Hi,   I downloaded the Creo Student Edition 7.0.0.0. and it is very important to me to use the Manikin. On the website (http://support.ptc.com/products/proe/studentedFAQ1.htm) it says that the Manikin and Manikin Analysis is available in this version. However, when I want to intesert the Manikin, it says that it was created with the commercial version of Creo and that it is not compatible with the student version. What do I have to do to use the manikin? Do I have to change any settings? Thanks for your help!   Kind regards, Alexandra

I have repeatedly attempted to install the Academic version of Mathcad 14 I purchased several years ago when I was in Grad School onto a new desktop via the "register online" process, but I continually get installation errors, and the process will not allow me to proceed.60545CD140-MO10 is the serial number on the CD case.Machine is a Intel I-9, with a RDX 2700 Super graphics card and Windows 10 (Pro)

After installing creo parametric 7.0 (academic free software) , when I run the software I get a pop up message to register as a quality agent when I click yes then another message gets popped up saying cannot register insufficient user access software shutting down how can I resolve this issue. I also made the quality agent setup run , but it didn't resolve the issue please help

Using the 30 day free offer trial from PTC, and after a couple weeks of using it, an upgrade to creo 7.0 2.0 was performed. Since the upgrade, I am having trouble launching the software.Thanks,Tom Schuster

Hi, I have got problem. When I want to open assembly, warning fatal error appeared and it created this traceback file. Can somebody read this type of file? What sould I do to solve this problem?

The program installer won't install CREO 7.0.0. I followed all the instructions. When I run the Setup.exe it starts to load but it stops quickly. My computer meets the specifications for the instalment. I also tried to install CREO 7.0.0 help center and CREO 6.0.0 with the same result.

I download "Creo Parametric Trial 7.0.1.0" from a link provide by your customer support,I have installed it on 3 different users inside my organization but license error messagges appear.I have also a screen of this messages.Can you help me?

I installed the Creo application, but everytime i open the application i get a warning message that says " License Request failed for feature Invalid feature name: [FEATURE_NAME] " What does this mean?

Weve just installed Creo 7 in school and theres a bit of an issue when using the scroll wheel. instead of the mouse srcolling in on the area that the curser is selecting it's defualt to the middle of the screen and the spin centre. 

I have a problem when starting creo 6.0.2.0 after installing. I  get the error:0x06000012 and it says "can't run the quality agent". Does someone know how to fix this ?

I have tried every solution given in one prescribed basic data given advice to some one still its not working  please do some help to create on creo software as soon as possible 

Hallo liebes PTC-Team,   ich hab mir soeben Creo 7 gedownloaded, leider ging dann dafür meine Lizenz drauf und erst am Ende der Installation wurde mir gesagt, dass die Hardware das nicht packt. Nun wollte ich Creo 6 installieren nur leider funktioniert die Lizenz nicht mehr. Könnt ihr mir da vielleicht weiterhelfen?   Mit freundlichen Grüßen  Paul 

"The requested URL "[no URL]", is invalid Reference #9.cf161602.1605141640.59dbbf7" . This is the error i keep seeing every time i click on the download manager link for the Creo 7.0. Is there anything i can do to download the free student version.

Die Steup.exe oder Steup-trial.exe startet nicht ordnungsgemaess . Das Zip Archiv wurde von der Creo Website heruntergeladen und ohne Probleme entpackt. Testweise wurden andere .exe im entpackten Archiv getestet: MED-100WIN-CD-440_7-0-0-0_Win64\install\addon\ [...].exe . Diese .exe Startet ordnungsgemaess und ohne Probleme.Setup.exe does not run properly. The zip archive was downloaded from the Creo website and unzipped without any problems. As a test, other .exe in the unpacked archive were tested: MED-100WIN-CD-440_7-0-0-0_Win64 \ install \ addon \ [...]. Exe. This .exe starts properly and without any Problems.

Creo viewer not installed. Creo parametric installed with errors. Mold/cast and mold analysis applications not working

Nachdem ich Creo7.0.0.0 installiert habe und das Programm das erstemal starten wollte, kam folgende Fehlermeldung, wenn ich diese mit ok quittiere, wird das Programm wieder beendet,  Kann jemand weiterhelfen??  

I successfully installed the Creo 7.0 Student Edition. But it can't be opened.  I can see the resource center, but the interface of the software is always blank,  like the picture in the attachment. Can anyone help me solve this problem? Thank you very much!

I am a college professor and have been teaching/using ProE/Creo for decades.  I've installed and assisted students in installing CREO especially in the past 8 months. We use the install_creo6_unistudent_standard.pdf document.    Now I am trying to reinstall CREO 6.0 on my home PC again, follow these instructions, it seemed to work, the got a license failed.  I did get a JRE not up to date, but no indication that CREO Parametric license failed. I've wiped everything I can find that might be PTC related and tried again and now get the message above.   I would like to to load CREO 7.0 eventually, since some of my students have it and I can't open their files.  However I can't find any CREO 7.0 student edition installation guide and I can't get past the Error!.
