Mathcad Installation

I don't own a product code for my student Mathcad and I can't activate the license I received via email.

Can I have a licence?

I'm in the "Acquisisci Licenza"(Acquire License) phase of the installation of PTC MATHCAD. The issue is that while I'm getting the free 30 days of mathcad prime, the installation tool tests my eligibility to the program but stops telling me that "Servizio licenze occupato" (busy licensing service).I'm an MSc student of Aerospace Engineering so I should be eligible.Thank you.

In 2016 I bought a perpetual license for Mathcad Prime 3.1 through my schools discount program. When trying to activate the product code now i get errors saying that the program ID has already expired. I select "Configure product to use existing license" , select "Source List", input the license information, then receive the message "The following products have been licensed. PTC Mathcad Prime 7.0. I am unable to access my work file. Before I attempted to open the file it had a size of roughly 1700 KB however after I attempted to open the file it showed me an error saying that the file type is not supported. After this I have noticed that the file size now says 0 KB. The file I am working on is a PTC Mathcad Worksheet (.mcdx), I have opened other files of the same type and it works fine.The log file from the error says this;System.FormatException: Incorrect file format, file should be from PTC Mathcad PrimeCould you please help me recover the file if possible.
