Mathcad Installation

Hi we have a old Mathcad 13 Network License server on one of our VM's, we are looking to migrate this to a new server (with new IP and Hostname), can anyone point me in the direction to how this is done?

I am using Mathcad Prime 7.0 7.0.0.0I have a user that is having a strange issue where when she double clicks a Mathcad prime file a new instance of Mathcad opens for each file. I have already done a clean install of prime where I cleared the PTC folders from the computer and the registry. i had to do this because a few days after installing prime 7 it would not open at all on a couple of computers. After the clean install, this issue came up. I tried to replicate the issue on another computer by going through the same process but that computer works correctly. Any ideas?

I need help urgently I am in my last evaluations and I need the program. I have been working with it for years and I have never had any problems but now it does not allow me to make certain calculations. I have already downloaded and installed the program but it still does not work. I get a message that I have to purchase the premium functions but this has never happened to me before. Hello after using it for several months I tried opening the software the initial screen comes up but then it does nothing, I already tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it any help would be appreciated.

I have a license problem. When I tried to install the program for the first time, I had a problem connecting to the server, later it showed me that I used all the licenses. I need Mathcad for university.

I would like to update mathcad 6 to mathcad 7 but I'm not able to find where to download the windows installation file.

How can I highlight a region? This was very easy in Mathcad 15 where you just right click and select highlight, but now I can't see how to do it in Prime and I've searched through all the forums and there is nothing about highlighting a region in there. I just want to highlight input so the user of the worksheet clearly know what regions are to be modified.
