Hi,   Please let me know the list of certifications available, certification syllabus, any preparation material, etc I am not sure if this is correct place to ask this question. But any help is appreciated.    

So in creo 4.0 I was downloading some normalized parts from libraries and now in Creo 6, It says that parts are created with commercial version of creo and creo crashes. Its not allowed anymore in newer versions to use these parts or Its some different problem?

Hi guys, I'm just getting started with Mathcad. Currently I'm trying to understand the different kinds of solvers. It seems to me there are three "basic categories":   1. "Single command Solvers", e. g. root, lsolve etc. where you just pick your appropriate solver and launch 2. "Solve blocks", which allow for separate guess values and boundary constraints, but seem to support only find, minerr, minimize, maximize and odesolve 3. The symbolic "solve" command, which seems to be for solving equations symbolically (but apparently also produces numerical solutions).   I don't quite understand what the latter two are for. What is their benefit? Aren't there plenty of solvers for everything (save maybe symbolic solutions) in the first "category"? So when should I use what? 🤔 *confused*   Any help would be much appreciated. Thanx.    

I was trying renew license on my creo 4.0 student license, but it wasnt worked, so I installed new creo M080 (i had M060). It worked fine, but i had problem with one of my projects. When i tried opened it wrote, that its not student license project (now I know that, it was just one SKF bearing that i downloaded), so I Installed M060, but it extremely slowed down. 3d graphic looks fine, but browser is horrible and its spreads to windows browser aswell. So when I close creo, windows browser is still slow. I need restart pc tu fix it. So I tried reinstall second time to M080 and its better than in M060, but still horrible. I am using .bat file to opening creo. I will try to open it normally

i logged on CREO parametric and i recived a email from schools@ptc.com with PTC license pack as attached. I setuped setup-school.exe and i downloaded PTC applications but i couldn’t log-in in this step. when i run CREOparametric 5.0 an error message appears, please find attached. Could you please help me? Thank you.

  Hello. I down loaded the exe file from the link after I pay. Please see attached. Installation has a problem with error 'PTC Installation Assistant has stop working' + bla bla bla. Can you please help me...    Thank you.            

Hello Creo users, We are trying the new lattice tool and it doesn't work as expected. Unfortunately we are not able to generate something 😞 The final output ist a minimal surface body deformed and not even attached to the part.   Before:   After: It does not at all work like in this video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m5jNDt2vZqw   Does anyone has an idea why this fails?   regards

Hi, I am trying to download student creo and when prompted when downloading entered in the license the instructional PDF gave me, but when I try to start Creo Parametric, I get the Error "License request failed for the feature." How do I fix this?

Hello, I'm a university student and I installed Creo 5.0 for students, after opening there was an error message saying license file not supported for this version. Creo exits after I close the error message. I opened the license file in txt and it appears to be a Creo 4.0 license for K12. Please help

I requested a 10-seat Academic License for my FTC team to use on our team laptops.  Several team members do not have personal laptops or reliable internet access.  I thought this would be a good solution.    I received a blank email with a .dat file attached.  I can open the file in Notepad to see it's contents but I see no instructions on how to use this file.  I've called for support and simply got told to go fill out the support form to start a case or to send an email to creo-trial@ptc.com. I can't find the form.  I've received no response to the email request.    Downloading the student program, with each laptop using different user info, is a renewal nightmare.  I thought a since license for 10 seats would be simpler.    Does anyone know how I'm supposed to use the .dat file I received to set up the team laptops?

Good Afternoon,   After successfully installing and using CREO 5 educational edition, i soon realised that the university i attend uses CREO 4, and i was unable to open my work i had done in CREO 5. I tried to install CREO 4 but it did not work, and in the process, it stopped CREO 5 from working also. After multiple attempts at uninstalling, reinstalling, uninstalling again and deleting files, i have came up with these two issues. When trying to install CREO 4, it will not install "CREO4 Platform Services", it just says unsuccessful and nothing else happens. When trying to install CREO 5, everything installs except Direct, Parametric, Layout and Simulate, which all say 'Pending Prerequisite'.   Just looking for any tips on how to resolve this issue, as big as i know it is.   Thanks

Hi, I'm trying to do the fundamentals course but when i click the link to launch ThingWorx it comes up with "You have been successfully logged out".  I click log in and the same thing keeps happening?. I've tried Chrome, Firefox and IE and cleared cache in them all.  It worked this morning but not anymore.

Created a login to PTCU Composer 2 weeks back- for ThingWorks Course  Was able to login till last Friday -  Now this is throwing back message as 'You have been successfully logged out' and not allowing to login after multiple attempts. Username and password are all correct. Same issue faced by multiple people from same Organisation.   Please look into this asap as the course need to be completed by 11 Nov 2019     ThanksVidya

Здравствуйте, я скачал архив с программой, распаковал, но при попытке установки ничего не происходит. У меня Windows 10 Home. При исправлении проблем с совместимостью выходит что данные программы для Windows 7. Где скачать для Windows 10? Или может я что то делаю не так?

Hi Guys.  We have 34 Machine which has installed Creo 3.0 since last year. Now we have a little or big problems that the license has been expired. Where could I get a new license for Creo 3.0 or the worst bit is to uninstalled Creo 3.0 and installed the latest version Creo 6.0?   Any advice from experts. Please help.    Kind Regards Bhav

I downloaded creo 4.0 m080 and it was working fine, until one day I was unable to open the program whatsoever, no error messages pop up either. Any suggestions?

Hello, I have a problem with Creo 4.0. It does not launch after the installation. I have tried everything and saw every topic here about this wont launch problem,but still nothing. my laptop i7 16gb ram with nvidia geforce gtx 950.   Does anyone have any ideas what to do?   P.S. when I install mathcad with creo instalation package, mathcad works fine and does not have any problems.   Thanks

I have a Mac and the only way to take this class was to install windows in a VM , when I RDP to the windows machine I get an error about licensing. How can I use the student version on my VM? Can it be converted to the floating license?

I installed the student version of Creo with no problem at first, however due to a licensing error I decided to uninstall it and retry downloading after uninstalling creo. However upon redownloading creo when I run "setup.exe" I can only get as far as the license page, I am able to successfully put in the student license provided in the pdf but when I click finish the Installer menu seems to crash by simply disappearing.   I'm completely unsure what could be wrong, any help would be welcome.  

So. I've downloaded Mathcad trial version, but when I try to open (Both with and iwthout Admin rights) the downloaded setup file it "Stoppes working" after completing that small window. That's pretty much it. No installer interface is ever opened.   Win 7 x64 Intel Core Quad 2 Q9300 4GB RAM
