I can't get this service to accept the output from a DateTIME picker widget.  It always says that the parameter is the wrong type.  If it isn't looking for a DATETIME, what is it looking for?  

I want to bind my models to a thing using analytics events. It works just fine at first. Then I made a new analytics event to bind my model with another thing, But it is not working. I used the industrial connection thing first, then I changed it to the generic thing (I duplicated the thing that's working) but nothing works. I already checked analytics jobs but nothing shows there (already unchecked filter completed jobs). Please help me to bind my models with the industrial connection thing. (Because I want the input from kepware) 

I'm using the trial version of Kepware on a local machine and I'm completely unable to connect to the OPC UA server from FactoryTalk View SE. I was able to connect to the GE PLCs I need to through the quick client, but haven't been able to communicate with anything in FactoryTalk at all. We currently are testing a remote OPC DA connection that brings in two tags into Kepware. From there, we add those tags into the IDF for Splunk. We are able to send information to Splunk from these OPC DA tags, but it only updates on changes when I ask to send the information to Splunk on every scan. Pictures below: I'm only receiving 12 events but there should be thousands of events if information is being set every scan.  We already have multiple Splunk connections set up that send information to Splunk on every scan. The devices on these connections are Omron FINS Ethernet devices, though. Here are the events for the omron devices:  This looks much better as we have ~30k events and I can see the differences in time stamps. I'm not sure if I'm setting up the OPC DA connection improperly which is causing this issue? I've tried to change the OPC DA from exception to polling and a couple other settings on Channel3 but that did not work either. Any ideas or

Please, is there any additional configuration or particularity besides CS384334 to establish OPC UA communication between KepServer6EX and FTView SE? When I use the KepServer EnterpriseV5.21 version the communication works, but with KepServer6EX it doesn't work. Thank you.  

I need to make application where logging is a blocker. Yes, I know, cybersecurity - but risk analyses shows, logging is not necessary. That must be common use interface, where most important for us is EVERYBODY can use this interface, just simple interface where user is requested to click & go to report some circumstances (and we do not need to know who was that). Yes, I know I can use appKey and add it to link - so it's like server/Thingworx/Runtime?appKey=<...>&x-thingworx-session=true#mashup=MUName_MUBut I found in docu, that next version will not support this solution, appKey must be given via POST method - so I can not pass it via link.Can I somehow make app starts without requesting logging?

I want to read data from PLC using kepware, I use the industrial connection, and I want my data type to be a number but I can't change the data type. How to change this?   

Hello,It's from 9.3.0. The Date Time Picker Widget Height can't be reduced. On the Mashup, the Date Time Picker widget is Occupying more space than the widget that is present in 8.3.4In 9.3.4, also this issue still exists, placing the DateTimePicker widget.  Can someone Help me to reduce the Height of this? Reducing the Height from style properties or custom CSS will not because it cuts off the Container of the widgetThanks,

After installation of windows patch KB5028623/KB5023788, Kepware is giving intermittent error. We trying refresh by re-importing tags and kepware starts showing good values.

Hello,I am trying to compile C SDK so :1- I have downloaded /unzip c edge SDK2-on SteamSensor examples folder, I have created bin folder3- on bin folder i have executed : cmake .. I got systematically the error :  Unknown CMake command "copyLibraries".OS: Ubuntu 20.04.5I have also installed previously  CMake 3.20I have tried to include copyLibraries in the file cMakeLists.txt, but it didn't solve the issue. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I have been trying to build the Thingworx 9.4.0 b49 Docker image for MS SQL Server. I've followed the steps from here:https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx/platform/r9/en/index.html#page/ThingWorx/Help/Installation/ThingWorxDockerGuide/thingworx_docker_setup_config.html#I spun up a new Ubuntu 20.04.1 VM and downloaded the Twx 9.4 Platform archive. Next I downloaded the Docker images for Thingworx and the security tool, built the security tool and copied the resulting archive in the staging folder of the Thingworx Docker files. I've added the Oracle JDK 11.0.19 and Tomcat 9.0.80 and the MS JDBC driver for MS SQL archives and went through the build.sh stage with no problem then build.sh mssqlThe image appears to have been built successfully. Next I edited the yml file for docker to specify the remote MS SQL Server DB details. I commented out the part about the mssql service as I saw the KB notes and other instructions, plus an example of docker yml file, where the mssql serv

I have exported the entities from ThingWorx8.5 and import them into ThingWorx9.4.There have been some changes in the layout.But the most import problem to me is thatthe datetimepicker can not change the year, day and time can be changed.Does anyone know how to fix it with a easy way?  And the changes in the layout can be fixed easily?  

Hi, I have a situation with a connection:Im using Allen Bradley Suite to connect to some Micrologix 1100, they are on a service called dyndns.org, which allow to see plc remotely, the thing is that sometimes Dyndns change ip address, for example when the station lose power supply and then goes online again the station wont display online status, the Micrologix cant be seen again because this causes to change ip address, I create a solution with a script using cmd sending commands, for example sending pings to the device in dyndns.org and if the ip change send commands:net start KEPServerEXV6net stop KEPServerEXV6But the bad thing with this solution is that this causes a general reset in kepserver so all the stations go out temporally, my question is if theres a way to only reset one channel or tell to refresh IP address, Im also exploring options using Kepserver API service.Using Kepserver versión 6.6.362 (Because newer versión have issues resolving hostname) 

We used Thingworx 8.3.0 build a DEMO at a windows Server 2012 R2 VM three years ago. Recently, i try to renew the license, but after deleted the file " sucessful _license_capability_response.bin" in the ThingworxPlatform folder and then restart the service " ThingWorx Server", there was no " licenseRequestFile" generated.  In order to get the Device ID, i used the older snapshots of this VM, and then got the license to licensing theDEMO. According the licensing Guide, i do step by step, the .binfile was renamed " ignored_license_capability_response".

Hello to everyone,I use a KEPServerEX with the S7 Plus Ethernet connected with Ignition SCADA.I have a problem writing inside an array tag through a opc client. Every time I received this message: "bad_write not supported the server not does support writing the combination of value".I think that this message appears because clients are not enabled to write inside an array. Is there some setting to enable this functionality or the only way to write inside an array is by referencing the exact value? Thank you.   

I'm having trouble writing a simple loop. I have arrays with three columns.The columns are Group , Date and Value. The group is the same for all rows.The same date occurs many times - and I need to sum up the values for the same dates and write them into a new table.The code I can write in pyhon and VBA - here I can not get around the limitations of JS in ThingWorx

Hello, I have been struggling with setting a color on the dropdown widgets filter icon: I found this support article that shows how to change the fonts and such for the dropdown list.But when I try to use similar CSS to set the icon color, it doesn't work. ptcs-list::part(item-value) { font-family:'Roboto','Noto Sans CJK', sans-serif; font-weight:bold; background-color: red; }The above CSS sets the background color of the "item-value" part of the ptcs-list element.However when I try:ptcs-list::part(icon) { color: red; }It doesn't set the icon to red. I also tried:[part~="icon"] { color: red; }This also didn't work. I have also tried stepping down from the "first" element with something like this:div > div > ptcs-textfield > div > div > ptcs-icon { color: red; }But this also hasn't worked... Any pointers on how to "figure" this out would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Jens
