I have this callout that appears out in space. I need to relocate it but dragging the leader does nothing. I've deleted the callout and added it again but it always ends up way out. How do I fix this?

Hi,  We work with Inventor for 3D modelling and when these models are viewed in CreoView Lite, it opens upside down by default. Which setting do I need to change in CreoView to open models with the Z-axis pointing upwards?  

When publishing in Illustrate, the list of items was printed in pdf using the xml template.I want to know how to modify the design of the item list table shown below. I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to correct the background color and align the letters in the middle.

I am using Creo Schematics Release 9.0 and Datecode 0.0.0How is Schematics 9.0 integrated into Windchill. The WWGM 12.1.1.1 does not offer Schematics 9.0 as an application.

I created 16 decals, all using the same method. One of the decals will not appear on the model. I get a blank placeholder as though it is there, but no image on it. All the others worked fine. 

Hi all, I am using the Adobe Plug in for PDF markups in Creo View and am curious if there are ways to set the scale on PDF measurements? Currently I'm able to measure the document with the Adobe Tools, but am unable to change the scale from the embedded scale. This is fine if the scale is embedded properly but that is not always the case for the documents I work with. Has anyone had any experience with measuring PDF in Creo View? Currently using Creo View 9.0 and Adobe Pro. Thanks 

I saw some older posts, but nothing recent. Is there a way to convert .c3di or .pvz files to a more neutral format such as the FBX filetype?  Has PTC recognized this gap and is it on their roadmap?

I am using Creo Schematics Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.0.0some of the information from xml is not translated into a harness.

I am using Creo View MCAD Ver 9.1   I am opening Creo.asm files and I want to explode some parts (which works) and then I want to select several of the parts and Save them but when I go to the File drop down the 'Save As' is not available.   Is there a setting or something that can be done?  I'm a new user and just installed it yesterday.  The support company that I purchased it from showed me that it works fine with .PVS files but that isn't what I'm working with.  I also have .PRT files that I would like to save together but I have the same issue.        

Hallo,I work with Pvz files in Creo Illustrate 9.0.The concerned parts that do show in Creo Illustrate are the "Model Construction Geometry Surfaces". The Pvz file does contain them and is not the problem. These parts do not however show in the Svg export.  These "Model Construction Geometry Surfaces" concern parts we buy, for example a gearbox or an air filter. These parts are used in our Cad models, next to the parts we model ourselves. I am working on a parts catalogue and I need all parts to show in the Svg (an exploded view). how can I make that happen? thank you in advance   

I have an issue with saving as illustration file, namely as a SVG file. The problem is that I have some surfaces and cosmetics in the model construction geometry in the C3DI which do not show in the SVG file, I tried checking the filters in the options (current figure and illustration) and the different SVG options and looking for the answer on your website without luck.            

I am using Creo Schematics Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.0.0All of the icons in all of the toolbars in Creo Schematics are hard to see, they have no color and blend into background. I can fix this by turning off the "Dark Mode" in WIndows 10, however I like the dark mode when using all other programs and windows. I would like to keep dark mode on and still be able to see the toolbar icons in Creo Schematics. I have looked in the "Options" section in Creo Schemtics to see if I could tell it to ignore the system color/theme but I didn't see any such option. Can this issue be fixed?

I am not able to save large assembly files in Creo elements/ direct modeling in .pvz or .stp format. May I know why is that happening? Even if I am able to save some assemblies, some parts are not available in Creo illustrate 9.0. I have also attached the error image. Can someone help me with this?

When I select on the arc tool I get the following error at the message window "Operation only valid in Edit Mode". I have gone to the basic tutorial document and it states "In the graphics window, double-click on the bottom left corner of the rectangle. The line enters edit mode.". I have done this but I still cannot use the arc tool. Hi everyone!I have created a model in Creo Parametric 4 for a AR purposes. I wanted to create animations in Creo Illustrate 8.1 but when I select "Transform" I cannot select the original Csys from Creo Parametric, only this one created by Illustrate itself. Can someone explain how can I change that? Is there an option to select when importing model to Illustrate?
