I am getting the following error message when opening the application and it shuts down when I press okI am using the student edition. I tried versions 10 and 9. Both are not working. Please help me resolve the issue.  

Hello, Hello, long time ago i did a training and we received a training version of Pro Engineer wildfire trainings edition WF3. I used it from time to time. Now i have a new PC and i tried to install it again. Unfortunately, I cannot connect to the server in order to get a key. Do you have a solution for me? It seems there is also a possibility to get a local license ( off-line mode). How can i get one of these? Is there a posibility? best regardsMartin

I have installed creo on Mac m1 work paralles but the app does not open. How can I do?

I have installed creo version 10. After successfully installation of the Creo parametric . It is not running. When i start run its just open and then close without any warning. Then i also tried to install other versions & then i get the same problem.    

I have a MacBook m1 and I installed creo parametrics through the Parallels application, but it won't start the application for me. Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

Hi,I've just started using the ANSYS Simulation FE solver in Creo 9.0 and got my first results displayed via View Results. Is there a way to easily save my fringe plots of Von Mises stress etc to a graphics file such as png?  Surely there is something easier than a screen capture? When I go to the File Tab the Save, Save As, and Print options become inactive when I display my results. ThanksShaun 

Hello, I am trying to install a trial version of CREO Parametric (build 7.08), found from this link onto a Windows 11 machine (build 22621), and have not been able to get it to work. I am able to install 10.0 without issue.When I try to run setup.exe for either of these, i get a loading wheel, and then nothing happens. I want to use this for Zemax Opticsbuilder, but only have versions which support up to CREO version 7.The installer works right away on another machine running windows 10, but not on the windows 11 machine that I need it on. I have tried the following so far:Disabling Firewall/antivirusRunning as administratorRunning in Compatibility modeUpdating graphics drivers (RTX 4000)Copying the unzipped Med* directory to C:/TEMP/... It seems like it ought to be supported from this document:https://www.ptc.com/support/-/media/support/refdocs/Creo_Parametric/7,-d-,0/creo7_hardware_notes.pdf?sc_lang=en What steps should I take in order to get this to work?

I am trying to install Creo 10 under a university student license. I have previously installed other versions, which I have uninstalled.When I log in during the licensing part of installation, I get an error. The installer allowed me to complete installation, but now I am still unable to obtain a license. When I open Creo, it says the license is not supported for this version. I then try to log in but get a "Customer not valid" warning:What can I do to get the license working? Thanks!

Hi, I'm trying to install PTC Creo 9.0 on my Windows 10 Pro 22H2, but the setup.exe file doesn't work. It doesn't even run when I run it as administrator, even if I disable the firewall application. 

I had creo installed on my desktop and it worked completely fine. However, I recently performed a clean install of windows 10 and tried reinstalling creo 5 but keep getting an error during the licensing stage of the installation.   I have followed this document: https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo5_unistudent_standard.pdf#_ga=2.111497284.1154185903.1540655366-485506032.1540655366 until step 4. I type in the product code, I get prompted to login and once I do I get an error message (see attached picture).   Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

As per the original post.    Hi,I am attempting to download CREO student 7 as well - although its now 7.0.8 - onto a Windows 11 machine. Is there an updated web installer? When I attempt the link here, it Extracts for 2-3 seconds and then fails to launch the installer tool. Does it require that a previous version is already installed?I have found several other forum threads about difficulties with Windows 11, solved by executing a command line change to HyperVision. But I am hoping it might be an easier fix for me, I've already spent several hours trying to get CREO working for me.

I installed Creo version 7.0, now I need the 9.0 using the same license.How can I do that?

Hello, I am having a problem installing the PTC I believe 10 program. I have purchased the premium student license with my university's discount. But when I entered the license in the installer, no program to download appears. What should I do?

I am trying to install creo 9.0 student version but when I open the setup file or any other .exe file it dosent open at all, I have tried literally everything available on the internet (at least whatever I found),the old soln for creo7 and 4 dosent work here, someone help     

Hello I created a hole with extrude (remove material) option nut then I got 2 bottom surfaces of 2 holes as 1 entity and 2 top surface as 1 entity later I divided the 2 bottom and 2 top into 4 entity with split surface region option. Now I cannot unify the top and bottom surface for either of the holes. I need top and bottom as 1 entity for using analysis on another software (which does not support join surface and split surface are considered as 2 cad faces)
