When installing 14.0 I get a message saying this is an upgrade and to enter the old serial number. I had 7.0 and the s/n was PU02802D00549 which it does not accept. I still have the 7.0 CD, I put it in the DVD drive and provided the path but it can't read it. I had this same problem in 2017 and it was a ridiculous pain in the butt then, I shouldn't still be going through this aggravation. Fix it already sheesh.

Hello all, maybe it has been ask many times, and for all I know, it seems not possible. But at least I will also ask for it:Is it possible to export a shaded 2d figure (e.g. in the attachment) to a shaded vector graphic? Or, to ask another question:Does anyone in the forum use Creo Illustrate to create illustrations and then finally convert them into vector graphics? And if so, which method or tools do you use? Thanks and best regardsRamon Bohne
hello everyone, could you explain this update of the offset and project commands In my humble opinion it seems to have gotten worse. Now I have to confirm the command and before I didn't need to

Good day,I am encountering a customer if we can run Creo Parametric 10.0 on MacOS via Parallels (similar with bootcamp emulator of MAC to make it windows OS) . We know that Creo has no version for MacOS but once Parallels was used will be there an issue or problem with it still? Let me know also if there is a article case of creo connected with Parallels. Thank you.
Hello every one When starting autoGEM or Analysis and Design Studies, Creo crashes/forces close. I am using Creo version 8.0.5 & 9.0.3. When I use 8.0.5 it runs well no problem, but every time I use Creo 9 or 10 it's always crashes Please help me regards Dio
I am a longtime mathcad user who purchased a permanent license for Mathcad prime 3.1 many years ago.I am in the midst of replacing my old win 10 computer, with a new one running win 11. Before I begin the task of reinstalling mathcad 3.1 and getting the licensing software to work, I am wondering if version 3.1 will run under win 11.?As a retired person, I cannot justify the cost of getting the latest version of Mathcad, so if my version won’t work, I’ll just install the express version. thanks mike
As per the original post. Hey! I tried this to open a Prime 9 document in Prime 7 and didn't work. Do you have a solution for these two too?
I have attached a copy of my calculation in which I am getting an error for my i term. Shown below is the error I am getting when I try to run the calculation. I am using Mathcad Prime 7.
So basically I'm recreating a calculation based on an example done in Mathcad 15 (I only have a PDF of that example). I've gone through all the math and finally got a plot working, but the results aren't coming out as expected. I'm afraid that something in Mathcad 15 works differently from how it does in Prime, but I don't know what it might be. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Hello! I have a system of equations with units. when I use lsolve, I get different answers (all incorrect) depending on the units used. however, the solve block works correctly. This is Prime 7. sheet attached. Any ideas? maybe a bug in lsolve? correct result:
What is the easiest way to combine assemblies in Creo?
Buenas tardes, estoy intentando programar para calcular el acero requerido por el método de iteracion, tengo dudas con el operador while, por favor si alguien. el archivo esta en Mathcad Prime 8.0.0.0 me puede orientar.
While opening Creo, an error occurred, and Creo automatically closed, please suggest a solution to resolve this issue. Refer attached screen shot for your ref
In Creo is it possible to have the Dimensional Attributes in the Parameter Table tab without needing a relationship Thank you for your answers. Hello, I have a set of 3D surfaces that I need to project onto a plane to create an extrusion; however, since the plane is at an angle to the surfaces, and the surfaces have edges using Style, they cannot be projected using the Project tool. Below is a preview of the surface viewed normal to the plane, and there is also an image where the edge is visible zoomed in. I am making a mold, or "negative" of this part, so the only task that I need to do is project these edges and extrude to each individual surface within the part. Basically, I will take the outside profile of this plane and extrude up to the surface, like the photo with the red arrows shows. I have explored unwrapping the surface using Flatten Quilt, but that did not help. I also tried a few boolean Remove operations but they also did not work to create the mold. Is there any way to project these edges onto the plane to create an extrusion? I'm using Creo Parametric 10. Let me know of any questions, and any help is
When I try to open creo parameter application in my user unable to open, it is continuously processing. But same application run in administrator working but some features not able to work. kindly help on this issue.
I am trying to modify the text in pt_install_test to have a different button name. My .dat has text_dir set as just ./pt_install_test. Inside ./pt_install_test, I have been editing ./pt_install_test/text/usascii/msg_user.txt, such as -Install Test Label -Install Test TEST NEW VALUE but this change is not being reflected in the menu. I expected that this did not need a rebuild, but I've tested with rebuilds as well and the text is not changing. I am confused where it is even getting this old value from at this point.
Does anyone have an example of using VBA (excel) to modify the value of a parameter in an instance of a part family table?
I'm following the attached example design, but I can't tell what function/tool in Mathcad they're using. I understand the purpose of the section and what values it should return, I'm just not sure how to make Mathcad do it. It kind of looks like a programming block, but it doesn't have the bar on the right and it isn't formatted the same inside. What's tripping me up is that the value if "x" isn't constant, it's variable so I can't use simple if/else programming. I only have the file in PDF format.
HiI've just got an assignment in school, where I've to determine the design factor 'z' to a given failure probability. This baisically means that I have to find the lowest value of beta (vector containing of u values) that in combination with design parameter z gives an failure function which is equal to zero.Want to make a loop which can check for all values of z in the interval of 1 and 7. Is that possible?
Ok, I'm new to Creo, but not parametric CAD. I'm a one man operation and I can do the modeling part, but I was suprised there were no drawing formats supplied with Creo. Is there a place I can get drawing formats without creating them from scratch? Even the tutorials only show importing *.dxf for creating the formats, not from scratch.
