Mathcad Installation

I have installed Mathcad prime8.0 but failed to get the authorization. I cannot find any .dat file from my computer. Please assist. Thank you very much.

Can not get license for PTC Mathcad Prime 7 Subscription

I'm using MathCad Express but it has me on a trial version. Trying to remove the watermark across the sheet.

When trying to license Mathcad Prime 7.0. I select "Configure product to use existing license" , select "Source List", input the license information, then receive the message "The following products have been licensed. PTC Mathcad Prime 7.0. However when I exit this window the software is still unlicensed. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I recently installed Mathcad 8.0 on my computer and had around 14 days left in the full trial. Yesterday my company changed my computer for a new one and I wanted to reinstall Mathcad 8.0 but now I can't. The install wizard is stating that I have reached the maximum number of licence request for this product.I am wondering if it is possible to transfer the remaining trial time on my new install? I am unable to access my work file. Before I attempted to open the file it had a size of roughly 1700 KB however after I attempted to open the file it showed me an error saying that the file type is not supported. After this I have noticed that the file size now says 0 KB. The file I am working on is a PTC Mathcad Worksheet (.mcdx), I have opened other files of the same type and it works fine.The log file from the error says this;System.FormatException: Incorrect file format, file should be from PTC Mathcad PrimeCould you please help me recover the file if possible.

I installed the trial and only have basic features. Believe my 30 day trial was for the full featured Mathcad Prime 8.0. Otherwise, there is not way to trial all the functionality.

MathCad gives an error when I try to write an expression on it.The error: An Unhandled exception occurred on the dispatcher thread. See ....log.How can I solve this problem.

What's going on?  I can't create a support ticket.  Has that feature been removed from PTC?   If not then provide a link.   I can't seem to navigate to an area to create a support ticket.   Whatever.
