Hi,I am not able to plot this graph on MATHCAD prime. Can anyone please help me? TIA
Hi everyone, I'm trying to use Mathcad prime 6 to solve a symbolic equation, but I cannot get the exactly same results as what I got from mathcad 15. I don't know why the prime 6 cannot solve this symbolic equation, but mathcad 15 could. Anyone know the reason or some hints, please let me know.

By Thomas DevarajAbout this worksheet:Calculates the impedances across frequencies in a RLC passive crossover network Applicable in electrical engineering, electronics and high-tech industries, speaker design Performs using Excel, frequency, resistance, capacitance, inductance, angular frequency, reactance, impedance, etc. This worksheet using PTC Mathcad includes an example of an engineer designing a hi-fi speaker that must meet a certain frequency response. The horizontal trend must be over the whole spectrum of the audible range with a tolerance of +/- 1dB. Because at least two transducers are needed, you must look at the case in which there is both a low and high frequency driver. You can calculate the impedances of each to determine the overall frequency response. This worksheet uses data from excel and plots the solutions.Download and explore this worksheet yourself! Hi, I am a user, sometimes occasional but now more continuous, of MATHCAD various releases from more than 20 years now. I have always problems in finding a simple way to produce a data file starting from the quantities I define in my programs. As an example, I wrote a quite simple program using PRIME 4.0 to plot a quantity as a function of another (a magnetic loss vs frequency) using a bias magnetic field as an external loop. So far, z=z(x,y) where both x and y are changed in a loop with x=x1, x1+xstep, ..x2 and the same for y. At the end I was able to plot z=z(x,yfixed), with several curves depending on the yfixed value, but if I want to export this quantity in a ascii file I am in trouble, because the explanations in the help are not easy to be followed. In particular, I need to produce a file where the first column is the frequency, and all the others are the z-values with different values for y (which I fix when plotting) In the attached MATHCAD file, the table (file) I want to fil
I would like to do my mechanical desing tasks in this softwer.
Sir my free day trail is not activate. kindly check it i want todo my work
Hello i make a worksheet for calculate transformation matrix: first i write Rx Ry Rz rotation matrix in second time (it's not mandatory), i define passage order of passage. by habit i use Cardan (or reverse RTL) after i have the matrix position : X Y Z RX RY RZ (in this matrix i have 1 line or over 1000 lines) I define a transformation function, in this i use an homogeneous matrix in this matrix, the first 3x3 are the rotation matrix (matrix of cosine) and the last matrix 3x1 are the position matrix Now , my problem: I want to calculate all transformation matrix (with T function) for all Position matrix exemple: T(0,-2,0,-1,-5,0.5) T(1,0,5,0,-1,1) and other ... and finally i want 1 matrix with all submatrix

I'm fairly new to mathcad and I am hoping this is a simple answer. Is it possible to use values from a matrix to use in a function inside a solve block? I attached the file. Sorry for the mess, just wanting to practice and learn. I'm trying to call the values for Ta in the matrix to the function.
Mathcad 12, Product Code: JG120411KU0993 HHSN HMJB Installed on new computer but need activation code to run. Installed on ASUS Laptop with windows Home OS. Purchased in 2012, believe was the date. Need to get product activated, Jim English
Dear allI try to do loop but can't , please help as picture/file attachment.Thank you
Hello, I'm trying to solve an ODE of 2nd Degree (Couette flow): 0 = eta * d²u/dy² + dp/dx This works out well with the common ODE solver from MathCad as Long as I determin a function for p as Long as: u is a function of y --> u=f(y) and p is a function of x --> p=f(x). Along the x Axis my boundary conditions and my p(x) change so that "u" is no longer just a function just of y but also of x. I implement this dependency by declaring my boundary conditions to be fuunctions of "x". But in the end I cannot declare my "u" as a function of "y" and "x" because "y" is the only variable to be integrated over. Please refer to the attached screenshots. Thanks in Advance and greetings from Switzerland
Hi Is there a way to group or sort the power terms of a symbolic calculation in the increase of the variable "s" Example: constant term+ a*s+b*s^2+c*s^3+d*s^4+....+k*s^n; where "s" is a variable Right now the grouping seems to be random. You have s^6, then you have s^7 then you have s^2 see below: See the N1(s), the last equation of this work sheet attached

Hi, I asked for the activation key, you sended the email, i saved the received file ''sw_license_email_4839011.dat" trough Options in mathcad I correctly point to the license file, but when i push the botton "'Applica"' In the upper message windws I get the message : 23/09/2020 10:50:31 : Richiesta di licenza non riuscita. Requesting MATHCAD ... C:\Users\marco\Downloads\Mathcad\sw_license_email_4839089.dat: (-9) Invalid host. And I'm not able to activate the license on my new machine. Could you please help me? Regards
Hi I have Linear(s), Second(s), ..., Eight(s) defined but when I tried to evaluate its coefficients and sum them, I am seeing this error: Any idea why it is giving this error?
Hi All, I'm just starting out using Mathcad Prime 6.0, and I'm trying to solve a very simple equation for the drag force on our machine when submerged in a flowing river. I am using the USCS Unit system, and I believe my confusion centers around English units of mass (slug) and how to keep units consistent. Example 1: I use 1.94 slug/ft^3 for the density of water. This gives me output units of lbf, which are correct, but they are off by a factor of gravity - 30.046 lbf should be a little over 961 lbf. Example 2: I use 62.4 lbf/ft^3 for the specific weight of water. Now numerically I'm correct but the units have the extra factor of "ft/s^2". I'm hoping someone might be able to help me obtain the both the correct numeric value of 966.42, with units of lbf. Thank You for Your Consideration, Mitch
All, I'm trying to plot a graph of real and imaginary part of the acoustic impedance of an empty tube with a closed end. This is the function of the Impedance and the graph I obtain:
Hello Everyone. From : Is there a way to fill color for a triangle ? Many thanks for your time and help in advance. Regards.
Hello, I am trying to install Mathcad 15.0. I saw in another thread that if I purchase Mathcad Prime, I would have access to Mathcad 15.0 as well, so I purchased the PTC Mathcad Prime 6.0 Subscription. I have now installed Mathcad 15.0, and it is asking me for a license file. How can I acquire such a file?
Hi Simple helps on symbolic substitutions. How do you substitute so the final answer is the same as the 2nd Z(s)? Thanks for all the helps Rdliquid
Hi How can you minimize this kind of error: The symbolic result returned is too large to display, but it can be used in subsequent calculation if assigned to a function or variable I looked at the knowledge base questions and there are a lot of this kind of issue reported unfortunately they are quite hard for me to follow. I see this error because the limitation of my computer or limitation of Mathcad Prime 6.0? Can you provide and example of how to assign to a function or variable? Below is what I am trying to do and it seems to work for T(s) and Z(s) but does not work for T0(s) and Z0(s) after I increase the complexity of T(s) a little more
