When I enter https://community.ptc.com URL into IE11 address field I receive HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. No such problem in Firefox and Chrome.

Please do something about it.   Luc

While in an IE browser I am continuously getting notified of past posts.  And this morning notifications icon at the top of the page showed 17 new entries but all of them are old.   The notifications has been going since I logged in almost 10 minutes ago.

I have recently returned to the MathCad Community after about 12 months absence. Whilst i might not be the most tech savvy user, the new system is completely non-intuitive. I thought I had posted a question, which on past experience would have been answered in a day or 2, but I cannot even find any record of my post let alone any answers in searches? What was once a brilliant community with fantastic respondents is now useless to me. Sorry but the "upgrades" are a serious backward step. Ross

I've noticed of late that the "Levels", which I understood to be a supposed indicator of expertise, seem to be randomly assigned. For example, I'm seeing users who signed up days ago, posted one question, and are at Level 3. Another with a total of three posts is at Level 6. Are these levels meaningless now?

Love the new menu here on the forum (https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Community-Announcements/New-Menu-Style-Coming-Soon-to-a-PTC-Community-Near-You/m-p/497259#M19).  We finally have a usable means of navigation.   Any chance we'll get a more logical order for the items in the menus?  Alphabetical would make sense, but if there's some other hierarchy that would be fine.  It's pretty random now.   Also, when I click on Get Help > Documentation I seem to get to the documentation page, but it shows and error at the top.  Not much info, just "an error has occured"      I reported it to the link in the error message as well.   Also, it looks like there's a new dialog box for image uploads.  It flows off the bottom of the page with no means of scrolling.

How does one get from the main community page to the "PTC Community Information Center"? Is there a link from the main page?

When viewing Product Ideas in the new platform, how do we know the status of the Idea? In the old platform we could see if it was open for voting, closed for voting, considered for implementation or implemented.   I found two posts in the Welcome & How-To's community, but I cannot reply or create a new Topic there. Neither Topic had a definitive response.

While trying to find out how to notify the moderator to move a post and the following search was done: Move, Author=Jaime_Lee   (To move notify the moderator) https://community.ptc.com/t5/Welcome-How-To-s/Community-Content-Move-or-Removal-Requests/m-p/494174#M578   The results return back nothing:   But if you look at the link on how to notify the moderator to move a subject there is an post by Jaime_Lee with the word "Move" in it. @Jaime_Lee,   I use Browse list to switch between community groups. Unfortunatelly the list is too long and I can see all its items only in case that I zoom out browser window content drastically. When I do this then I can't read text, because font height is too small. See following picture.  

Hi!   In the previous engine of the commiunity I was able to go to browse and select tab "Authored" and I foud all my entry...   How can I get this fnctionality in this new powered by :"Lithum" community?   Thanks all in advance!

At the PTC User Community Creo page, how do you find the "new" post in the Creo Ideas section.   If you click on the Date/Time, it brings you to the latest new post, but if there are multiples, how do you find the others?   Going into that section and selecting New Ideas from the drop down (still not sure why this isn't the default) you can see if there are any new ones, but again if there are multiples, this will not find them all.   I think that someone has made a comment on an idea, but that doesn't "bubble" it up on any of the three boards - New Ideas, Top Ideas, & Hot Ideas (still don't know the definition of "Hot").   How do you find the missing new post/comment without subscribing?   I learned how to mark the read here: https://community.ptc.com/t5/Community-Feedback/Mark-as-Read/m-p/499666#M301   Thanks, Dale

Man, I REALLY don't like the format of this forum anymore.  Can't find anything.  REALLy hope they resurrect the photo album section, as I think it's great for displaying techniques.   Anyone have any answers to what happened?

All of the "new" ones are extremely old questions from the migration. Is there away to go in and en mass mark these all read?

I've noticed that some rather old posts are suddenly showing up in the discussion boards. For example, this one: Old 32 bit vs 64 bit Question It's understandable when someone has responded to the question, but not when, like this one, there are no responses since it was first asked in 2013. What in the world is causing this to happen?

How does it come that from time to time the last days we see the overview list of post in different looks. The new one would not be so bad if it would not waste that much space. Guess the number of posts visible at once could easily be tripled and the link to jump immediately  to the first unread message is a nice feature.   But, if  PTC is experimenting with different designs, why do you do it with the live forum? See the attached pictures to see the difference.  

Did we lose this functionality over the weekend? I noticed that all the modeling questions were green instead of grey. UPDATE When pasting a link to the PTC Help Center, the link is being modified and Google Analytics parameters are being added (_ga=xxxxx). This results in a 404.   Old message Whenever I paste a link to a website, that link is being modified when I hit "Post".   www.google.com (open this link and look at what is added after the .com) http://support.ptc.com/help/creo/creo_pma/usascii/#page/fundamentals%2Fprogram%2FAbout_Pro_PROGRAM.html "&_ga=2.97537119.1141601435.1508137266-115588072.1484289270" is being added after the link, which results in a dead link (404 - Sorry, page not found)   https://stackoverflow.com/ (no garbage is added) https://www.ptc.com/ (garbage is added) https://www.ptc.com/en/about

We are 2 members of this portal. Using same computer. Impossible to change username... Signin : last user. sign out.... signin... No question, only the same. Is it normal ? Is there any solution ? Thanks GB

For kicks, I went to the PTCooler (off topic site) and saw that it has (3) tags for humor. 90 % of my posts in that (3) pages of stuff has humor for a tag. Where does the label at the top only show (3) tags?   And how you post pictures? I tried using the snipping tool, but that doesn't see to work.

When commenting on an older idea, it no longer bubbles to the top with the new 3-way listing of ideas.
