Codebeamer

In CB 2.1.0.0, I am trying to add an existing GitHub repository under the SCM Repositories tab for a project.  It prompts me for the repository name, URL, username, password, and the SCM loop setting.  However, when I attempt to save I get the error:   SCM Error: remote: Support for password authentication was removed on August 13, 2021. remote: Please see https://docs.github.com/get-started/getting-started-with-git/about-remote-repositories#cloning-with-https-urls for information on currently recommended modes of authentication. fatal: Authentication failed for 'https://github.com/pathto/repo'   I did see a reference to using sshpass so I installed that and restarted CB but it didn't give me an SSH option and I'm still limited to the username/password.  How can I add the external GitHub repo?

I try to upgrade from Codebeamer 22.04-SP7 to 22.10-SP10.The normal upgrade instructions ( https://codebeamer.com/cb/wiki/14336941  ) don't work. I encounter an error when starting codebeamer:  java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: Table 'codebeamer.tracker_configurations_temp' doesn't exist   I then found another instruction which says that I have to perform a 2 phase upgrade: https://codebeamer.com/cb/wiki/29928667I did set the CB_trackerConfigUpgrade_preUpgradeEnabled environment variable by modifying /etc/profile. Then I logged out and back in again.Then I restarted Codebeamer 22.04-SP7. But the update of the tracker configurations does not start. And the new table tracker_configurations_temp is still missing. Please help

Is it possible to generate detailed License usage report to know full details of active users, logged in user, timings, location etc.

Is there a way in codebeamer 2.0.0.2 to group tasks in a sprint by a common custom field? We have several different types of tasks (development task, review task, etc.) that all have a custom field that points to a User Story. I would like to group by that common custom field but cannot figure out how. I am able to group by that field if I have a single task tracker selected.

I've been trying to connect my Eclipse IDE to our Subversion repository on Codebeamer, but every time I try, it says it can't find the server or connect to it. I've checked the URL and even tried using a different tool called Tortoise SVN, but I keep getting the same problem. 

I am trying to integrate Codebeamer with slack and in the process the bot user token is showing invalid. The slack team has confirmed that the token is valid and that the problem is from the codebeamer side. Can someone please help me with this issue. The token is showing invalid in codebeamer for me.

I have Codebeamer 2.1.0.0 running in Docker from the intland container in Docker Hub.  I am logged in as a user with administrative rights and can create projects, create trackers, etc. but when I attempt to delete a tracker it fails.  The red error bar at the top of the tracker configuration just says "null".  There is a warning in cb.txt:2024-03-07 15:35:05,276 WARN  codebeamer.controller.TrackerController - com.intland.codebeamer.manager.AccessRightsException [catalina-exec-29] [220] {Req#=2386, Sess#=ec5..6c7, serverId=server}This tracker is not derived from a template nor is it a template and it doesn't have any items.  Any ideas on why I can't delete the tracker?

We would like to request a implementation of custom mergefields.vm to enable custom word export templates. For that reason our consultant already created a customized mergefields.vm file which is fulfilling our wishes. Now we need your support to implement this to our codebeamer instance. When importing DOORS data using DOORS bridge while mapping fields - what DOORS field gets mapped to Summary. Summary is a text field in CodeBeamer - even if I pick any "text" field in menu, Summary is not available in the dropdown. So the Summary field copies from the description wiki field and includes the wiki tags as plain text. Any suggestions?

Hi, I tried to create a codebeamer virtual environment according to the course guide page 14 in codebeamer technical essential course, but no templates showed up...What should I do?    

I have applied below Guard condition between the state transition "Accepted" to "Implement" for the reference field "Impacted Requirements and Test Cases". 1. The above guard condition is working in such a way that, transition is happening at least one item is in Approved status.2. Requirement is, transition should happen only if all the linked items to the field "Impacted Requirements and Test Cases" in Approved status. Does it possible to apply guard condition as per the Requirement? If so please guide us to apply guard condition as per the requirement.     

Does anyone know about an integration between CodeBeamer and MethodPark Stages? I see the CodeBeamer logo on the MethodPark Stages webpages. But I cannot find any information or whether an integration exists. Features | Method Park by UL       

Hi All,  I'm not sure if its the documentation or me but I'm lost with trying to get setup Add Traces in windchill to codebeamer.  In windchill I can select Add traces and it authenticates and I can select codebeamer from the dropdown list but after that I get nothing. (see screen grab) I have tried to understand what the help files are saying with regards to Configuring the Windchill DPT Extension but I get lost.  When I try to run the validation flow service its asking for inputs but again it doesent make sence.  Any help or working examples will be greatly appreciated.
