I have created an account and am trying to download the software but keep getting the message 'Our records indicate that your company does not have a current PTC Global Support agreement' and the SON is not associated with customer number, can you assist please. Good afternoon   I was trying to re-install Mathcad 15 (purchased 2012?) ... when I purchased new computer approx 5 years ago...I didn't have much success re-installing using "downloaded Setup  (mathcad_15_0_EN_M010_Setup.exe file....so I just used my  Mathcad 14 disc version.   Currently ... I have another computer and ...instead of  deleting install program "stuff" ... I thought I would try once more.   my product code is:    MP010201EA6466-743K-3FKX    On PTC.Setup - Mathcad 15.0 (M010) setup screen ,... I get to screen that says "select Product to be installed"  with options to select "Mathcad" or "PTC Liscense server"    When I select "Mathcad"  i get error message :  You are running Windows XP, but do not have Service Pack 2 (SP2) or higher installed ...etc... this is a minimum system requirement for Mathcad15.0 M010 please upgrade your system.   I am running windows 10

We are finishing a Trial version of Prime 9. We have a Gold Support and need to enable Prime 9 License Management. I am not sure if that should be Cloud, Floating, or Fixed.Please enable the Prime 9 License. I am familiar with the various licensing methods.

Hi,I have an old license file for Mathcad Prime 3.0 (c. 2016!), but no longer have the download file or access to the software due to an OS upgrade on my computer. Is this something you can help me with? I'd like to use MathCad Prime again. It seems as if I can't access the knowledge base, the link won't work to allow me to view the installation guide for 3.0 that still exists in the help files.Jeff

When installing 14.0 I get a message saying this is an upgrade and to enter the old serial number. I had 7.0 and the s/n was PU02802D00549 which it does not accept. I still have the 7.0 CD, I put it in the DVD drive and provided the path but it can't read it. I had this same problem in 2017 and it was a ridiculous pain in the butt then, I shouldn't still be going through this aggravation. Fix it already sheesh.

Primarily I remote in from my Macbook, but periodically I receive the issue:Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session. Is there a way to solve this issue remotely? I am a longtime mathcad user who purchased a permanent license for Mathcad prime 3.1 many years ago.I am in the midst of replacing my old win 10 computer, with a new one running win 11.  Before I begin the task of reinstalling mathcad 3.1 and getting the licensing software to work, I am wondering if version 3.1 will run under win 11.?As a retired person, I cannot justify the cost of getting the latest version of Mathcad, so if my version won’t work, I’ll just install the express version. thanks mike

Hello, some time ago I downloaded a test version of Mathcad Prime 7.0, which then after 30 days got downgraded to the free Express version. Since then I had to reinstall my operating system, and now would like to install Mathcad Express once again. However, when using the installation file I saved, I only have the option to install the 30-day test version of Mathcad, which I'm unable to do, because the account I use already used its 30-day trial version tied to it. Is there a way to skip this test version and instead simply install the Express version right away?

I"m not well versed in IT details but if I can install MathCad on my teaching laptop somehow I would use it a lot more and teach with it since it can benefit my students. Currently we have Prime 6.0.0 on computers in a lab but that isn't convenient for me to get to. If I can understand some basic details about how or what to do or bullet points to discuss with my college IT department, it would be a blessing.  I have a 2022 Apple M2 Pro with Sonoma 14 os.

Hello, I am need of assistance with licensing for MathCAD 3.0 prime. We currently have Mathcad 3.0 installed on one computer and would like to install it on another computer. However, I am not sure if our current license allows for multiple installations with only one user/computer at a time since we only have one license of Mathcad 3.0. So I need help verifying if our license is a flexible installation license where would could use it on different computers but one user/computer at time? If not, what are my options for obtaining another license for Mathcad 3.0? (PS. I could not create a support ticket since I do not have a product code for Mathcad 3.0 prime. I looked through all of our licensing emails back in 2014, but could not find an actual "Product code")
