Mathcad Installation

When I start with the installation of Mathcad, at the and it is written "there is a problem during the installation of MSI" but I don't know what I have to do. I need the free trial installation because I am a student of engineering and I need this program for the final project. Please help me.

I am trying to convert a .mcd file to .xmcd using the MCD converter available through MathCad prime. However, every time I try to convert, it says "Unexpected error encountered during conversion."

Hi,   I am  a single user who works on multiple different physical machines depending on where I am (laptop or desktop at home, and a separate desktop in office).   I work for myself and will be the only person using this license. Is is possible to use the same license on 3 different machines, given that they won't be used simultaneously?

During acquiring the trial lisence for PTC MATHCAD 15.0 via the Internet, the wizard can't contact the licensing server.

Bonjour,J'ai récemment changé le HDD de mon PC portable que j'ai remplacé par un disque SSD en effectuant une migration. Depuis cette opération mon programme Mathcad 14 (Single user )ne fonctionne plus correctement, certains calculs simple comme des fractions ne s'effectuent plus automatiquement et je n'ai plus accès à l'aide installée localement (Touche F1), quand je tente d'accéder à l'aide, j'ai un message comme quoi il est impossible d'ouvrir le fichier C:\contents\qsheet.hbkFeatureRCopenErrExtra. J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé Mathcad14 à partir du disque mais cela n'a rien changé. J'ai vu sur votre site qu'il existe une version plus récente que la mienne qui date de 2007. Hi,   I bought a ptc mathcad license yesterday - but I'm still waiting for that license to show up. My evaluation license expires tomorrow.  Is it possible to extend my evaluation license since I've already paid for a full license?   I've tried posting this questions on two other occasions - but both were marked as SPAM for some reason.     I'm not spam.  I'm a customer.   Jon Cooke sold me this software (he works for ptc)

Hello, I am studying at the university and we need a mathcad for study

I am still in the process for which version of mathcad to go with. I was wondering if you would be able to help me out. I did a conversion from Mathcad 15 to Prime 7 but it seems that it converted the table in 15 to a matrix and now none of the equations work anymore. Is this something you can help me with?

I have registered myself to PTC. Recently we have upgraded our IBM i OS from V7R2 to V7R4. Now we need to upgrade Implementer to 12.4 and we have some issues downloading this software form PTC site. Hello,   My evaluation license expires tomorrow (Saturday, September 24, 2021).  I have already purchased PTC MathCAD.   Since it will take a few days for my license to get delivered - is there any possibility of extending the evaluation license?      Thanks

I'm in that uncomfortable loop once again   I can't get PTC matched going due to a glitch with the licensing system.      I get this message (see screen capture) when attempting to install a license using the License Wizard.   So, what's the next step?

i have tried to load mathcad 15 trial but cannot get a license. I get a message that I have tried for too many licenses.

When i try and run the program, only the extracting window appears, dissapears when it gets to 100% and then nothing happens.

I'm a student and I forgot to mark it. I want to extend free Mathcad express prime 7. As I understand Mathcad express prime 7 is free for students.

I purchased 50 mathcad student edition licenses for the university of British Columbia a few days ago and all 50 licenses are NOT able to download. Access denied is the error message received.
