Dear Support-Team! We have learned, that Creo Illustrate 6.0 is included in the Creo 6.0 Academic license. Since we do NOT use Creo 6 I have now tried to install different versions of Creo Illustrate (4.1, 5.1, 6.0) using "normal" Creo 5 and 7 academic licenses (beginning with BE5.... , BE7... ) without success. There is always an error "No such feature exists". Is there any possibility to run Creo Illustrate without using the Creo Premium versions? Best regards Peter Thurner

I've got a couple of old .des files (created with ProDesktop 2001 I believe), I'd love to be able to use these models again because they have a lot of sentimental value, I was wondering if there was any way of converting them to a modern common format such as .3ds or Wavefront .obj?

Hello, i am using creo 3.0 and I had to use the HTTPS link to download it. After unzipping the file with winrar and starting the setup, I did not have the option to enter the license code and install the application. I am using a student account if that is important. What is the issue and how can I resolve this?

Hello, i am having issue with my customer id and sales order number. When i try to open an account on PTC.com it says that they dont match. I have recieved an email with the Customer ID and Sales Order Number from the software shop asknet which is associated with my University Duisburg Essen, nevertheless it says that dont match. I have tried contacting asknet and my university and ptc multiple times, both via email and over telephone, no one has been able to provide with a solution. Is there a student or anyone who have faced similar problem of the Customer ID and Sales Order number not matching. Please Help. Thanks in advance.

Hi Guys.    Good evening.. i need your help.. well basically, teacher want to me to install Creo 3.0 from MED-100WIN-CD-400_M190_Win64 onto all student machines. Now i have read all the instruction on how to install Creo 3.0, when it comes to section where i have Run - setup-schools.exe and i have right click the file and select " Run as Administrator" - Successfully done then i click install new software then click Next - Successfully then i accept the licence agreement then click Next - Successfully  then i cannot see any list of Creo programs in the box as its all white box.  What can i do to get to see list of Creo Programs which i can install or not etc.   Please advice me please.    Look forward to hear from you soon.. So, I just downloaded the student edition of Creo parametric 6.0 but I can't succesfully enter the program to use it because when I open it, I get this message: So the problem now is that I have no Idea how to access "administrator privileges," or where to find it.

Its always the same problen and I dont know how to solve it. I been trying it for a few weeks but it doesnt work up to now. I also tryed it with creo 7.0.                

I have a problem with removing material in Creo Parametric 7.1. The remove material setting is inactive. The first feature is solid as you can see. Strange situation, in Inventor it works fine. The plane on which the sketch is located is tangent to the cylindrical surface below.  

When connected to a school network, when registering the Windchill server, we get the error "Invalid server location. Please change the "Location" field and try again."This computer has been recently connected to Windchill and I can connect this in an external browser.Any hints/tips?Thanks,Josh

It is showing this error at a time of opening creo parametric:- "Creo parametric Student Edition (for education use only) is sutting down because it could not run the Quality agent, which is required in this edition." and also showing "Creo angent did not initialize correctly"

Ich habe jetzt schon einige Sachen probiert, doch bekomme jedes mal diese meldung, wenn ich dann auf OK klicke schließt sich Creo.

Hello, I have installed CREO 6.0 student edition yesterday it was working smoothly without any issue, but in morning when I open the CREO its not working and showing warning message that " License request is failed for the feature". this is warning coming

Hi I had to reboot my computer and when I tried to reinstall the software it says "unable to get required Creo Simulate License." Both Creo Parametric and Creo Direct works. I have followed the steps shown here: http://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo3_unistudent_standard.pdf ,‌ and I have tried to install and uninstall several times. I appreciate the help.Kristian
