ.trace.<a document type>. However, the documentation that I have and can currently find is a bit light on some specific details that hopefully could be answered here.1) There are document types listed in the Name and often several in the Value for these lines. I am using SI command line interface on Solaris platform.I want to connect to integrity server and display end result to user.I am using following command.si connect --hostname=<srvName> --port=<port> --user=<user>  --password=<pwd> --xmlapiIf I use, --xmlapi is giving output in xml format which help me to get correct status. sometimes I am facing some issues in command like authentication failure .I want to know if --xmlapi flag is deprecated? We are using PTC integrity version 10.7 and understand that this release supports a plugin from Visual Studio to PTC.  Can someone please tell me if this is downloaded with the Integrity Client or is it something else that has to be downloaded and installed separately.  We have found the Eclipse plugins which were deployed with the integrity client install.

I can search all requests for a particular object but....I'd like to narrow my search to be only in change packages that are found in individual requests. I may have an object called OBJECT1 that is only listed within a change package and not listed anywhere else. So, when I get a production report indicating that OBJECT1 was changed, I want to be able to search Integrity and find it.Ideas? Help?

Is it possible that I can get selected list of fields instead of using im view issue command( because I want only 3 fields and it returns way too many).2.
