Hi Team,I was wondering if it's possible to create a water effect on my model, as shown in the picture below. Could you suggest a shader and guide me on how to implement it on my model? I'm not sure what I need to add before importing it to Vuforia Studio. I usually use Creo Illustrator to create animations. Can you please guide me? @abfdls @JörgDapperheld

I'm trying to use hololens 1 and vuforia view. I've tried to set experience service via the URL QR code but nothing happens. The screen only shows me the green vuforia view splash screen and seems to answer some voice commands but I can't find the way to make it work. Any advice?Thank you  

I have a Vuforia studio connected to a Experience server. I create a simple project with a label that is connected to a Thing with a property that those value is not shown, but this problem only happens in Vuforia view device. Value is correcly updated in preview. What could be the reason?  Preview: Value 5 comes correctly from External data    

Hello. We've packaged Vuforia Studio 9.9 into a .msi and intent to deploy it to student labs, for which we need the silent switch to go in to the install command. Can someone assist please.    

The builder-setting file contains the contents of personal settings for Vuforia Studio. Settings such as not displaying the WELCOME message and whether to read meta information when importing files. Is there any documentation that explains all the parameters that can be set in the builder-setting file?

Hi! Is there any way to invoke Vuforia View 'Reset Tracking' function from my own button? This functionality behaves in the exact way I need it to behave, but I just need it to invoke it outside of the default Vuforia View dropdown, via the button inside the experience.

We've been running into an issue lately where our HoloLens experiences that initiate via ThingMark launch with a slight-but-noticeable angle on the z-axis. We've been unable to figure out how to fix this or why this is happening. Has anybody else run into this issue?

Just like the preview mode, when building experiences with studio, it would be handy if users can view or consume experiences in a browser. The Windows view app (desktop installation) seems not to be capable of showing 3D content.

I see that Vuforia Object Scanner can be used to build model targets (https://library-archive.vuforia.com/articles/Training/Vuforia-Object-Scanner-Users-Guide.html)  for Vuforia Engine (Unity). Is there a way to import those objects into a Vuforia Studio app? Any alternatives?   

When I try to create a side menu (or display any images or items at the edge of the screen) it displays correctly on ipad but on iphones with a notch it has a ~5% gap on both right and left sides when in horizontal mode. Is there any way to put content in that safe area? Manually moving the position to -5% just cuts off of the image.

PTC doesn't officially support Okta integration for Thing Worx Server, Experience Service, Vuforia Studio and Vuforia View. As Okta is the only authentication method for the applications hosted in our organization, we need a valid documentation from PTC on how to configure it for Okta as the documentation you have for PingFederate. 

This issue has been resolved as of Chrome build 110.0.5481.100 and Microsoft Edge build 110.0.1587.49   We are aware of an issue with 3D models not displaying as expected within the Studio canvas when using Chrome build 109.0.5414.75 or Microsoft Edge build 109.0.1518.49.     This issue has been reported to Google. We will update this post when new information is available. 

I am trying to use tml3dRenderer.addPVS to add the model dynamically in the vuforia studio. tml3dRenderer.addPVS('tracker1', name, 'app/resources/Uploaded/<model>.pvz', undefined, undefined, () => { tml3dRenderer.setTranslation(name,pos.x,pos.y,pos.z); tml3dRenderer.setRotation (name,rot.x,rot.y,rot.z);})I have information about the NX model position (x,y,z) and orientation(rx,ry,rz) respectively in the csv file.I think the Up vector in Vuforia studio (Y-axis) and NX (Z-axis) are different. Because of that, the coordinates as well as orientation transformation should be taken into consideration from NX CAD to Vuforia studio. How to achieve this transformation in Vuforia studio? I will appreciate your help . Thank you in advance.      

Hi.   because of security issues, my network environment is devided by internal network and (for) external network. (using internal network, i can't access any internet service, ex-google, playstore, etc...) i use "vuforia studio" under internal network service. so i can't get that's apk file through google playstore. where can i get the apk file through your homepage? If that's unavailable, can you share the .apk file via my e-mail?   Thanks.

I have an urgent requirement of the same!   Can you please share any sample project which defines the second method you mentioned in this post i.e "User Euler calculate to transform the axis.
