My University has bought a Licence.with Mathcad 7 and with my Company Laptop I could use the System.Now I had to give back my Company Laptop and use my private Laptopfor my Lectures. Cannot get a trial license. Says the server appears to be busy.

I have downloaded the 30 day trial / Express installation program, from the link PTC sent.I am trying to install on:Dell Inspiron laptop with i7 processor, 64 bit, running Windows 11 64 bit. Hard drive is encrypted with Bitlocker. Usually runs Norton. There is > 10 GB free disk space. Windows Defender is not set to block any software. NET. Framework 4.8 or higher is already installed.There have been no previous versions of Mathcad / Prime on the laptop.A straightforward attempt at installation failed. No other software has every failed to install from my standard setup, including with Norton, Defender and Bitlocker running.Since then I have tried:1. Switching off Norton.2. Suspending Bitlocker.3. Testing with the Windows compatibility tester - it recommends changing setting to Windows 8, but it makes no difference if I do not change the compatibility settings, change to Windows 8, or go all the way back to Windows 7.4. Hello I hope someone can help me, Im a student and through my school I have a license to Mathcad 7, but when i try to download it, I can only get Mathcad 8, does anyone know what i shall do?    

Mathcad 15.0Hello Can you please send me a link to the Mathcad 15.0 download on your website? I can not find it any more. There only seems to be a download for the prime 8.0 version.I am trying to download and use my Matcad 15.0 licence. My laptop got wiped recently and i lost access to it. Over the years I used most versions of Mathsoft's Mathcad versions from the 1990's to 2017 (probably using Mathcad 14/15), when I retired.I have many legacy files from Mathcad 14/15 which I would like to convert using Mathcad Prime 8.0.However, after I installed and start the Prime 8.0 trial version, I selected the convert MCD/MCDX (which I had selected during installation) and loaded an old file into it (which was recognised as Mathcad 14/15), it is quickly flagged as 'No License' and conversion halts.Why is this? I no longer have access to older versions of Mathcad, which is why I hope to eventually purchase a full single user Prime 8.0 licenseso I can convert and continue using some if not all of my old files. I was hoping that the 15-day trial would give me a chance to see how successful conversion might be. Is there a solution?Please reply As soon as possible.

How to unlock/expand sections in the XMCD files if Mathcad 15 is no longer available?

XMCD Converter, Conversion failed. Locked collapsed areas are not supported in the current version of PTC MathCad Prime. How can I unlock or expand these areas before conversion if I don't have MathCad 15?

I need to get a free trial period for mathcad to try it before I buy it. But I have not recieved one yet.

I am responsible for ordering software for our company. I would like to order under our user name software.compliance@cmc.com but if I do, am I able to assign the software to a user? Or does the software have to be purchased under the user's name?
