How to get the license file for Creo Trial

Hello. I have downloaded Creo for K12 and unzipped the archive. I have disabled antivirus and firewall and clicked to run "setup.exe" as administrator - but then nothing happens. I have windows 10. Thank you

Hi,    Just checking to see if PTC Creo is available for free to install in the university computer labs? Wasn't sure if purchasing a University Plus pack is the only option. If it is available for free, can the license be used on a network license manager? 

Hello, my name is Riley White, I am a student and am having trouble with downloading creo. I have a license for the full version, but when i downloaded it, I didn't have the option to type the license in. So i only have the trial version of creo parametric. After trying different things i got a window to pop up that allowed me download creo simulate with my license. But i still do not have the full version of creo parametric.

After installing creo 5.0 this is showing license requesting failed for feature. tell me what to do........

When I try to open the program it gives error"cannot run quality agent" and shuts the program on closing the message....please help

I'm trying to download CREO 6.0 for students here https://www.ptc.com/en/academic-program/academic-products/free-software/creo-college-download I fill out the form and once I enter submit it loads into a 404 page does not exist. I've tried many times and still get en error. It there any way you can help me out? Thank you.

I downloaded creo academic and while pointing to the license file gives error"invalid file format"

I recently developed an interest in the Creo 7.0 Software and decided to give it a try. I am an engineering college student. I entered my information in on the "Creo for Students" page and received an email and access to the download, but I'm a bit confused on how I apply for a academic/student licence. Where can I find this information?

Need help to install Creo Academic version 6.0

Hi Team, I have done ThingWorx Fundamentals Curriculum for Developer Certification few months back and wish to download my transcript but unable to do so because I am unable to login. When will Creo 7 be available to download for free for university students?

I am following the setup instructions. When i get to the part where I am supposed to input the "simple license entry" i type in the code on the student setup page and instead of seeing "Success!" it us coming back as "Error!" Not sure how to move past this. It wont tell me what the error is either it just says error.

When I create a new part I get an extra pop up asking me for what default template I want to use and then if I click okay the screen is blank and does not show the components of the model in the model tree or on screen. See screenshot of what I am getting vs what I am told I am supposed to be getting.   

My download is interrupted at around 20% each time I try to download the Creo 6.0 zip file

Hello,   I have earned Thingworx foundations Certification in December 2019 on PTC University.   As a part of this I completed below three modules and then final exam. 1. Fundamentals of IOT Development with Thingworx. 2. IOT UI Development with Thingworx 3. IOT Modelling with Thingworx.   Now PTC has closed this portal. Now Where is my certificate data and will it be Valid ? Can this be Transferred to new Training Portal Structure ? It wasn't free certificate as the organization would have paid for it.   Where Can I download this Certificate Again ?  

In order to streamline the process and maybe make it easier on myself, I decided to download Citrix. I quickly picked up on how to access Creo Parametric, but now I have encountered a whole new problem. I exited Parametric after getting an error I can't remember off the top of my head (I will make an update later if it somehow fixes) and now I am getting another error saying "you have exceeded the limit for maximum active sessions. Please try again later." What does this mean and how do I fix it because I do not want to wait hours or days for this program to allow me back in, I have homework I need to get finished by Monday. Please message me about this as soon as you can.

I want to use the Quick Tables utility to make an assembly drwing, but when I click on the Quick Tables tab, I got an error message and Creo crashes immediately. The message says that the file "bom_description_bom.tbl" was created with a commercial version of Creo, and I am using an educational version.   I am using Creo Parametrics Student Edition 3.0 M190.   I could do the same thing with an older version of Creo Student 3.0, but I can't remember wich build it was.   Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I can't use a newer version of Creo.
