Hey!Im trying to download mathcad express, but somehow I dont get email where download link should be. This is crucial bc I have an exam in few days about concrete desing and I have to use it to calculate stuff.Aaro Ilola

I tried a couple of *.mcd and *.xmcd files. In one case a red "Keine Lizent" appeared, no other resonses. But no new file was created, neither in the original folder nor in any other folder. The issue was even described earlier. The found "solution" was finalised with the recommendation to contact the support. But it is not possible to open a support case (probabaly due to the trial version), although I have an old user account.

I upgraded from trial version to student version and the process completed successfully, with all functions unlocked. About a month later I opened Mathcad again (10.0.1.0) and all functions were locked. I tried to use the PTC option menu and then the get License button. The response was as follows:4/22/2025 2:42:15 PM : The license request failed.Requesting MathcadPrime ...C:\ProgramData\PTC\Mathcad Prime\license\MathcadLicense.5.dat: (-9) Invalid host.I don't know why all of a sudden the functions were all locked as if in Express mode.The Cleverbridge reference number: 496916359Invoice number: BKD-73652662548Invoice date: 3/16/2025

I had installed an educational version for trial on an old laptop, but it didn't run well because of the bad hardware features. Now I just bought a latest generation PC and I would like to try it, but I can't install it because of licensing problems.

How do I silently install and uninstall Mathcad prime 10?

i downloaded the free version of MathCAD. I wanted to open it and it says "extracting" but doesnt open.

im currently attending school at ECPI university, we use mathcad for some of our courses. i have it installed on my desktop at home, but also use it on my laptop when im traveling for work so i can still complete my homework. its not allowing me to access the program with our activation key and says i have the maximum number of license requests. im trying to figure out how to get this to work so i can complete my homework assignments. it wont even allow me to create a new account or anything else and activate it that way. i just need some help figuring this out.

I made an account and tried to set up everything and log in but i got an error message stating "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type". Why am I unable to access my license?

unable to use the trail version

Hi,I cannot take the partial derivatives of a function with 4 variables.Taking partial derivatives seems to be limited to just functions with two variables.Please help.Thank you very much.Alfred Leick

i am having a problem installing the 30-day free trail of matchad prime. i have the mathcad prime installtion assistant, but in the application selection i cannot choose an application.

I updated to Mathcad 11 and now i can't Log in with my old Licence File. Con you send me a new student licence please. Thanks

I've installed an old version, 14.0, on my Windows 11 computer. Installation went fine. The version came with a Mathcad book that I bought in 2007. When I try to start the program, I'm asked for license info that I don't have. I ran the program long ago and with out issue on previous computers I owned and I'd like to do so now. Can you please enable the program for me? Purchasing the book entitled me to run the software that came with it. I don't recall having a licensing issue on previous computers.

Ich habe vor 2 Tagen meine Lizenz über die Schule also den Code den wir Schüler jedes Jahr für 12 Monate bekommen angefordert und die Lizenz in Mathcad 9 eingelöst. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert und ich habe gleich nach dem einlösen wieder normal mit Mathcad arbeiten können. Heute wollte ich Mathcad wieder öffnen und auf einmal habe ich keine Lizenz mehr und kann nichts machen. Wenn ich probiere den Code von vorgestern wieder einzulösen steht natürlich das der Code schon verwendet wurde. Bräuchte dringend Hilfe.

I am trying to use the free 30 day trial for the prime version so I dont think I have the product code since I technically didn't purchase anything.

When using the Application Programming Interface (API) for C#, only .net framework 4.8 is supported. This version is getting quite old. i.e. released 2019When will the C# API support .NET 8? Is this in the pipeline of future updates for MathCAD Prime

MathCAD Prime 10 only supports Net48 for the API. Which future version will support net8?
