Got new desktop computer. I installed my MATHCAD15 CD on it. When starting the application, a window regarding LICENSE SETTING opens. My license file "lm_68802301.txt" is no longer accepted. Trying to rename it to "lm_68802301.dat" didn't work either. Do I need a new license file? Please support.  I think my 10 year-old PC is showing signs of failing. The reason I am asking this question is my failing memory of my first installation of MATHCAD 15 reminds me it was a nightmare.  As I recall, after PTC took over MATHCAD, the licensing and installation were the most convoluted processes I have ever encountered with newly purchased software. I still have my original Product Code and MED-60602-CD-150_M050.zip file, as well as the unzipped files. If when I purchase a new PC, can MATHCAD 15 be installed with just the original Product Code and the original zip installation files without having to contact PTC, or will this be another painful process? I am only interested in MATHCAD 15, not Prime. Thanks for any help.

I can't debug the program I wrote and it makes it difficult to find errors, I have to spend a lot more time looking for them. You have primitive programming language (in terms of implementation complexity), so I guess it shouldn't be hard to implement.2. I use your program with my laptop, and when I use draft page, it becomes very difficult, to navigate in horizontal directions, so I'm forced to drag the slider, which is not so fast and comfortable. The order details mentioned I should receive a fulfillment confirmation document. Never received any. We have a handful of Mathcad 8 installations that are failing and reporting an exit code of -610 back to SCCM. Does anyone know that this exit code means? Or where the installation log files are located?

I have tried several times to have the link emailed to me to download the free version of Mathcad but I am not receiving the email. I have checked the spam folders and there is no email.

Hello, I have recently installed Prime 9.0 on my professional DELL laptop running Win 10 but when I launch the program, nothing happens, no pop-up screen nothing: the mouse cursor does its usual circles for a few seconds and then vanishes. I had to run the installation under a dedicated admin account but then back to my account, I can't start Prime even I run it again with admin priviledges. It actually happened recently with an install I did with 7.0 and I could no longer launch it in the end while I could use it for a year or so. It is what motivated the migration to 9.0 but the problem remains. I've checked for a log file in the PTC folder but could not see one. I try to do it online but webpage is asking Customer Number, Product Code or something else what I cant find or dont know. How I can renew my student license and can I renew it to MathCad 9.0? My studies is still going on so am I still justified to same price?I love U product. Most students of our department use Texas Instrument's TI-nspire CX series calculators and MathCad ofcourse. There is many apps/softwares for that calculator. It would be SUPER if theres any way to convert MathCad to that calculator too. I and propably many others would buy that product. Calculator work already like mathcad, except it count row by row so U cant change variables (which U have set on start) at end of calculations. Basicly U should do only worksheet's instead of row's or like row's should be interactive. Let me know if U ever gonna do that.
