We have installed the 30-day trial version of Mathcad. However, when attempting to convert an XMCD file, the conversion option is disabled (greyed out). Because of this, we are unable to proceed with the file conversion. We are not sure why this feature is unavailable in the trial version and would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.

I am using Mathcad Release 15.0 and DatecodeunknownWe have received an issue reported from Joseph’s end. Version: Windchill 12.0 Use Case: Solidworks - saving assembliesDescription: In solidworks, saving an assembly prompts to save all other parts - unless they are set to read-only, and in "system options" -> "External references" it is checked that "Dont prompt to save read-only referenced documents (discard changes)". Saving the assembly and parts, prompts windchill to either "Check out", "Revise and Check out" or "Continue" on the files that are being saved. Per this old thread (Read Only object and assembly saving problems - PTC Community), locking the files in the WWGM, should set them as read-only, and force Solidworks not to try and save them.But - This does not seem to work for us! The files are correctly marked  in the solidworks add-on as locked/read-only, but the saving prompt does not show them as read-only, and still saves them. The WWGM prompts the same 3 choices, and removes the lock, and saves the modifications locally, when "Continue" is set.&n

I am trying to add user to particular license through the code. Before adding user to that license, I wanna check how many licenses are already consume (kinda validation). By knowing the number I'll come to know that whether I can add user to that license or to throw some proper message back to user.

I installed Arbortext Styler 8.3 on Windows 11 and the application launches correctly. However, when I double-click an XML file from Windows Explorer, Arbortext Editor opens automatically and the file fails to open due to a licensing issue. How can I configure Windows so that XML files open directly with Arbortext Styler when double-clicked in Windows Explorer?

Hello PTC community. I've found myself in a very peculiar situation that's been puzzling me for weeks now. I rely heavily on Creo for assignments and everyday projects, so any help from experienced users would be fantastic. Here's the rundown: Several months ago, I decided to perform a fresh reinstall of Creo 11 after the application began freezing and crashing my laptop at startup. However, after following the installation guide (provided by my uni), I encountered the same problem: more crashes and freezes. My teacher suggested uninstalling/reinstalling V12. Against all expectations, this backfired: not only did I begin to experience licensing compatibility issues with V12, but the V11 reinstaller began to fault, with various error messages and failed downloads. Fast forward a few weeks, and I'm still struggling with the same issues, and can hardly get Creo to download on my computer again... I'm honestly hopeless at this point.
