I am trying to create custom filed for codebeamer tracker while creating a custom tracker, but unable to do that. What ever filed creating all are add in tracker items only, not in tracker page.
Hi, I try to export a full test case tracker with folders, item with test step and subfolder to word format. First it's seems that we can't use « if_not_folder » and "Test step" loop in the same export In the word template, the style indent is static (for one level) so it's not working with folders and subfolders. saving a template without modification with office 365 generate a warining message post export in word see attached file (in french, but with explainations, tracker configuration and word template). Hi!I have a problem related to escalation module in CB.I have created the rules for escalation in one of my trackers but haven't added specific rules for preventing triggering of some cases. Therefore I have accidentally created escalation for items that are OK from the process perspective. I need to erase this escalations for those items - how to do that?

If a test failure occurs while running Test Run in the browser, you can report a new bug using the Report Bug button, and this bug is automatically entered into the 'Reported bug(s)' field of the Test Run Item.However, these functions cannot be used while using Run in Excel.Therefore, if the user used the Run in Excel, they must create a new Bug Item and manually enter the Item into the 'Reported bug(s)' field in the Test Run.If the number of Test Runs that need to be performed is huge, this will inevitably become a very cumbersome task.Additionally, the Excel Import function is unavailable in Test Run Tracker, so there is no way to process this all at once.If the 'Reported bug(s)' field value can be entered in the Excel template used in Run In Excel, the user can batch pre-registered Bug Items into the 'Reported bug(s)' field when importing the Run In Excel file. (Like the function of entering the Reference Field during Excel import of another tracker)

Hello Team, Good day! As of now, in our System Admin/Server Status dashboard under the Download Logs option, only "Export Daily Logs" and "Export Weekly Logs" are available. There is no option to select a 'Specified Date & Time Range'. If implement this option, we will be able to export logs for any specified date and time range.FYR, a screenshot is attached. I am attempting to install CB 2.1.0.2 on ubuntu and have done (hopefully) all of the pre-requisite steps. When I login as the "codebeamer" user and run the installer, I get the following error: sh MED-61402-CD-330_2-1-0-2_Linux.bin Creating directory setup Verifying archive integrity... 100% MD5 checksums are OK. All good. Uncompressing codebeamer 100% Executing codebeamer setup... Please enter the Installation Directory (/home/codebeamer/CB-2.1.0.2): Installing codebeamer into directory: /home/codebeamer/CB-2.1.0.2 Cleaning up setup folder Incorrect installation directory. The export option for wiki to word displays the following error "Export failed with unknown error, please check your logs"The environment is configured in the portal.ptc.io environment. We have integrated Codebeamer with Windchill PDMLink via OSLC and ThingWorx Flow. We created a custom field ,called[ Windchill ] to add the Windchill Link to the properties of codebeamer project trackers. Every time we need to add the URL of Windchill manually.Our query is how can we populate the field automatically with Windchill Link. Are there any steps we could follow? or we can add it manually only.

It appears that Release notes only includes bugs and issues solved in the release notes. Does anyone know if you can configure to include other items such as requirements, stories and test items for example into the release notes if associated with the Release and completed? It looks like this maybe hard coded to only manage these two tracker types.

Hi,Codebeamer version 2.1.0.1.I wonder if it is possible to add and remove items to a merge request (when restarting the merge request). This feature is available on regular reviews, however the option isn't available when restaring a merge request review.Our workaround has been to use regular reviews on the working set itself, before doing a "bogus" merge request review that points to the original review in order to be able to include and remove items according to the feedback from the reviewers. This however is far from ideal as the merged item doesn't has a direct link to the original review done with all the members.Feature available when doing a regular review hub restart:
Hi, I am trying to create Codebeamer OSLC server in Windchill Modeler but facing this error - Unable to connect to the remote server but when checking the properties of the connection it shows Connected.Attaching the error file. The Windchill Modeler and Codebeamer applications are on different servers. So, how can we configure the url for codebeamer to make the OSLC connection. Like this we have tried the same for creating OSLC connection for Windchill application and url provided seemed different which led to the successful connection in Modeler. Here also the Windchill application and Integrity Modeler( windchill modeler) is on the different server Please guide on above scenario.

Instead of doing field position changes in Parent Template, if we did in Child Template.will it break the inheritance?if yes then will it break on all field related inheritance or only Field position level inheritance? Currently working in 2.1.0.1-patch3 CB version.

I am trying to export data from a multi-choice field in Code beamer to a single cell with the data separated by commas.I have used the groovy script from the Code beamer Excel Templates page. https://codebeamer.com/cb/wiki/597447This can be seen in the attached text file "GroovyNotWorking.txt" see 1/.I have modified it to use the field I am trying to export see 2/.The exported excel file has the error message in the relevant cell. see 3/.
Hi,We are facing some issue in the exports of trackers in word format and i.e. where ever a field do not have any value, it is displaying it as '--' and we don't want this. Is there any way we can resolve this by making change in the template itself?
